スタッフの方々がこちらの要望に快く対応してくださってありがたかったです。
外国の宿泊者が多い日でしたが、部屋に入ればとても静かでゆっくりできました。和室に大きなベットの部屋で寝心地もよく大満足。
駅近なのもよかったです。

GWに、家族4人で2泊お世話になりました。
お部屋も広く、快適に過ごすことができました。
朝食の和食は食べきれないほどですが、どれも美味しくいただきました。
スタッフの方々も、みなさん親切でほどほどの距離感、良かったです。
ホテルの立地も良く、散策するには最適でした。
お夕飯は付いてないので、お店を探していただく楽しみもありました。高山のお土地柄か、朝が早く、夜も早く、、、
GWだったせいもありますが、人気店は早くに店じまいということもあり、要注意でした。

チェックアウト後11時まで駐車場を利用でき、助かりました。ただ10時開館の施設もあり、欲を言えばもう少し停めることができたら尚ありがたかったです。

古民家風の良さを残しつつも、宿の内部はとても綺麗で、良い意味でギャップがありました。お部屋は畳の和室で、これも非常に落ち着くもので、非常に満足しています。

アロマ、ネイルもお貸しくださいました。

心憎いサービスの、行き届いたお宿

コロナ禍で観光客の非常に少ない時期ということもありましたが、飛騨高山らしい建物、趣向を凝らした外装内装、細やかな気配り、立地、スタッフの皆様のご対応、全て心地良く温かなものであり、久しぶりにこんなに充実した気持ちを感じさせていただきました。高山にホテル数あれど、またここに泊まりたいと思わせてくれる素晴らしいホテルでした。朝食はバイキングではなく①和風、②コンチネンタル、③ヨーロピアンの3種から選べ、フルーツと焼き立てパンが盛りだくさんの③に感動しました。外国からのインバウンド客も多いであろう高山ならではのサービスですね。たいへん気に入りました。

少し文句

部屋が汚かった。サービスなどは文句なしだったけど!とにかく汚いの一言です。たまたまだったのか、それが当たり前なのかわからないが、ホコリやしまってるものが散らかってたりと見た目いいのに、もったいない

くつろげる温泉旅館。朝市へも近いです。

650kmの長距離ドライブでの宿泊だったので、事前に駐車場を確保していただいたのは、大変安心できました。
部屋は、北欧風の照明がある和室で、別にソファスペースがあるので疲れた足が延ばせます。また、１Fには温泉の露天風呂があり、ゆっくり出来ました。ロビーは囲炉裏端風です。
コロナ前は、外国人が多かったらしく、世界地図におびただしい数のピンが刺さっていました。宿の人も親切です。

快適でした。

丁寧すぎるほどの対応。浴衣貸出サービス（寝巻は別にあります）など、アメニティは満足。車の預かりサービスもあって、助かりました。コロナ対策もできていて良かったです。布団が寝やすくて夫婦2人朝までぐっすり眠れました。チェックアウト後も車を預かって下さり、朝市も楽しめました。ありがとうございました。

駅から４分、個性的な各部屋

駅前なのに中に入ると２５部屋各々部屋名に応じた装飾で飾られ、もてなしの心が感じられた。大浴場はシックで落ち着きがある。食事は大広間であるが余裕があり落ち着いている。食後のデザートはバイキング形式で大満足

Good but no Omotenasi with employees

Checking my reservation with the hotel, they replied there is no such a thing. But checking again with another employee, he finally found it without any word of apology or even excuse. Is this a hotel that host guests, especially, a Japanese inn that is supposed to be full of Omotenasi?

日本調ホテル。

高山駅からは至近距離です。私たちは車でしたので特に問題はなかったです。
確かに日本調のホテルで、食事のときに見ていたら外人が二組ほど泊まっていました。
部屋は普通。エアコンは作動しませんでした。私が泊まったときには全部で六組ほどでしたが
（火曜日）土日は予約が取れませんでした。宮川の朝市へのアクセスは、徒歩約１０分。
日本調のホテルに泊まりたい外国人には良いでしょうが、我々日本人にとっては
特に可も無し不可もなしといったところでしょうか。
宿泊料との整合性では妥当な感じかなと思います。

The hotel is very well situated near to the train station and it’s very pretty! The room is a very good size and it was clean! The onsen was also pretty so we had no trouble spending 15 minutes alone in our separate baths (1 for men and another for women). The staff were also extremely friendly and the free sake, plum wine and tea in the evening was a pleasant surprise

Servicen er enestående fra første øyeblikk, og vi følte oss veldig godt ivaretatt. De har både privat og felles onsen, vi testet begge, og anbefaler begge, men spesielt å booke den private hvis man har mulighet.

Ved check-in får du utdelt en Yukata. Denne kan være litt vanskelig å ta på selv første gang, men personalet kan hjelpe deg med å få den på.

Kan også anbefale den japanske frokosten!

Vi opplevde rommet vårt som romslig, rent og lydtett.

The rooms were comfortable, the staff is courteous. They go above and beyond to ensure your comfort. Every time we left and came back they would bring a new little snack to our room. they also put you in a yukata with a big bow when you first arrive. They have delicious sake and herbal tea available in the lobby. The onsen is beautiful. The breakfast is beautiful and like art. Great place to stay. We stayed 2 nights as a couple

Un Riokan adecuado si te gustan este tipo de hoteles. Nuestra habitación (la 202) no tenía ventanas lo cual no es nada agradable (me sentía en una habitación interior de crucero) y por el dineral que cuestan estos hoteles me esperaba algo mejor. El staff muy amable y hablan bien inglés. Muy convenientemente ubicado si vas por solo una noche porque está prácticamente frente a la estación de tren y camiones. Ojo… el onsen privado (con costo adicional) me parece que no es de agua termal, es más un tipo jacuzzi, el onsen público al parecer si es de aguas termales.

This is a lovely traditional ryokan with friendly and attentive staff. They went out of their way to answer a question we had on the origin of one of their architectural features. The breakfast was generous and tasty (we had the Japanese set). The onsen was relaxing and well equipped. The clientele when we stayed there in October was mostly foreign, so they provided extra explanation upon arrival and offered assistance as needed. The lobby was nice in the evening with complementary tea and sake tasting, with plenty of seating to relax and enjoy. Also, can’t beat the location - close to the train station and walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the historic district.

Très beau séjour dans ce Ryokan recommandé par Michelin. Personnel super serviable, accueillant et au devant de nos besoins, souriant, à l’aise en anglais.
Onsen et bain public disponibles
Excellent petit déjeuner, au choix: végétarien avec beaucoup de fruits, asiatique très bon ou western. Le western était ordinaire.
Avantage majeur: à 350 m de la gare de Takayama!

It's very close to the bus station, so it was perfect for getting there. The staff are very attentive and offer many amenities.
What we didn't like was that when we checked out, they charged us an extra fee for “use of the bathroom,” although the staff said it was a charge for being foreigners, which makes no sense. They should have warned us about this when we made the reservation.

-J’ai booke par erreur 2 nuits au lieu d’une. J’ai demandé la veille de mon arrivée à me faire rembourser même partiellement de la 2eme nuit à titre exceptionnel : refus au motif que leurs conditions tarifaires excluent toute annulation à moins de 4j du séjour.
-sur place, accueil chaleureux et personnel attentioné : c’est le plus gros atout de cette structure
-à 450 euros la nuit, on aurait pu s’attendre à une infrastructure un peu supérieure à ce qui nous a été proposé. Idem pour le petit déjeuner. Les onsen sont tous petits et les lits pas très confortables.
Le rapport qualité/prix n’est pas vraiment au rdv

Good mid-range ryokan at high-end ryokan prices

Very good Ryokan experience. Expensive for the quality relative to other Ryokans I’ve stayed at in Japan. Service was incredible. Good location in Takayama. All in all a good option. Takayama is very touristy. Only reason I rated it lower is that I was comparing this Ryokan to higher quality experiences in other Ryokans I’ve visited (particularly given the price). This one is nice but not as nice as several others I’ve visited in other towns / areas.

Bel hébergement à Takayama.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 2 nuits dans ce ryokan. La chambre était très confortable et le onsen etait très bien. Le personnel a été très accueillant et au petit soin pour nous conseiller des restaurants ou s'occuper de l'envoi de nos bagages. Le petit-déjeuner japonais était excellent et différent chaque jour. L'hotel prête de très beaux yukatas le temps du séjour.

Very nice ryokan. We loved the Japanese clothes provided, and dressing for meals. The onsen was excellent (thought we wish it stayed open one more hour at night). Japanese breakfast was excellent. Convenient to the train station (a couple of blocks) and all of the Takayama attractions (walking, by bus, or by taxi). This is a justifiably difficult reservation to obtain during peak season.

The cosmetics were great! The staff was welcoming and helpful. They gave helpful directions and were very available. The hotel was extremely clean. The bathes were lovely especially after a cold day sightseeing.

Fantastic ryokan experience. Staff extremely kind, room was perfect and onsem (public thermal bath) at the hotel was very good. It is one block from the train and bus station and 5-minute distance from the most crowded tourist area.

Excellent accommodations

We started in Japan for 12 days and our stay at Oyado Koto No Yume in Takayama was by far the best accommodations we’ve experienced. Modern Ryokan at its best. Location is within 10-15 minute walk from bus/train station. The place is immaculate ( all guests were required to leave their shoes upon entry to the hotel; staff puts them away for you and provide you with in house slippers). Guests were provided kimono/ yukata for our enjoyment. Breakfasts every morning is excellent! Room is huge and accommodated 3 adults with 3 check in luggage size comfortably. Separate male and female on send in the hotel provided a much needed wind down after a full day of walking. My only suggestion and this is a personal preference after experiencing other public onsens, please provide a door on the way to the changing areas for women. The only thing blocking the way/view to the female onsen is a curtain. There’s always possibility of a male walking into female changing area by accident. Other than this, everything was perfect during our stay and I highly, highly recommend this ryokan queen visiting Hisa-Takayama.

Fantastic Takayama base

We stayed here and it was the perfect place for our takayama visit. It was a very comfortable place, and well appointed. Service was amazing from the moment we arrived. The onsen/bath was nice and the location was great. Hiro gave us a great dinner recommendation…might have been the best meal of our trip.. we hope to return soon!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is just a few minutes away from the bus station. About a 15 minute walk to Sanmachi area. They provided yukatas for us to wear. The bath was nice and relaxing. We enjoyed our Japanese traditional breakfast. The staff were excellent and attentive. We would recommend staying here if visiting Takayama!

First time in a Ryokan and the experience was excellent. We were unsure about sleeping on futons on a matted floor but it was surprisingly comfortable. I thought the onsen was excellent. Very well maintained and the water and the pool were fantastic.

An absolutely beautiful traditional Japanese ryokan! Beautiful Japanese women in kimonos serve in graceful style. Spacious clean tatami rooms nicely appointed. Elaborate delicious breakfast. Very nice onsen. Highly recommend.

A lovely stay in a traditional styled hotel. Just round the corner is the start of the preserved part of town filled with markets, shops and restaurants. We stayed for two days and it was a perfect spot after Tokyo.

Lovely!

I really liked the authentic ryokan experience. The hotel was cozy and a welcome reprieve after all the hustle and bustle of Tokyo after five nights. It’s very close to the train station which was an added bonus! The onsen was amazing and the staff were so lovely. It isn’t a major gripe at all but flagging that you have to leave the key every time you leave the hotel. Again, not a big issue but something to note since it added a layer every time you came and went (had to wait for the key when you came in etc). Overall, I loved my stay and would definitely recommend.
