お部屋もベッドも広く、清潔でとても快適でした。朝食のメニューも、築地ならではの海鮮が豊富で楽しめました。（お味噌汁だけ残念な感じ）

今回2回目の滞在です。満足して過ごさせていただきましたが、お風呂の入口での若い女性の対応がすごく感じ悪く、外国人と間違えて英語で声掛けてきて感じ悪く通り過ぎたのに、何度も呼び止められた挙げ句、理解してますと返答しても誤りもしないので、とても不快でした。

孫のお誕生日に娘2人、孫娘1人（４歳）、私（祖母）女4人の宿泊でした。
寝具が畳の上に厚めのマットレスだったので、孫娘が転がっても安心、夜は枕投げなどをして、まるで修学旅行のような楽しい時間でした

We love the breakfast. Room was clean. Although it does say no tattoos in the public bath it was the very last thing they mentioned on the details and wasn’t very noticeable. Unfortunately we didn’t notice. Luckily we found tattoos cover sheets at the Don Quijote. If you trying to use public bath you should try to find tattoo cover. But it was very disappointing to know they still have that policy.

隅田川ランニング目的で利用しました。
部屋もすごく綺麗で快適でした。
何より、朝ごはんの海鮮丼のバイキングと大浴場が最高でした。
アジア圏の旅行者が多かったですが、隣の部屋の声も聞こえず安眠できました。

穴場ホテル

お部屋も綺麗で、アメニティも充実してます。
温泉も広く、サウナもあるので、疲れた身体にはとっても良かったです。
築地市場からすぐ近くになので、次回もまた滞在したいと思います。

築地市場の近くにある。市場で朝食をするのもいいが、ホテルの朝食も美味しい。
大浴場とサウナがあるので疲れた体を癒すのには最高です。寛ぎスペースにドリンクがあるのが嬉しい。お手頃価格で日帰り入浴もできる。また行きたいと思いました。オススメです！

部屋の棚のガラスにホコリがたくさんあって拭いていないのがわかったのと、館内着がタオルのせいか、白い毛玉みたいなのがたくさんついてしまっている状態でした。また、楽しみにしていた温泉も2つある内風呂が36.5℃と39.0℃と外国人向けなのかとてもぬるく非常に残念でした。
ホテルのチェックアウトも自動でカードをいれるだけなどのシステムではなく、並ばなければいけなかったので新しいのに残念でした。立地は銀座にも徒歩でいけて良いですが、リピートは絶対しないです。

Staff were great! Kept room clean, and yes, initially we booked the relax single bed room, had to upgrade for a larger room but with twin beds. Better than previous room, so the total 5 nites stay was pleasant.

Great place, right by the famous Japanese fish market which is essentially now simply a walkable tourist filled fiod stalls. Easy access within 5 min walk from nearest tokyo metro station.
We stayed there 3 nights- one more than expected/plan as our plane was canceled. From here, you can get to pretty much everywhere you want to go easily by the Tokyo Metro.
There is a nice, not fancy bath which is free to hotel guest; whereas it is open to the public from 10 AM onward for ¥1700 (as of January 2026). Overall, I really liked the hotel. We stayed in two rooms, one was a double room that allowed for three people in semi comfort. The other one for two people is tight but reasonable for Tokyo standards.
The staff is really good and gives good recommendations for eateries in the nearby area.

The photos were extremely misleading, which was deeply disappointing. The room was very small, with the beds and chairs placed directly on the floor, and there was no proper bathroom. The shower/tub shown in the photos appeared spacious, but in reality it was less than half the size of a standard tub/shower. Even more concerning, the bathroom sink was located in the entryway, offering absolutely no privacy.

I cannot recommend this hotel. To make matters worse, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night on only some floors, and the safety warnings were announced solely in Japanese. For guests who do not speak Japanese, this created a confusing and potentially unsafe situation.

This hotel is excellent. It's modern, clean, and quiet. Its location is ideal for anyone traveling by subway; the neighborhood is also very walkable. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of food, all of which is delicious and fresh.

Vi havde et fantastisk værelse med udsigt over Sumida floden. Det var et værelse med tre senge, spisebord, badekar og plads til vores bagage. Det var dejligt at kunne spise nogle måltider på værelset efter lange dage i Tokyo. Receptionisterne var meget søde og hjælpsomme og det var super med loungen indtil vi kunne tjekke ind. Jeg frygtede lidt at skulle bo i et meget turistet område. Men beliggenheden er par gader fra fiskemarkedet var faktisk virkelig rolig og et godt udgangspunkt for vores rejse.

The hotel is fine, nothing really special. Location is good. After paying an outrageous amount of money for a regular room, had to pay extra to get an extra hour before checkout. It's a good hotel if you can get it at a lower rate.

The hotel is perfectly situated in a convenient area. It’s just at the corner of Tsujiki Fish Market, making it easy to run multiple meal trips without needing a transportation. The neighborhood feels safe and lively, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of options from fresh sweet shirmps and salmon to hot dishes. Everything was well-prepared and replenished regularly. The coffee was excellent, and the staff ensured dietary needs were accommodated.

The service was outstanding. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the concierge provided great recommendations for local activities. Overall, the team made the stay feel welcoming and stress-free.

If you don’t like to be near fish market, you don’t want this location but very close fish-market gave me a lot of food choices. Their bath house was so nice and fun to be at the end of the day.
I and my daughter had fun stay.
It is clean and comfortable for two of us.

A very small room. I knew it was small when booking, it is another thing when actually there. It is very difficult to move around if you are a large/tall person between bed and the "hallway" where the toilet and showers are.

There is no space to put your luggage. There is a small foldable chair which I used to place my suitcase in the hallway. The room door could then only be opened halfway.

Since the room is very small, shower towels are stored in basket next to the bed. Hand towels are stored in a drawer at the washing sink.
But there is no place to hang up your towels after use. That is strange since the hotel encourages their visitors to partake in their green initiative with cleaning the room on every third day.

This room has an actual shower in a separate room. The toilet is also in a separate room, while the washing sink is outside next to the bed. While there is a sliding door to hide the washing sink from the bed area.

The room had a sitting section with two chairs and a table right next to a large window.

The window goes all the way down to the floor. Visitors should be aware that an office building is right next to the window, so you can see the office workers, and they can see you if you are sitting by the window. Although I never noticed they where interested into looking. If you are on the top floors they can not see further into the room like the bed.

I stayed at the 10th floor. The WiFi was very unstable up there. They gave me a WiFi router for my room.

Awesome hotel

The location is great. Tsukiji market is literally just outside the front door. There is easy access to the major attractions like Ginza, Shinjuku, Shibuya etc.

The staff are super friendly and accommodating. They make you feel at home.

The onsen is great and relaxing..

Of all the hotels I've stayed in during my numerous visits to Japan, this is by far my favourite and feels like home.

The room is supper small, it barely fits a big suitcase, I had to put the suitcase right at the door entrance and move it every time I need to go out. It’s very convenient for food, but no shopping area around the hotel. The public bath and breakfast are the highlights for our stay. (Same breakfast menu during our five days stay, but it’s still good)

Great hotel for family

We loved staying here. Love the lounge in the lobby and the free onsen for hotel guests! It’s a nice layout but wished the sinks had its own private area instead of out in the open. But none the less we had a wonderful stay! Being a minute walk away from Tsukiji market was just the cherry on top!
