以前お世話になった時は、お風呂の受付で外国人と間違えられ、嫌な言い方をされて不快でしたが、今回はどちらのスタッフも感じが良くて心地よく滞在できました。

今回2回目の滞在です。満足して過ごさせていただきましたが、お風呂の入口での若い女性の対応がすごく感じ悪く、外国人と間違えて英語で声掛けてきて感じ悪く通り過ぎたのに、何度も呼び止められた挙げ句、理解してますと返答しても誤りもしないので、とても不快でした。

We love the breakfast. Room was clean. Although it does say no tattoos in the public bath it was the very last thing they mentioned on the details and wasn’t very noticeable. Unfortunately we didn’t notice. Luckily we found tattoos cover sheets at the Don Quijote. If you trying to use public bath you should try to find tattoo cover. But it was very disappointing to know they still have that policy.

穴場ホテル

お部屋も綺麗で、アメニティも充実してます。

大浴場とサウナがあるので疲れた体を癒すのには最高です。寛ぎスペースにドリンクがあるのが嬉しい。お手頃価格で日帰り入浴もできる。また行きたいと思いました。オススメです！

部屋の棚のガラスにホコリがたくさんあって拭いていないのがわかったのと、館内着がタオルのせいか、白い毛玉みたいなのがたくさんついてしまっている状態でした。また、楽しみにしていた温泉も2つある内風呂が36.5℃と39.0℃と外国人向けなのかとてもぬるく非常に残念でした。
ホテルのチェックアウトも自動でカードをいれるだけなどのシステムではなく、並ばなければいけなかったので新しいのに残念でした。立地は銀座にも徒歩でいけて良いですが、リピートは絶対しないです。

If you don’t like to be near fish market, you don’t want this location but very close fish-market gave me a lot of food choices. Their bath house was so nice and fun to be at the end of the day.
I and my daughter had fun stay.
It is clean and comfortable for two of us.

A very small room. I knew it was small when booking, it is another thing when actually there. It is very difficult to move around if you are a large/tall person between bed and the "hallway" where the toilet and showers are.

There is no space to put your luggage. There is a small foldable chair which I used to place my suitcase in the hallway. The room door could then only be opened halfway.

Since the room is very small, shower towels are stored in basket next to the bed. Hand towels are stored in a drawer at the washing sink.
But there is no place to hang up your towels after use. That is strange since the hotel encourages their visitors to partake in their green initiative with cleaning the room on every third day.

This room has an actual shower in a separate room. The toilet is also in a separate room, while the washing sink is outside next to the bed. While there is a sliding door to hide the washing sink from the bed area.

The room had a sitting section with two chairs and a table right next to a large window.

The window goes all the way down to the floor. Visitors should be aware that an office building is right next to the window, so you can see the office workers, and they can see you if you are sitting by the window. Although I never noticed they where interested into looking. If you are on the top floors they can not see further into the room like the bed.

I stayed at the 10th floor. The WiFi was very unstable up there. They gave me a WiFi router for my room.

Awesome hotel

The location is great. Tsukiji market is literally just outside the front door. There is easy access to the major attractions like Ginza, Shinjuku, Shibuya etc.

The staff are super friendly and accommodating. They make you feel at home.

The onsen is great and relaxing..

Of all the hotels I've stayed in during my numerous visits to Japan, this is by far my favourite and feels like home.

The room is supper small, it barely fits a big suitcase, I had to put the suitcase right at the door entrance and move it every time I need to go out. It’s very convenient for food, but no shopping area around the hotel. The public bath and breakfast are the highlights for our stay. (Same breakfast menu during our five days stay, but it’s still good)

Great hotel for family

We loved staying here. Love the lounge in the lobby and the free onsen for hotel guests! It’s a nice layout but wished the sinks had its own private area instead of out in the open. But none the less we had a wonderful stay! Being a minute walk away from Tsukiji market was just the cherry on top!

Located in the heart of Tsukiji. Hotel is new, room size is decent in Tokyo. Not the best location for transportation, 15-20 min walk to the center of Ginza. Lots of dining options in the morning around the hotel but very quiet in the night time. Have a public bath inside the hotel but guests will tattoos are strictly prohibited, even with tattoo covering stickers, a bit lack of flexibility.

Fantastic hotel - great rooms ( comfortable and clean ) - service was superb and I loved the location as can walk a little to station which I enjoyed and also after dinner walk when coming back . Highlight is Tsukiji market at your door step 😀

Aside from the fact that the hotel is a bit far from the nearest metro station (it is 2min walk to a bus station though), it's great. The rooms are big (we're a family of 3) with ample size beds and plenty of space to lay out 2 suitcases, and seating area. The rooms and amenities are clean and front desk was super helpful (help us send luggage to another hotel by calling to confirm reservation and filling out forms). The rooms are soundproof very well, since we were jetlaged it really helped not to have to listen to doors banging or people walkinig/talking outside. Lobby has a library and kids play area; 2nd floor is the public bath which hotel guests can use for free. Location-wise, aside from being far from the metro, it is very conveniently located next to Tsukiji market. We had sushi everyday for breakfast, no need to wait if you're early enough. And there's a good unagi restaurant, yakiniku place, and a door-in-the-wall onigiri place all within 2mins walk.

This hotel is inside the Tsukiji area. A little bit walk to ginza. During our stay it was raining a lot so we ended up trying all the amazing food in Tsukiji market. Very clean and comfy room. Service was amazing.

The property was clean and well equipped. The meal at the hotel was good and not too expensive. The views were great and it was close to good transport links to both Haneda and Narita airports.
It is a shame that it is amongst the fish market.

Another great Tokyo hotel!

Tosei Hotel Cocone Tsukiji was another great hotel find in Tokyo. First off, the luxury twin room was very spacious by Japanese standards with space for two queen-size beds and a separate sitting area. All the expected amenities were there with only a microwave missing. One caveat about the room though is that being modeled after traditional Japanese houses the beds are futon-style and the sitting area has a low table with four zaisu rather than regular chairs so those with mobility issues or who just can't get used to being so close to the floor may need to look elsewhere. With a large floor-to-ceiling window though the ample space made for a relaxing refuge before or after trips around the city.

Apart from the great room, the hotel also offered an excellent restaurant with a superb buffet breakfast every morning. The hotel was also well-situated for trips all over Tokyo with multiple train and subway stations nearby for convenient access to pretty much anywhere in the city.

The hotel had a great onsen that could get relatively crowded but was still a treat after long days wandering Tokyo. An amusing lounge area was also provided just off the lobby with a library, foosball tables, and vending machines.

As standard for Tokyo, hotel staff were uniformly polite and helpful. Service was always great from the front desk to the restaurant and on to the cleaning staff. Taken together with the reasonable price, Tosei Hotel Cocone Tsukiji was a great experience overall.

Great location, accommodations, comfortable stay!

Didn't realize the open fish market was just right next to the hotel, fun find! Pleasantly surprised the hotel replenishes and cleans the room daily (not that we needed the service) and the cozy slippers was amazing after a long day out and about. Loved the addition of the "play" room on the main floor to chill, eat, do puzzles (we did origami w/provided papers). Staff was always welcoming. Wished we had more opportunities to check out all the accommodations. Would definitely stay here again!

The room is spacious, especially for a family, as I booked the Premium Triple Room (Deluxe)

There is a public bath area and a sauna, though I didn’t use them, so I can’t comment on those

Just minutes from Tsukiji Outer Market, with fresh sushi and great breakfast/lunch spots. Around 12 minute walk to the train station. Please allow extra time for Uber/taxi or walking, as the area gets crowded with tourists

Room:
Premium room offer ample space for at least two suitcases. Modern facilities include a Japanese-style wet-dry bathroom with a small shower chair, and a retractable clothesline. But I noticed a slight smoke smell in the washroom, possibly from another room or the B1 smoking area. After informing reception, the smell subsided, but it occasionally lingered

Housekeeping Service:
Housekeeping provides water and towels even without requesting a full cleaning. They’re proactive in asking if the room needs cleaning when we leave. However, cleanliness could be improved as I noticed hair and small debris after cleaning

More notes:
First, I want to thank the front desk for their service and effort in assisting with check-in and check-out. However, many non-Japanese guests often break the rules, such as eating in the lounge(not allow in that area), speaking loudly in the lobby, not showering before using the public bath, and littering in the common areas. While the hotel provides clear signage, it’s difficult to maintain cleanliness and order when guests don’t follow the rules. This really affected my hotel experience, so I’m rating 3 stars, not entirely because of the hotel, but due to the behavior of some guests

Wifi was not working during my stay, so I had to rely on my SIM card for internet. Hotel is fairly new, but the air conditioning was pretty loud and the airflow cannot be adjusted. The tv was also positioned in a weird spot, on the same wall as the bed headboard. Service is average—staff were friendly but do not expect them to allow complimentary late check-out or early check-in. The hotel is very walkable to the Tsukiji fish market, however the train station is about a 15 min walk away. The neighborhood is quiet with a Family Mart conveniently located next door.

I feel ripped off. I had to change my booking date by one day, but ensured that I rebooked the new date with Tosei Hotel COCONE Tsukiji Ginza Premier. I didn’t get a refund for the original change, even though I was led to believe that would be the case. I would never have booked my second stay at the hotel if I knew the refund for the changes earlier date wouldn’t be forthcoming.
A nice hotel, that has been let down by their staff and policy inflexibility.

Convenient hotel

Hotel is conveniently located next to Tsukiji outer market and a 10-min walk from Tsukiji station. Staff at the front desk were helpful with storing our luggage before we checked in and after we checked out.
The luxury twin room that we booked was spacious for Tokyo standard. However, although it is a ‘luxury’ room, we only get to look into the wall of an adjacent building 1.5m away.
Hotel is not very eco friendly. Even though we did not request for housekeeping the room was made up every day and all towels changed.
Hotel also has a public bath which, according to Japanese culture, should be used in nude and only after you have cleansed yourself thoroughly. During our stay, we witnessed a Caucasian mother in swimming costume who brought in her daughter and son into the bath meant for female only. There was a hotel staff at the counter outside the public bath but he did not stop the lady. Shouldn’t the staff have stopped them?
