東京旅行では、空いていると必ずプリンスホテルに泊まります。朝食のバイキングが、和洋食の種類が豊富で美味しいので、選択に困る程です。部屋も清掃が行き届いていて清潔に感じます。今後も利用するつもりです。

Great location to visit Tokyo, close to Shinjuku station. you can visit Shinjuku area by foot: Gyoen Parc, Shinjuku crossing, 3D cat, Gozilla, Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) and many restaurants! Great staff. Amazing breakfast. We would come back anytime..

The hotel is exactly above the Sheibu-Shinjuku station. Yes, exactly above it. The room is small even with twin beds, but it's very clean and the beds are comfortable. Every staff member is very professional and kind. The big AND small Don Quijote are within 3 mins walking distance away. 7/11 and Family Mart are all over the place. When you asked for something, it is delivered quickly. We will definitely come back to this hotel when Shinjuku is calling again.

While the hotel has laundry service, it does not provide coin laundry in the building, which is a minor inconvience for quick short one night stays. You may be required to queue for entry to the breakfast buffet so do allocate some time for that

I had a great stay at your hotel. The room was spacious and the staff was super friendly and flexible and was also ready to help. The only thing I want to mention is that I would smell a sewage smell in the bathroom after housekeeping cleaned the bathroom. I wasn’t sure if it was the cleaning solution or cleaning materials used or if it was something else. It was something I noticed and wanted to share with you. This is not a complaint but something I noticed. Thank you for your consideration.

Japanese Hotels and staffs are among the best. Staffs are super friendly and really go all the way despite some difficulty of English.

The hotel is centrally located. Rooms are small by some standards. But it is what it is. Hotel rooms in Japan are generally smaller.

Overall, I like it. Note that this hotel does not offer self-laundry.

Would totally recommend it for 1st time travelers to to Tokyo. Very central. Accessible and lots to do via walking or simply taking the train. Rooms are small but not an issue if it’s 2 people.

Excellent location! Train station right next door for easy access. Centrally located to so many things. Even with the train tracks right next to hotel it was very quiet. Excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of options. Would definitely recommend!

Loved everything about this hotel from the lovely check in and check out girls to the buffet breakfast - perfect. The room was spacious and clean with comfy beds. You can enjoy 8 floors of shops and restaurants directly from the hotel. Highly recommend.

The staff were so nice. However the hotel said it came with air conditioners. The room was stuffy and had thermostat set to 75. I was not able to adjust the temperature and when asked the staff explained the temperature was regulated by the facility. The staff were so nice and brought us a portable fan. All it did was circulate the hot air though.

Great location to be right in the heart of Shinjuku very bustling and lively. All the shops you need close by and many many food options. We stayed two nights and not a lot to do in terms of tourist attractions in the direct vicinity, used as a base to access other areas. Would recommend if you want that lovely vibe, but if wanting to tick off more tourist itineraries this could only be a day/evening half day trip. The beds were not comfortable at all, on like stretcher legs no bed base for support so were creaky.

Overall, staff was amazing except for one man who cannot be bothered to answer questions about shipping our luggage to Osaka. He spoke English well, but his curt answers and wrong information was unacceptable for someone in a customer-facing position.

Our room was HOT!!!!! No matter how much we adjusted the thermostat, the room stayed at over 80 degrees Fahrenheit. And the rest room reeked of urine.

For the price, this hotel did not meet expectations. I stayed in a Premium Deluxe King room, and although it was generally clean, it didn’t reflect the higher standard I experienced at other hotels in Japan. Amenities were extremely minimal — only basic shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, and a toothbrush. To have access to the gym an additional amount would be charged daily.

The room was noticeably smaller than the photos suggested, and the layout left a large portion of the space unusable. The ceiling height felt unusually low (around 6’5”), which made the room feel even tighter, and the bathtub was very short — about 4 feet long.

Because of the hotel’s location, the bright lights of Shinjuku came straight through the room at night, and I could clearly hear street noise as well as sound from neighboring rooms. I also smelled cigarette smoke drifting into my non-smoking room. Overall, the location is convenient, but the experience didn’t justify the premium price.
