コンパクトながら、部屋は可愛いし、立地も便利でした。
スタッフの方もよく挨拶してくださり、好感が持てました。
フリードリンクの案内がなかったのは残念でしたが、全般的に満足です。

チェックインもスムーズで、　
部屋も掃除が行き届いていました。
特にバスタブとシャワーが別なのが良い。
身体を洗っている間にバスタブにお湯をためられてgood！
立地条件もアクセスが良い場所で大変便利です。

辿りつくまで迷いましたが、立地は抜群です。
お部屋は広くも無く狭くも無く、問題無し。
素泊まりでしたらリピします。
高騰するホテル代でこの価格でしたら満足です。

京都市内観光をするのには、便利。
交通の便もよく、食事をするのにも困らない。
ルーフバルコニーも解放されているので、ゆっくりとした時間も楽しめました。
繁華街なので、夜遅くまで賑やかな声が聞こえてました。
スタッフの方も、丁寧に対応して下さいました。

三条木屋町の便利な立地なのに、部屋は静かで快適に過ごせました。部屋も広くて落ち着き、バストイレ別だったので非常に快適でした。
チェックインなどもスムーズで、親切にしていただきました。

Amazing hotel. Very nice and spacious room. The elevators were cool same with the keycard for using the room electricity. Everything is literally walking distance. Definitely coming back to this specific one. The staff was also very helpful.

Hotel is in a great location and the room was a great size. However, there was a lot of noise in the very early hours of the morning from the streets near by (granted it was a Saturday night). The bathroom was also not cleaned perfectly - there were hairs about and a half used shaving cream tube left in the shower.

It was a convenient walking distance (2.5 km) to both Kiyomizu-dera and Nanzen-ji. It was very close to a lot of great restaurants and activities. The hotel was perfectly clean and their baths are very relaxing.

Das Hotel lag super zentral im Viertel und man war schnell bei der U-Bahn Station. Es lag in einer ruhigeren Seitenstraße jedoch genau im Bar/Partyviertel. In meinem Zimmer konnte ich aber zum Glück keine Geräusche davon hören.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und recht groß für japanische Verhältnisse. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen!

Well equipped but compact rooms, good location.

Hotel was in a great location to walk from. Rooms are quite compact so not really a work from the hotel option as my son found out!
The rooms are well equipped and clean with a separate wet room and toilet

Soy de México. No hay mucha variedad en el buffet del desayuno; no dejan agua en el cuarto y su limpieza podría mejorar. No hay cuarto para fumar ni un área de fumar cercana.

Clean, comfortable bed. Surprisingly quiet. The bathroom sink had non existent hot water pressure and the bidet had only cold water. Other than that great location and would stay again.

Had a corner room. Beautiful tinted windows on two walls. Best bathroom we encountered in our entire Japan stay. A bathtub with a skyline view! Terrific location with a huge array of food and shopping options steps from the hotel.

Très bon

Très bien situé dans Kyoto. Tout peut se faire à pied en centre ville.
L’arrêt démet est à moins de5 minutes à pied
Chambre de taille correcte pour le Japon.
Notre chambre a disposée d’un fauteuil de massage qui fait un bien fou après une longue journée de marche.

Cozy place in Kyoto

Very cute, comfortable, conveniently located. We also got lucky and had a corner room so having to windows with light coming in was amazing plus the tinted glass window sliding sliding covers were good.

The Aru is extremely well located, is very quiet, and has a lovely ambience and decor. The Japanese breakfast was excellent. We also found our room to be quite large by Japanese standards. We loved our stay there and would highly recommend it.

We are an American couple of two — Our room was very, very spacious and had all of the amenities we typically get in the USA, even the outlets. Everything was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. We got some free drink vouchers, free coffee/tea in the lobby, and one free water bottle each day, per person.
We had an incident where an expensive necklace went down the sink drain. The staff was extremely helpful and called a plumber for us to get it out for free! We had to leave kyoto the next day so we were worried we wouldn’t get it in time. The staff worked out many different options and they were very accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

Property is located in a central area, filled with shops and food, really easy to get around with public transport close by. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful, rooms have excellent quality amenities, just a little bit small which is understandable. Really enjoyed the stay there and would highly recommend!

This place was located in a great spot. While some items were older, the bathroom was up to date. It was the perfect blend of old and new. Beds were comfortable and loved the window shades.

Beautiful hotel and rooms. Loved the style/decor and stained glass in the rooms. The service was excellent, the front staff were so kind. The room was small but comfortable and the shower & bath were wonderful! Very deep soaker tub. Great location close to everything

Great hotel + location

Had a great time! The location was great for public transit connections, sightseeing opportunities and food. The hotel and room was great, especially the bathroom was quite spacious. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. The beds were a bit stiff for our tastes, and the windows were a bit drafty which made it quite chilly in February. Yet we had a great stay! Arigato gozaimasu, Aru Hotel!
