憧れのミヤシタパークホテルに泊まれると、期待して行きました。ボディーソープ、ハンドソープがとても使い心地が良く、欲しくなりました。
エレベーターの使い方と、部屋の開け方の説明が聞かないと無かったので、予約時の案内に、簡単に記載してもらえると分かりやすいと思います。

フロントスタッフの方はとても感じ良く、チェックイン前の荷物の受付、チェックインの際のタブレット操作もやさしく教えていただきました。
部屋は少し狭さは感じましたが、ロフトタイプの斬新な３人部屋を楽しむことが出来ました。各ベッドに照明とUSB充電、コンセントが付いていたのは高評価です。
残念だった点は、冷蔵庫の冷えが悪い、テレビ台の引出がきちんと閉まらない、バスルームが施錠できない、洗面台の排水が詰まる、以上４点です。ありがとうございました。

ミヤシタパークでの開催されたイベント(ONE OK ROCK)を見る為にいちばん近いこのホテルに２泊しました。お勧めします。
朝、昼、夜と感じか違うイベントの景色が見られて最高でした。

窓が近い部屋の作りや景観はとても良かったです。とはいえシャワーしかなくサービスもかなり簡易的な中でのこの価格は正直高い印象でしたね。
朝食もいろいろ選べるのは良かったですが、11時のラストオーダーギリギリで行ったのもありサラダバーは種類が少なく味もまあまあでした。

まるで御洒落なバッグパッカー状態でした。部屋は激狭くスーツケースを開けることもできず、スタッフもアルバイトみたいな感じ（タクシーでさえ呼んでもらうこともできないとのこと）チェックインする階は、なぜか若者で混んでました。二度と泊まることはないと思います。

ホテルの清潔さ､スタッフの対応はとても良い印象でしたが、施設面の不便さ､分かりづらいところ(客室までの行き方・チェックイン､チェックアウトの方法など)が残念に感じました。できれば､案内図や各種説明表記などを多用してもらえると助かります。また､繁華街の近くにあるので､やはり、騒音が気になり寝つけなかったのも残念でした。できたら､アメニティに耳栓・アイマスクも用意していただけると嬉しいです。それ以外はとても良いホテルだと感じました。

思ったほど

初利用。たまにリラックスするのもいいかなと環境良さげなこちらを予約。フロントにて訪ねようと待っていると、後から来て並んでる方から接客され複雑。ホテルのサービスとは非日常を感じられる場所だとおもっているので、少々ビジネス+α的な感じが料金に見合わず、私的には残念でした。

タブレットの言語切り替え以外は、全て快適でした。チェックイン、チェックアウト、ロビー階にあるコーヒーショップ、ミヤシタパークに直結、などなど。また滞在したいと思います

狭いので1人ならいいけど、2人で利用するとスーツケースも広げられません。アメニティも女性には厳しい品揃え。カフェやMIYASHITA PARK と繋がっているので、時間を潰すのには悪くないけど、夜はクラブイベントなどの音が響くので、音に敏感な人にはおすすめできません。

What a beautiful hotel with such lovely attention to detail! It’s clean, modern, convenient, has friendly staff and is directly on top of some fun shops and amenities!!! It’s walking distance to public transport, close to Shibuya scramble and great shops. My only issue was that I didn’t have space to keep my luggage bag open, as the floor space is very limited, so I had to climb over my bag or pack it up and away each time I used it. Overall a wonderful hotel and I can’t wait to return!

Asked for a medium room which was received but was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. So unbelievably small I didn’t have room to open a single checked bag. We had trash that was clearly marked left by the door and housekeeping did not pickup and in addition they threw out a bag of items that was recently bought but took no accountability. Will not be returning. Do not recommend.

Communication and costumer care needs improvement. I was suprised at the language barriers I experienced with staff at checkin/out. For a hotel with many english speaking guests I wasnt expecting to have to use google translate. We had to figure out hotel amenities on our own as there was no explanation/guidance at check in. At check-out they were not able to call a cab for us to go to the aiport and gave us a card to contact a cab company that was written completetly in Japanese which we were not able to use. We travel quite frequently to hotels/resorts around the world and this was a first. Furthermore my 69yr old mother took a fall in their upstairs restaurant SOAK after missing a higher than usual raised step at the entrance as we exited. Hotel staff did nothing but stare and ask of she was okay. It was another hotel guest and I that helped her get up and monitored her condition as she took a few minutes to gather herself. Hotel staff didnt ask for our room number didn't offer a chair, water or ice, just observed. I asked for ice later which was promptly given but there was no follow up. I recomended the step have a "watch your step" sign or have the edge of the step painted in a bright colour. 72hrs later home in Canada her knee is bruised and she has difficulty walking. The Hotel is a great location with proximity to shops and shibuya scramble crossing. Room was clean and as advertised with a nice view of the park. Breakfast was included and good, just sub par service.

Amazing hotel. Location is perfect and the staff are so lovely. My dad and I stayed there for 4 nights, left Tokyo for 2 nights and they stored our luggage and then we came back and stayed for 1 more night. There is a nightclub underneath the hotel and they moved our room up to be away from the vibrations. The rooms are very clean and bright. Would stay again.

Our stay was well above expectations. The location could not have been more central to where we wanted to be! Super easy access and close to Shibuya Station. So may good restaurants and shopping below the hotel. Shibuya Winery was a great stop to start the night! The view of Tokyo was gorgeous and the room size was well enough for my wife and I. Staff deserves more than 5 stars and there is no doubt we will be returning to this hotel for our next trip to Tokyo!

Best place to stay if you are going to Tokyo and staying In Shibuya. This place is so convenient close to everything. Shibuya crossing, cat street, subway, all within walking distance. Place is super nice and modern can’t beat the view from your room. Would stay here again and recommend to everyone visiting Japan.

Location of this hotel can't be beat for anyone who wants to come and do some shopping in the Harajuku / Omotesando / Shibuya area. Its position makes it easy to get to by foot, taxi drop off / pick up is a little precarious and you have to call them yourself as the hotel doesn't provide a service.

Some rooms are more spacious than others so you just have to pick and pay accordingly.

Check in/check out is super easy and staff has been helpful receiving packages for me / sending lost items.

In-room amenities are basic but fine. Cleaning is once every 2 days which I get but I wish they would at least stop by to take trash as the provided bins are small.

The hotel was clean and modern. Our room was not cleaned when we were given the keys so the manager upgraded us to a larger room. We very much appreciated it. The location is a 10 minute walk to station. The breakfast waitress was unfriendly and told us to “hurry” twice even though we arrived before 11am and the buffet closes at 12pm. The buffet wasn’t fully stocked either when we arrived. It was not worth the money. Otherwise our stay was very pleasant.

Room was small but quite comfy. Pillows were flat but the bed itself was comfortable. Loved our view from the 16th floor! We had some laundry and was able to do that on the 7th floor but be aware you may need to extend the drying time. We did so like an additional 3 hours total to get our stuff to dry and it was mainly undergarments. We were able to go out and come back to check on it throughout the day. Staff was helpful when we needed to extend our checkout time because we had a late flight. Our cards stopped working and the staff was able to get us new ones working quick. The area was close to a lot of shopping and food options. It was very convenient. Loved the cafe in the lounge! The matcha latte was a must for me every morning. The rooftop park was nice but the weather wasn’t that great during our stay unfortunately so we didn’t get to enjoy much time up there. I would stay here again as it’s so close to the train station and in the same building has so many food options! Also a close walk to the hachiko statue which has been on my bucket list for the longest time. Definitely recommend!

Had the bunk bed room, and it was fantastic. Small, but well designed. Even had a place for our luggage. They have an excellent coffee shop downstairs, and its open early (compared to other coffee spots dont open untilb10am)

Location location location :) if you want shopping , convenient access to shibuya station, and a block long park at your door, this place is great.

Room size is ridiculously small, but restroom and shower are well appointed. Plan on sliding your luggage under the bed.

We had a blast using the hotel as our base for shopping and restaurants. soak nightclub/ restaurant is on the top floor with great food, music, and views. 5th floor had a lovely restaurant albeit absurdly high priced , coffee shop on lobby level was good as well.
Street access is via a subtly hidden elevator at the corner, so when your taxi drops you off in front of balenciaga or kith, fret not :). Just walk to the corner and look for the sequence hotel sign and elevators :)
