無駄のないデザインの客室。

フロントの人は接客が良い印象。レストランの方は悪いわけじゃ無いけど、良くは無い。料理は美味しいけどコーヒーが微妙。アメニティもショボい。
シャワーもトイレと一緒なのは別にいいけど、作りが変。
そして渋谷なのでやはりうるさい。
場所で高いだけな感じ。
ただレイトチェックイン・アウトは助かった。

セルフチェックイン、アウトがやりにくい。エアコン使いにくい。日本の四つ星ホテルなのに湯船が無いのは信じがたい。朝食会場のエスプレッソが追加料金なのも信じがたい。

残念ながら値段に全く見合っていない宿でした。ただスタッフは感じ良かったです。

チェックインの時間よりも早めに荷物を預けたくフロントに行くと、お部屋の準備ができていますと、早めのチェックインを臨機応変に対応していただきとても嬉しかったです。

憧れのミヤシタパークホテルに泊まれると、期待して行きました。ボディーソープ、ハンドソープがとても使い心地が良く、欲しくなりました。
エレベーターの使い方と、部屋の開け方の説明が聞かないと無かったので、予約時の案内に、簡単に記載してもらえると分かりやすいと思います。

フロントスタッフの方はとても感じ良く、チェックイン前の荷物の受付、チェックインの際のタブレット操作もやさしく教えていただきました。
部屋は少し狭さは感じましたが、ロフトタイプの斬新な３人部屋を楽しむことが出来ました。各ベッドに照明とUSB充電、コンセントが付いていたのは高評価です。
残念だった点は、冷蔵庫の冷えが悪い、テレビ台の引出がきちんと閉まらない、バスルームが施錠できない、洗面台の排水が詰まる、以上４点です。ありがとうございました。

ミヤシタパークでの開催されたイベント(ONE OK ROCK)を見る為にいちばん近いこのホテルに２泊しました。お勧めします。
朝、昼、夜と感じか違うイベントの景色が見られて最高でした。

窓が近い部屋の作りや景観はとても良かったです。とはいえシャワーしかなくサービスもかなり簡易的な中でのこの価格は正直高い印象でしたね。
朝食もいろいろ選べるのは良かったですが、11時のラストオーダーギリギリで行ったのもありサラダバーは種類が少なく味もまあまあでした。

まるで御洒落なバッグパッカー状態でした。部屋は激狭くスーツケースを開けることもできず、スタッフもアルバイトみたいな感じ（タクシーでさえ呼んでもらうこともできないとのこと）チェックインする階は、なぜか若者で混んでました。二度と泊まることはないと思います。

ホテルの清潔さ､スタッフの対応はとても良い印象でしたが、施設面の不便さ､分かりづらいところ(客室までの行き方・チェックイン､チェックアウトの方法など)が残念に感じました。できれば､案内図や各種説明表記などを多用してもらえると助かります。また､繁華街の近くにあるので､やはり、騒音が気になり寝つけなかったのも残念でした。できたら､アメニティに耳栓・アイマスクも用意していただけると嬉しいです。それ以外はとても良いホテルだと感じました。

思ったほど

初利用。たまにリラックスするのもいいかなと環境良さげなこちらを予約。フロントにて訪ねようと待っていると、後から来て並んでる方から接客され複雑。ホテルのサービスとは非日常を感じられる場所だとおもっているので、少々ビジネス+α的な感じが料金に見合わず、私的には残念でした。

Overall we had a good stay at Miyashita Park Hotel. The location is excellent—super central and very convenient for exploring Tokyo, especially during cherry blossom season.

That said, for the price we paid, the experience didn’t fully match expectations. The room was serviced every two days, which was fine, but there was noticeable dust that seemed to reappear daily—possibly from the air vents. It didn’t bother us too much, but I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with allergies.

Also, there are only two washer/dryer units for the entire hotel, so it was difficult to rely on them during our stay.

Overall, still a good experience thanks to the location, but a few details could be improved, especially considering the price point.

If this is your first time visiting Tokyo or not, I recommend staying at this beautiful hotel. It’s very clean, the staff is friendly, and the view from our room was amazing! We were looking out over the Myashita Park. When you go up the elevator there are free samples of toiletries like lotion, q-tips, toothpaste, razors, etc. the beds are comfortable and there is a bathtub and shower. The hotel also has a great little cafe and is close to the “Scramble” so lots of shopping and restaurants and activities all within walking distance.

The twin bunk bead room on the 7th floor faced the main street, but with provided earplugs it was fairly quiet and cozy. Loved the view from the elevated platform for the bunks. Yes, the room is tight but was impeccably clean and we did have room for 2 carryons, a larger piece and two duffels. There is a storage cubby under the bunk platform but we did not use it. Also, each bunk has a light, charger outlets and phone holder. You enter the hotel four levels above street level and lobby is attached to a public café which is then attached to an elevated park. The hotel also has a bar/restaurant and a top floor bar which we did not go to. The location in Shibuya is fantastic for boutique shopping restaurants, et cetera. It is a couple blocks away from the busiest areas but at night feels very quiet.

The stay is near the famous crossing so you’re going to be near the luxury stores, tourist areas. Prime sport to be at. My room was cleaned every 2 days as part of their rules. Every time I did go back to my room it was neat and clean. My room was high up so I did get a pretty view of the high rise buildings. I’ve stayed here twice and would need convincing to find a different location. My room was small so it did pile up quick if I was buying stuff to take back home so be wary of that if you’re traveling solo. Staff was very accommodating even if I did not require their assistance. They do have a vending machine and laundry room but it does get used up quite often. They have the status of the 2 laundry units on their TVs so you can monitor usage. All in all, would highly recommend staying.

Cool vibes. Clean and big rooms. Great location. Cafe in the lobby. Park right outside. 10 mins from station. Walking distance to all the major shopping. No real bell desk to help with bags but other than that it was great.

Great property at the staff was very nice. It is also in a convenient location one thing that I did like is due to the check-in process being a little later the checkout time is also late at 2 PM which is great for the last day that we’re there.

Location, location, location. If you want to explore Shibuya, this is the place for you. The small inconveniences (late check-in time, no ice machine and their inability to call a cab for you) do not greatly take away from the quality of the property.

The breakfast was amazing and fresh with 6 options of entrees but also a small buffet, they clean and restore everything , every other day for your room so it’s not long of a wait, the location is amazing and semi isolated in a very populated district, you are above everything but accessible to everything. The staff was super friendly and can speak enough english t9 help, but remember to leave some Japanese to get you by. Love this place and will be staying again. I felt at peace and in a clean environment.

The location is hard to beat if you want to be close to everywhere in Shibuya. The complex has great small restaurants on the lower levels. Staff was super nice and helpful.

I believe it's listed as a 4-star on expedia, I think it's more like 3.5. If the room is cleaner, I'd say it's a 4. It's not filthy, but you can definitely see dust on the corners, watermarks on the bathroom glasswalls, etc. And the room can use some fresh paints.

We stayed in a King room (905) and it is spacious, and the view is great (even from the bathroom). But if you are a light sleeper and must have a quiet room, stay somewhere else. It is noisy with the sport cars sprinting down on the street, the ambulance sirens, and some music from somewhere. But if you like city vibes, this is the place!

Room was clean, space was more narrow however you are in shibuya, one of the hearts of Tokyo where it is more limited. Would have been nice to have at least a chair or two to sit on, with the small guest table, if space was available. Location is fantastic, close to Meiji shrine, shibuya station, shops, etc.

Nice hotel but it was only cleaned or reset if you asked someone downstairs. We stayed for 4 days and our room was cleaned and bins emptied once, otherwise the view was lovely, bed comfy. Also we tried to go to the rooftop bar and it was closed for a private function which was disappointing since it was a part of the hotel we paid to stay at.

Toppenbra läge och fint och modernt hotell men besviken på servicen som var obefintlig pga man behövde göra både in och utcheckning själv manuellt i receptionen på en iPad. Även endast städning av rummet varannan dag. Besviken på frukosten det inte var en vanlig buffé, istället behövde man beställa en frukost-rätt per person. Fanns en minimal salladsbuffé att plocka från, men saknade klassiskt frukostmat. Cappuccino eller annat kaffe kostade extra.

Fantastic location, friendly staff and well appointed rooms. The hotel had a really nice feel to it with a great rooftop bar and cafe. The rooms are very small but so are all of the rooms in Tokyo so this wasn’t a surprise! Very well appointed with great amenities, less than a 6 minute walk to Shibuya station and major attractions, also walkable to Harajuku only 14 minutes away!

Værelset var rent og rummeligt. Personalet var søde, men selv-check in i lobbyen, ved jeg ikke om er hurtigere end hvis personalet bare selv havde gjort det. God beliggenhed til mange ting, men man kan godt høre larm fra gaden og skinnerne, så ørepropper er anbefalet. Ellers var vi meget tilfredse med opholdet.
