東京旅行では、空いていると必ずプリンスホテルに泊まります。朝食のバイキングが、和洋食の種類が豊富で美味しいので、選択に困る程です。部屋も清掃が行き届いていて清潔に感じます。今後も利用するつもりです。

Great location to use Seibo Shinjuku station (google does not use as an option but easy to figure out). Great to move around Tokyo everything is about 30 min away,

If you are arriving from the airport get the limousine bus the above station. We had a standard room, bed is pushed against wall so tight for 2 people. You hear the distant rattle of trains,

I stayed here for two nights, and it was a decent experience overall! My only complaint is that when I checked in and took my first shower, there was leftover hair from the previous visitors. It made me wonder if the bathroom had been cleaned at all. I also kept finding blonde hair all over the room, and since my brother and I are brunette, I wasn't sure if the room had been vacuumed as well. Despite this, it was an okay stay and perfect if you just need a place to sleep. Safe travels!

Room was soo tiny. There was literally no space to even store and open your luggage unless you put everything under the beds. Bathroom was extremely outdated with a super basic shower and ZERO vanity or shelf space by the sink. Did appreciate the unlimited water bottles daily.

Small room, but this is Tokyo afterall! Beautifully clean, quiet and efficiently laid out. Reception staff and concierge were very helpful and friendly. Location is great, although some additional detail on the website on how to get from Shinjuku station to the hotel would be welcome (maybe a map or info on which exit from the station etc).

We were welcomed pleasantly by Lin who explained everything clearly and told us if we signed up to seibu we could get a later check out. This was perfect as our flight isn't until this evening. The room and bathroom was spotless. The bed is very comfortable and the only hotel in the 4 weeks we've been here that has 2 pillows per person.

The staff was amazing!!! We had to book with them as a last minute emergency due to a horrible stay at our initial hotel. We literally had to check out of the previous hotel at midnight and had no where to go. Luckily I was able to book a room with them for the next day till the end of our trip but had nowhere to stay for that night. The staff helped us find a close hotel for that night and held our luggage till we returned to check in. The rest of our trip was great because of the Shinjuku Prince hotel and especially their staff. I will only stay at their properties from now on. I even signed up for their rewards program.

The hotel room was decent. Customer service was amazing. Everytime we needed something they provided right away. It was the bed that was not comfortable, it was very hard! After a long day of sightseeing and walking all you want is a nice comfortable bed to go back to. I wished they did better use with the space layout. Everything is in the entrance … bathroom, about a 3 foot counter and the bed..back to back. So it leaves the room feeling very reduced. Also…bed did not have a fitted sheet and the mattress pad was way smaller than the actual mattress. Apparently this is common in Japan but atleast in other hotels the mattress pad is the same size of the bed. Again, service was great. The staff were extremely polite which may the stay a lot more pleasing.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Right next to the train/subway station, and a 2 min walk to all the action. Staff was very nice and rooftop bar had good drinks. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars from me is the lack of space in the rooms. Other than that, it is perfect.
