Staff was kind and accommodating, communication was not an issue for us. The help with luggage forwarding was very nice too. Our room was comfortable, clean, and with very nice amenities. I would definitely stay again.

Amazed with the service, facility, and staff. Will return ! Thank you so much for hosting our family of 7. The hotel is of the tier of 5 stars, very conveniently located to locals shops, restaurants, train stations. The room we booked was the corner grand suite with amazing city views.

Grand Monday was an amazing experience. We loved everything about it. It was in a great location, easy to get to all the places we wanted. Had 7-eleven right in front and family mart on the way to the subway stations. It was perfect for our family of 4 with two children under 5. The washing machine, including dryer, the microwave and oven combo, and refrigerator in our room was perfect. Would stay here again.

Overall, the accommodation was very good. We stayed 13 nights in a junior suite. Plus points, the kitchenette, as we can make simple meals, especially breakfast. We also like the washing machine and dryer in the room. My favorite was actually the Dyson hairdryer. Ways to improve: there is no phone in the room. We have to physically go down to the front reception for requests, very inconvenient and not all staff speak English well. Pillows were thin and small. We were not allowed early check-in but another guest got early check-in. Inconsistent.

Everything was fantastic! Had everything we needed and the room was super clean and well equiped. Even had a Nespresso machine with capsules and a Dyson hairdryer. Love the sliding doors, the deep bath and the wet room too. Would stay again if I was visiting Tokyo again. Close to lots of train lines and Ginza shopping.

Perfekt familjehotell med stora rum för att vara Tokyo. Väldigt hjälpsam personal som kunde engelska. Rummet var väldigt rent.
Området är lugnt kvällstid men det tar bara 10 minuter att gå till Ginzas affärsgator.

Really great find in the Ginza district. Room was very clean and spacious - even had a washing machine in the room. We stayed for four nights while seeing Tokyo and really loved it.

The staff here was absolutely incredible—always ready to help with local information, hail cabs, and share great advice about the area. They treat every guest with the utmost respect and loyalty. An amazing team that truly makes you feel like royalty.

The rooms are spotless and modern, equipped with plenty of kitchen supplies—even a hot plate for cooking. The shower has excellent water pressure, offering both a handheld wand and a relaxing rain option.

Now, about the toilet—OMG! I never thought I’d be raving about one, but this deserves it: it washes, it dries, and it even keeps your tush warm! There’s also an in-room washer and dryer with detergent provided, which was a very pleasant surprise.

A 7-Eleven sits conveniently across the street from the main entrance, and there are several nearby restaurants offering good food and a cozy atmosphere. Plus, it’s only about a 20-minute walk to Ginza Six for shopping.

Overall, an outstanding stay—comfortable, convenient, and exceptionally well-run. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the stay. Room was small but nice, we love having the washer/dryer so we didn't have to pack as much. Friendly staff, everything seemed new, comfy and quiet room. Absolutely would stay again.

Small room, even though it’s considered “bigger.” Very very frustrating and probably ruined the whole trip with jet lag and kids was that there was zero windows and bringing light into the room. Location isn’t the best. Close to a station but TJ walk to main ginza area- 20 min.

Room was spacious enough for 4 people. The room was also very clean and it has kitchen and laundary machine as well. Everything in the room was very useful. In addition, staffs were very friendly and helpful. I recevied 5 stars services from every single staff member in this hotel.

A perfect hotel for our needs during 5 days in Tokyo. The kitchenette and washer/dryer made packing lighter too! We discovered lovely restaurants directly in the neighborhood and with the Seven Eleven located just across the street, it was very convenient. Good location!

My wife, daughter, and I stayed here for 5 nights and we loved it!

It’s a pretty new hotel and we loved the big rooms! It was really nice having a kitchenette with everything you need to cook and eat with, an all-in-one washer/dryer, two bathroom sinks, a very nice bathing room, and a nice bathroom. It was also really nice having a 7-Eleven right across the street, so convenient!

One of the big highlights, was definitely the hotel staff. They were so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay again.

AMAZING hotel. The location is within walking distance of 3 metro stations, 7/11 is across the street and there are many good restaurants around. The staff went BEYOUND any expectations, very friendly, polite and all spoke good English. The suite was very spacious and extremely clean.Will highly recommend it.

In-unit washer/dryer was extremely convenient. Staff spoke fluent English so that was a plus. Location is in between 3 metro lines as well and 15 minute walk to Tokyo station.

Only real ‘complaint’ if any was that I wished the cleaning staff automatically replenishes the. Title water daily while cleaning the room without having to ask the front desk daily.

The staff, the room, the view, just everything in the apartment itself (dishes, coffee machine, fridge, towels, bathroom, washing machine, the AC...). We really felt welcomend and comfortable and would anytime come back. The shop just vis-à-vis was amazing and had everything we needed for a quick dinner and/or breakfast. Staff was lovely, one lady even spoke german and we could reach some destinations by foot. Highly recommend.

Great stay, highly recommend!

This was a great choice of hotel. The room was spacious enough to accommodate 5 adults comfortably and it was very clean and welcoming. The amenities included a washer/dryer which was very easy to use, a vacuum cleaner, an electric cooking stove, TV with Netflix/YouTube etc. The hotel offered Yamato luggage delivery which was super helpful to forward luggage onwards to our next hotel. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful, with special thanks to Yune for accommodating our early arrival. Location is very quiet and convenient to central metro stations on Ginza line, and there is a convenient 7/11 across the street.

This property was wonderful! It was new, clean and convenient. It's a 5-10 minute walk to several Metro stations and there are a couple of convenience stores nearby. The hotel itself is perfect and you won't regret staying here. We had a family of 5 and had enough room for us all.

Couldn’t turn air conditioning down any further and it didn’t seem to blow towards bed. August stay so very hot. So spacious great for our last few nights in Japan. Shower was fantastic!!

Great property for access to Tokyo Station. The facility is very new with spacious rooms. The front desk was excellent, very welcoming and friendly. There are food/dining options nearby but not as plentiful as other neighborhoods. Overall great stay and we would consider returning on the next trip to Tokyo.
