とても便利な立地で、室内は清潔でした。屋上も景色が良かったです！二段ベッドの下に六歳の子供と寝ましたがフレームが広めなのか、問題なく寝れました!部屋の設備も申し分ありません！コップやカトラリーもあって、とても助かりました。また泊まりたいと思えるホテルです！

長期で滞在してみたいホテル

お部屋でくつろげるための十分なスペースがあり、とても綺麗で清潔なホテルでした。あらゆる場所にアルコール消毒液が設置してあったり、部屋についているコンパクトなキッチンにはかなり充実したクッキング用品が完備してありペーパータオル、サランラップ等、新品でした。

広めでリーズナブルなお部屋でゆったり

家族での宿泊を想定している間取りのため、他の同価格帯ホテルよりも広い部屋でゆったり過ごすことができました。部屋付けテレビが液晶の部屋とプロジェクターの部屋があり、私はプロジェクターの部屋に泊まったのですが、室内の明かりで画面が薄くなったり、独特の操作方法がなれなかったり、面倒くさい部分もありましたが、一見して部屋にテレビがないので、デジタル・デトックスというか、日常から離れた感があり良かったです。TVがまったくないと現地のコロナ情報や天気情報が取得できないのでこのあたりは、落とし所が難しいのかもしれませんが・・・
リバービューの部屋に泊まりましたが、正直通常期は景観はあまり良くないですが、花火時期には特等席になるのかもしれません。
反対側は大通りに面しているのでうるさいかもしれませんが、上階なら浅草寺・雷門が見えそうな気がします。（未確認情報）

The room was considered big for Tokyo. Rooms were maintained well and clean. Service staff were attentive and extremely helpful. Hotel also has additional complimentary rental of essentials and other fun things such as hair iron, nail clippers and board games.

The hotel was centrally located to the Ginza and Asakusa Lines. One minute walk to Gina line. This made it very easy to get around Tokyo. The staff was very nice and helpful and answered questions we had. The room was clean and big enough for a family of 4 adults. Family Mart was downstairs. I will be coming back on my next stay to Tokyo.

online reviews. The staff is friendly and always with smiles, all of them no exception. Huge thanks to Miyuki and Moka for assisting us with setting up taxis, keeping the luggage for us post check out. We love the kitchenette and the basic cooking utensils. The place is squeaking clean and quiet. It is only about 5-10 minutes’ walk to the busy shopping centers and restaurants. Our room has a street view, allowing us people- watching even at 1-2 o’clock in the morning. We enjoyed the stay and the surrounding activities this hotel provides. No doubt we will stay again when we are back in Tokyo. Thank you Mimaru for bringing our vacation to the next level. We felt home away from home!

Great location, kitchen was well equipped and you could borrow appliances (like rice cooker or toaster etc). There was a kombini next door, and loads of places to eat in the area. There was coin laundry services and filtered water on site.

I wouldn’t stay here again due to the cleaning. They tell you they do a proper clean every second day and just the beds/bins on the other days. This is fine, but they do such a lazy job. Any trash that won’t fit in the bin is left on the floor (eg coffee cup). On their proper clean days they didn’t wipe down any surfaces so we had to go and buy a cloth/spray to clean the table. We have a baby so asked where we could put nappies as we didn’t want them in the room for long. They gave us a nappy bin but not once did it get emptied! So we had to find a public bin which if you’ve ever been to Tokyo you’ll know is not easy.
Other annoyances…

- The drains stink (bathroom and toilet both smelt weird the entire stay)
- My husband and mother both found the beds very hard and uncomfortable. (I wasn’t bothered).
- Only one elevator so long waits at times
- Coin laundry isn’t great, need 2-3 washes to actually clean anything

The location is good if you want to see the Asakusa area. Lots of food nearby. But it is not convenient if you’re planning to explore the other side of Tokyo (Ikebukuro, Shibuya, Shinjuku etc). Asakusa is a subway station, not a train station so you need to transfer to get to most of the other main tourist areas and it does take a while.

Good points!
- The staff are lovely and helpful
- Free tea/coffee/cold water in the lobby
- Convenience store literally next door
- Room comfortably fits 4 adults, can squeeze 2 extra kids if they’re small

This Mimaru was perfect. The staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful, I wish I could do the entire review about them. The hotel was also steps away from the train station so you couldn’t ask for a better location. The dining options were endless and convenience stores directly downstairs were great for the jet lag 3am food runs. The hotel was very clean and was equipped with everything you might need in the room. They also offered games and other items for free rental but we didn’t take advantage of that. The coin laundry was great and convenient and the rooftop terrace was a nice perk. We were traveling with two small children (1 and 5) and this hotel was beyond perfect. I wish we could have stayed longer.

A great hotel, clean and spacious rooms. Daily housekeeping is guaranteed. The staff is very friendly. And most importantly, the location is absolutely fantastic. A few steps from the metro station Ginza line and about 300 meters from the Asakusa line which offers direct connections to Haneda Airport. There's a Family Mart right next to the hotel entrance. We highly recommend it. If I visit Tokyo again, I'll definitely take advantage of Mimaru's services. 10 out of 10

We come back to Tokyo to visit family every summer but we do like to visit different mimaru locations due to our family size. So far this was definitely one of the most memorable ones! The girls in the front are the absolute sweetest (Coco, Moka & Arisa)!!! The location for this mimaru was also unbeatable. So central that you could literally walk everywhere and find everything. Our family of four (2 adults and 2 toddlers) stayed here over 20 days and it was very comfortable and spacious. The only problem we had was one of the guest went through our laundry (which wasn’t allowed so make sure you take your things with you the minute your time is up…but in my case I think he took my things out before the timer was even up) moved it and replaced it with their own…..i get that they were in a rush, but there are signs inside the room which state do not touch other guests belongings, or notify staff (but it was 1am so no staff was available) I did not feel comfortable with that as it had my kids and our own under layers in it….

This was a great property - spacious for family of 4 ( 2 teen boys ) . Close to subway and made airport transportation easy with the Sky access train ! Location was amazing with the great local bakeries to try , Turkish kabobs and amazing Japanese food in abundance ! Front staff were so friendly and helpful . Even pre- arrival so helpful with information !! Great start to our holiday

The area had more of an urban feel to it. However, it was close to a few tourist spots as well as convenience stores restaurants and drug stores. The rooms were spacious and the hotel was quiet. I would stay here again.

This was the 3rd Mimaru location we stayed at in Japan over our 2 week visit and again the location, room, facilities and staff were fantastic. This will clearly be the apartment/hotel I will look to stay at when I am back in Japan. The Mimaru properties and staff were a big part of what made our trip great.

Loved our stay here. It was perfect for our family of three but big enough space for four. It was so nice to have a kitchenette and sitting area and they had self service laundry which was so helpful. The staff were amazing all around. Location in Asakusa was awesome right outside train station.

Perfect start to 2 weeks in Japan

We had a wonderful stay at Miramu Asakusa. The front desk staff, most notably Moka, were so helpful and accommodating. The location is super convenient to the subway, walkable to notable tourist destinations, and has everything you need. We all, also, agreed that staying in Asakusa was a nice respite from some of the busier parts of the city (though fully bustling).

Excellent location. Literally 10 steps to Asakusa station. Staff was excellent. Spoke English and very down to earth. Great rooftop area for Skytree and Sumida river. Excellent laundry facilities. Great hotel in Asakusa

Room has very efficient use of space and we felt the layout was great for a family of five. We made good use of the kitchen and dining area and the kids loved the bunk beds. Location is also great being so close to dtations and the hotel staff was very responsive, friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a one bedroom with view. The view was indeed terrific and there was plenty of space, and the location was great. That said, the separate bedroom with the bunk beds has no window and can only be reached by walking through the first bedroom, which itself has no door, so there isn't great privacy in this suite type and if you need more you should get a two-bedroom instead. The hotel staff are helpful, but it has very minimal service—not a big deal when there's a convenience store next door. The hotel laundry was convenient though they warned us it can get busy in the evenings. The walk along the river just outside was a great place to run and shopping streets and Senso-ji were down the block, and the station was right outside. Note that it is a schlep to some of the other classic tourist neighborhoods like Shibuya and Shinjuku, but a great base for a first visit to Tokyo if you imagine making others in future or if you want to split your stay across two neighborhoods.

Stayed here for 5 nights and found the location to be extremely convenient as it is just 3 mins walk to the popular Nakamise shopping street. Plenty of food options in this area. Hotel staff we interacted with all spoke good English. An excellent location to stay if you wish to explore Tokyo by metro/subway. We had strollers with us so it was great that there was an exit across the road from the hotel that had elevator.

Great location to visit Asakusa neighborhood, with metro station entrance within 1 min walking distance. We loved the clean, functional and spacious apartment, kitchen was convenient too whenever we did not feel having dinner outside! Overall fantastic stay and highly recommended hotel.

Great Spot but Loud Street

The location was excellent in being able to go to the Sky Tree, Senso-Ji and more. Amenities were nice and staff were friendly. My only challenge was our room faced the street and the street can be loud with sirens etc as it is a busy road. Otherwise perfect place!

Great property to stay for a family of four. Room size is great for the Tokyo area and kitchenette was excellent with a good size fridge. 2 min from Senso-ji. Ginza line is right outside hotel. Tokyo Sky Tree views. Tons of food options nearby. Konbini everywhere and Family Mart just next door.

Room was clean and we had a river partial skytree view room. There is a family mart right below the hotel and it’s a 3min walk to exit 4 of asakusa station. There are multiple train exits around the hotel and it’s also walking distance to the shopping street and lots of food options nearby. It’s a 20-25min walk to skytree. Staff were all very helpful and kind and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff at mimaru Asakusa station were friendly, helpful and took the effort to accommodate our requirement for extra cleaning, due to dust allergies. It was a peaceful spot in a big and busy city. Having the river view made it feel like we weren't crammed in and unlike many hotels the room was a great size.

This hotel was in the perfect location, great for a family with small children. We visited alot of Tokyo but still enjoyed spending time around Asakusa. The train was right there, as was Tokyo Cruise for transport, as was 7/11 and Family Mart for convenient food options. We were able to catch the train directly to the airport without changing lines. The hotel itself and the staff we could not fault. Would definitely stay here again.

So very happy with our seven night stay here! The view from our room was absolutely amazing! We loved everything about the hotel room, especially the huge walk-in shower, comfortable beds and very functional kitchen and dining area. The staff was so kind and helpful. They helped us several times with transportation issues and to call a taxi since Uber will not pick up in this location. If you need a taxi have them call one for you, it’s really quick and they will pick you up right in front of the hotel. I’m extremely grateful for their assistance, especially when we needed a ride to the airport last minute and the kind gentleman at the front desk made it happen. This hotel is in the perfect location right near several subway stations great shopping, restaurants and easy walk or subway ride to the Tokyo sky tree. I will highly recommend staying here, especially if traveling with family as there are many food options such as Burger King right next-door and also there is a family Mart next-door as well. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Mimaru Tokyo Asaksua Station! You made our dream vacation :-)

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Mimaru. The rooms were very spacious and location was unbeatable. The rooftop terrace was a wonderful place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. We had a group of 36 and the hotel was very accommodating with storing everyone's luggage on our checkout day. Would highly recommend!
