東京旅行では、空いていると必ずプリンスホテルに泊まります。朝食のバイキングが、和洋食の種類が豊富で美味しいので、選択に困る程です。部屋も清掃が行き届いていて清潔に感じます。今後も利用するつもりです。

駐車場

駐車場の利用についてですが、チェックイン、チェックアウト時間の前後も一泊駐車代に含めていただけるのがとてもありがたかったです！色々な買い物をすることができました。

チェックインより到着が早くなったので、先に荷物だけ預かっていただきたいと申し出たら、快く引き受けてくださり、嬉しかった★
ホテル２１階からの眺めも最高で、お部屋も清潔で広かったです。１１時チェックアウトのところも安心できます。
今度は２～３泊して、食事も楽しみたいです。
言うことなしの素晴らしいホテルでした。

Rooms were very clean and house keeping came everyday. Great location with lots around to do. Would highly recommend. Rooms were well insulated too from sound.

Great staff and location

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room is small. It was very clean, comfortable and had a great view. You are right over the nightlife of Shinjuku but it I never heard any noise. Close to train station and lots of shopping and food.

The hotel was upscale and convenient. The underground rail station was located right beneath the street and had shops, restaurants, etc. to keep passengers entertained and shopping while they waited for their trains. Very practical and convenient!

Hard seng, en del trafikkstøy og lignende. Konstant sirener og bystøy. Tydelig ikke godt isolerte vinduer. Rommene var relativt små, lav takhøyde spesielt på bad.

Convenient property in Shinjuku, Kabuchiko area with plenty of food options. The airport limousine bus stops close by. Shinjuku Prince Hotel is connected to a mall and Seibu train and about a 7 min walk to Shinjuku Station. Can get a bit crowed and noisy at street level, but we could barely hear any noise from our room. Close to a Donki too. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Rooms are standard size for Japan

Had a great stay at the Shinjuku Prince Hotel. Vlery convenient, only 2-3 blocks tto the train station. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. There are shops and restaurants in the ssme building. Rooftop restaurant has great views. Located in the Golden Gai area. This area is good for nightlife. The hotel was very nice & clean. The rooms are small as most are in Japan, but functional as I had what I needed. Recommend couples and damilies to upgrade to the larger rooms for walking space. The staff was very nice and polite, most spoke English. The staff even accomodated a very late check out due to a delayed flight and kept my luggage for a few hours while I enjoyed the last few hours of the area. I recommend this hotel and would stay again! Thank you for the great experience.

there was a tiny hole in our bedsheet but things happen, and the bathroom is only a bit bigger than an airplane’s but it got the job done. you have to order simple amenities like lotion but you can do it on your phone and they deliver it. overall it was fine but i will try somewhere else next time.

Loved this property. Onsite restaurant and bar. Very nice staff and convenient to metro and many options nearby for food. So loved Tokyo. This property is also close to a pickup spot for “Tokyo panoramic tour”

Estadia muito eficiente/ satisfatória no geral. O hotel fica muito bem localizado, praticamente junto de uma estação e com fácil acesso à estação de trens/ metrôs de Shinjuku (principal).

Apenas como reflexão foi o tamanho do quarto. Eu estava ciente de que em Tóquio, os quartos de hotéis costumam não ser tão espaçosos. Porém, este em específico para mim e esposa, com algumas malas, ficou meio desconfortável.

No geral, o hotel atendeu bem às demais expectativas!

We reserved two rooms and had a wonderful 7-night stay at the Prince Hotel. The location is excellent, just steps away from the train station and shopping, making it the perfect base to explore the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was another highlight with delicious food and plenty of great choices to start each day. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay that we truly enjoyed!

Shinjuku stay

The hotel is about a ten minute walk from Shinjuku Station. The hotel staff were all very professional and helpful and answered any questions I had. The room was very comfortable and clean. Overall a great experience and the breakfast was very comprehensive.

Great family friendly stay

We got a three person room and the beds were large enough for everyone. As you can expect for most hotels in Japan there was not a ton of extra space sound the beds but we could make it work.

Location was fantastic - close to main train station and lots of food options. Breakfast buffet was also excellent!

Constant noise and unable to sleep. The walls and ceilings are extremely thin and many of the residents stay up all night and are loud. I would not recommend nor return.

The hotel is in a popular area, but early in the morning things can get a little concerning for families. This is a party area for the young and old. The trash left after Saturday night parties is a little much. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly, but it may not be the best choice for families.

The hotel is located in a central location of Shinjuku. The rooms are tiny, so if you have more than 1 person staying in a double bed room, I do not recommend this hotel. There is very limited room for you luggage and any items, the shower head won't stay stationary, so very uncomfortable experience. The front desk staff are not extremely helpful; the hotel looks modern. Overall I would rate the stay as just ok, and would not come back to this hotel or area of Tokyo to stay.

Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel when traveling to Tokyo. Steps outside of the Shinjuku station and lots of dining and shopping options. Rooms are kinda small but that’s normal for being in a major city. Staff was super kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and when we ran out of an item it was brought to us in under 5 mins. Would definitely stay here again.
