混雑しておらず、静かに快適に過ごせました。

ただ、前の宿泊者のゴミ（ヘアピンが三本）落ちていたのが残念でした。

バスタブとシャワーが別

チェックインもスムーズで、　
部屋も掃除が行き届いていました。
特にバスタブとシャワーが別なのが良い。
身体を洗っている間にバスタブにお湯をためられてgood！
立地条件もアクセスが良い場所で大変便利です。

辿りつくまで迷いましたが、立地は抜群です。
お部屋は広くも無く狭くも無く、問題無し。
素泊まりでしたらリピします。
高騰するホテル代でこの価格でしたら満足です。

京都市内観光をするのには、便利。
交通の便もよく、食事をするのにも困らない。
ルーフバルコニーも解放されているので、ゆっくりとした時間も楽しめました。
繁華街なので、夜遅くまで賑やかな声が聞こえてました。
スタッフの方も、丁寧に対応して下さいました。

三条木屋町の便利な立地なのに、部屋は静かで快適に過ごせました。部屋も広くて落ち着き、バストイレ別だったので非常に快適でした。

This was a nice stay. The room was pretty large. We didn’t interact much with the staff, they were a little on the quieter side for a Japanese hotel. The bathroom is more geared towards traditional Japanese bathing than an American style shower, but I liked that. Best of all, there’s a great balcony on top with awesome views. I spent quite a bit of time up there reading and enjoying the views while my wife slept in

Kaikki pelkkää positiivista. Erinomainen sijainti kauniilla alueella, siistit tilat. Tosi kiva erillinen suihkuhuone, jossa ihana kylpyamme. Mukavan kokoinen huone. Rauhallinen ja hiljainen sijainti. Hyvät unet oli. Ekstrana vieraille tarjolla aulassa pieniä lisätuotteita yöpymistä varten. Ehdottomasti tulisin uudelleen.

Was a fantastic location. The rooms were brilliant and the staff were great. The breakfast,, however, was possibly the worst I’ve ever encountered in all my travels. So much so that our group of 10 decided to go and get breakfast somewhere else I would not be paying for the breakfast at this hotel, there are plenty of other places places available outside. Scrambled eggs were like liquid water, the bacon was undercooked and the sausages had properly been there for two or three days. I’ll happily stay here again, but I would definitely not be having the breakfast.

I greatly loved the location of this hotel. It's near all the activities and great restaurants nearby. Staff were helpful and quick to resolve issues. Room had a beautiful view of the hill side/mountain. No complaints.

The property is centrally located within walking distance of numerous scenic areas and 1 block away from numerous restaurants, shopping malls, and night markets. For such a small hotel the food was excellent and provided a variety of dishes to choose from. A short block from the hotel is a path next to a canal lined with cherry trees and other well maintained trees and flowering plants which extends for several kilometers. It is truly a magical experience, especially at night.

Breakfast options are adequate. Location is great. The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was clean. It's nice that they provide a microwave in their laundry room area. The hotel is very close to two subway lines. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I would definitely come back again the next time I'm in Kyoto.

We loved it here so much. The location was amazing, we felt safe (all of Japan really) the room was clean and comfortable, WiFi was reliable, the breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and the hotel gave out amenities like hand warmers that kept us warm and toasty for our hours of sightseeing

Good location and the room is clean and not too small. The only challenge I had was Expedia allowed booking for 2 adults and one 15-year old child in a superior twin room when I booked. Fortunately I read the fine prints a week before arrival. However ended up added a single room at similar cost of the double. The process was a bit painful as not many English speaking staffs and they requested emailing instead. So took about 3-4 days to confirm.

저녁 6시 쯤 체크인 하려는데 직원이 안계셔서 당황 했습니다. 종을 울려도 한참을 오시지 않더군요. 객실 정리하고 오신 것 같은데 손님 온거에 대한 알림을 바꾸셔야 하지 않을까 싶어요. 그래도 응대는 친절했습니다.

방은 작은데 기내용 캐리너 두개 펼치기에는 괜찮았습니다. 주변에 이자카야가 많아서 시끄러울까봐 걱정했는데 소음은 느끼지 못 했던 것 같아요.

Enjoyed our stay, very close to all the shopping areas with very good food options near by. The stay was comfortable. At night if you have the windows open, you’ll hear loud noises because the bars and clubs are nearby. Would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay here. Staff friendly and spoke enough English for us to get by. Room on the smaller side and a bit dated but very clean. Nice bathroom with tub and shower. Convenient location to restaurants, shopping and transportation. Breakfast options not large and didn’t change up day to day.

Great customer service! We arrived earlier around 1ish and checked our luggage’s in first. When we came back, room cards are all ready and luggages were carried in our room in advance. The premium coffee machine produced the best tasty coffee of all hotels I tried so far. The cafeteria was lovely. Too pity haven’t got chance to try their beer (didn’t see we had a beer coupon until after 10pm).

The bed was hugely wide, and probably the most spacious bathroom in Japan.

Great location! The hotel is located in a quiet alley just 2-3 minutes away from the busy shopping street.

Will definitely come back again for ARU and stay longer next time!

The room was spacious and comfortable, with nice amenities and a large bed. The shower room was also large and comfortable. The location was very near Pontocho alley and walking distance to lots of shopping, while the hotel and room were peaceful and quiet. We were actually shocked at how quiet the room was even on a lively night outside. Close to a train station to, 10/10 stay would definitely recommend.

What a wonderful stay.

We had 3 nights in this well located and well maintained hotel. Room was spacious with a pretty view of central Kyoto.

Close to main attractions with plenty of transport options and restaurants (including a short walk from the famed Nishiki Markets). Given this proximity some outside noise could be heard in the small hours, but no huge issue.

Hotel Aru is also accessible with elevators to all floors.

Breakfast was fantastic.

Excellent bath.

Will be staying again.

Amazing hotel. Very nice and spacious room. The elevators were cool same with the keycard for using the room electricity. Everything is literally walking distance. Definitely coming back to this specific one. The staff was also very helpful.

Hotel is in a great location and the room was a great size. However, there was a lot of noise in the very early hours of the morning from the streets near by (granted it was a Saturday night). The bathroom was also not cleaned perfectly - there were hairs about and a half used shaving cream tube left in the shower.

It was a convenient walking distance (2.5 km) to both Kiyomizu-dera and Nanzen-ji. It was very close to a lot of great restaurants and activities. The hotel was perfectly clean and their baths are very relaxing.

Das Hotel lag super zentral im Viertel und man war schnell bei der U-Bahn Station. Es lag in einer ruhigeren Seitenstraße jedoch genau im Bar/Partyviertel. In meinem Zimmer konnte ich aber zum Glück keine Geräusche davon hören.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und recht groß für japanische Verhältnisse. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen!

Well equipped but compact rooms, good location.

Hotel was in a great location to walk from. Rooms are quite compact so not really a work from the hotel option as my son found out!

Had a corner room. Beautiful tinted windows on two walls. Best bathroom we encountered in our entire Japan stay. A bathtub with a skyline view! Terrific location with a huge array of food and shopping options steps from the hotel.
