家具や食器類も揃っており長期滞在でも不自由なく過ごせた。3日1回清掃が入るが、やや適当で、ゴミが残っていたりタオルが足りなかったりした日もあった。ただ全体的には満足な水準。

下水の臭いがのぼってきてたのか、お風呂の浴槽に水をはったらマシになりましたが、チェックインしたてのときはすごい臭いでした。

お世話になりました！

スタッフの方はとても対応が迅速で、駐車場が満タンだったため近くのパーキングに止めたのですが、とてもわかりやすく丁寧に何度も説明してくださいました。
お部屋が少し埃っぽく感じ、お風呂の隅がカビていたのは少し残念でした…ただ、老人子供との旅だったので入り口入って直ぐの部屋はとても助かりました！また機会があれば泊まりたいと思います！

5人で利用しましたが、広さも申し分なく快適に利用することができました。隣の宿泊者の声が聞こえることもなく、プライベート空間を楽しむことができました。Nintendo Switchも無料で利用することができ、お部屋での時間を充実させることができました。

部屋の附帯品がすごい

部屋に、洗濯機から、電子レンジ、トースターから、ペーパータオルに食器、など、暮らす為の備品が全て揃っていて、しかも、それが、新しく綺麗で、ロングステイには、最適です。オープンしたばかりだったので、全て清潔で綺麗でした。　　難点は、部屋からの眺望。これは、残念ですが、箱崎のリムジンバスのターミナルに歩いて１分の素晴らしい立地を考えると何を優先するかです。
水天宮の駅は、すぐですし、バスターミナルには、東京駅方面を循環する無料のバスの発着もあるので便利です。
食事も、少し歩けば人形町なので、レストランに困る事はありません。
眺望さえ目をつぶるので有れば、良い選択だと思います。

The staff here is extremely friendly and always great you will a smile upon entering and exiting everyday. Check in was fairly easy dispite them not speaking perfect English, with the kiosk they were able to direct us. They offer basic amenities for free at the front desk and do housekeeping every 3 days on longer stays. This hotel is also really close to multiple railway stations that we made good use of and also lots of convenience stores and quantity restaurants. I hope to return to this hotel and area again!

I normally don't leave reviews, but this one was so extraordinary that I felt genuinely compelled to write one. This MONday Apart hotel is one of the best I've experienced, and it embodies everything Japan is known for - being clean, well-kept, organized, quiet, accommodating, and more. On the day of travel, when I encountered some issues with flight delays, the hotel was very understanding and accommodating in allowing me to check-in past midnight. The hotel itself is clean, well-equipped, and roomy for being located in central Tokyo. The bed was comfortable that I slept like a baby in its mother's arms, and with appliances, utensils, and free toiletries on offer, the hotel had no issues meeting my needs. Throughout my stay, any concierge member I encountered was polite and professional, making their best efforts to speak in English. However, perhaps the best feature had to be its location: located in a smaller alley within a small neighbourhood, you feel very much integrated in the community, while not sacrificing on walkability and transportation options. You are within minutes of walking distance to T-CAT and Suitengumae Station (Hanzomon), making it an absolute breeze to move to/from the airports (NRT & HND) and other parts of Tokyo. The whole integrated experiences from the room to the staff to its location made my stay THAT much better, and I cannot recommend this place enough. Seriously - just book it, because this place is well worth your hard-earned money and time.

A bit far from tourist area but nice and quiet. Close to TCAT so it was easy to get to coming from airport. Some awesome dining option close by. The room was decent size and ❤️ the laundry option. Staff were attentive and polite.

We had a pleasant stay though it’s quite small for family room. The hotel was in 5mins walk to Suitengumae station and 9 mins walk to Ningyocho station. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We were arriving close to midnight and worried about the check in time. I had communicated with the hotel earlier about our late arrival and the response was quick. Upon arrival the doors were closed but you need to ring the bell to be let in. You pretty much did the check in yourself at the kiosk as the staff only helped when you got stuck on the kiosk. Instructions were available in the room regarding appliances usage and garbage disposal. For a family of 5, there were plenty of towels provided. 2 small beds and 3 futons on the tatami area. Sleeping on the futon was comfortable. We had 5 pieces of luggage that we managed space wise as the smaller ones you can put underneath the foot of the bed. The toilet was in a separate room away from the bathroom. We were near the TCAT station and bought the 72 hour passes from the information office inside which was very convenient and the staff also spoke English. It’s located in a residential area and despite being near the TCAT station and parking lot it was quiet in the room. Family Mart and 7-11 stores were close by. Not much restaurants as this is a residential area. The Suitengumae station of Tokyo metro was an easy walk from the accommodation.

The hotel was well-kept and the room felt like a house. All basic household appliances were provided, such as a microwave, fridge, stovetop, and washer/dryer. I especially appreciated the reception staff, who were always friendly and eager to help. When we left for a short trip, for example, the staff happily assisted us in calling a taxi before our departure time.

The hotel was conveniently located, close to convenience stores like Family Mart and 7-Eleven as well as a subway station (Suitengumae Station). Upon arrival, the hotel staff also provided us with a map highlighting the nearest restaurants, the closest of which were only 2-3 minutes away by foot.

In general, we had a wonderful experience with both the staff and hotel and would recommend the hotel to others!

I liked that it was close to TCAT which made it convenient to get to the airport. We did not sleep well because the AC did not work well. The staff is very nice. We were able to store our luggage before check in. Not much to do walking from the hotel.

Nice hotel in the middle of Nihonbashi

For a Japanese hotel, it’s spacious and centrally located next to subway and TCAT allowing for easy transportation from airport and to navigate the city. It’s a small hotel with vending onsite and right outside for snacks and Nihonbashi

Bath linens are super soft. The bed lining are ok and the pillow is a bean bag!?

My only complaints is everything uses security codes, instead of card keyed. The elevator and your room door.

Overall, a solid 3 star hotel for a reasonable price.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were amazing. The problem was the bed linens. We found multiple blood stains and urine stains on the comforters. They looked like they’d never been washed. The staff graciously and immediately changed them out, but the new comforters were also stained. Again, amazing staff, but stained comforters were a little uncomfortable.

Exceptional front desk

The front desk personnel, especially Yuki & Shiori were exceptionally helpful with our needs, always cheery. This is the reason we give the property 5 stars despite our complaint.
The 1st night, we were too tired & did not see a big yellow stain on the futon when we made bed & put the bedsheets on. After the 4th day cleaning, a big yellow stain on one futon was exposed. It should have been immediately replaced but it was exposed so obviously, we were so disgusted, Yuri removed it right away. The room maids should be instructed to replace dirty furnishing right away.

Spacious and close to TCAT station. Easy 1 hr transportation via limobus from Narita to TCAT. Close to mulitiple lines of transit. Very clean, quiet. Several restaurants and convenient stores nearby.

Only one bus ride away from NRT/HND! A lot of hotels in Japan are tiny, but this one was decently sized for a family of 4. Hotel has amenities that you wouldn’t find at most hotels, like a vacuum cleaner and rice cooker, and they even had a karaoke machine and a Nintendo switch for rent.

Our family had a wonderful 3 night stay. The room was spacious and clean, the kitchenette was handy, and the washer/dryer was useful. I liked that you had to enter a security code to call the elevator on the ground floor. This Apart-Hotel is a short walk to a subway station, with two 7-Elevens and a Family Mart nearby too. I would stay here again!

Would stay here again

Stayed here for almost three weeks A home away from home, you got everything you need. The staff are really helpful, and they speak English well enough. If there is something you need, most things can be borrowed for free. We even borrowed a Nintendo Switch and Mario Party for free from the hotel! Room cleaning is every three days, but you can leave bags of trash outside the room before 12 if you want to. And if you need extra bags, toilet paper or towels, just ask the staff and they will provide for you.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay at MONday Apart Nihonbashi Suitengumae. The room was wonderful, we used the kitchen cooking breakfast every morning. We did laundry in the room when we returned and just enjoyed the large space after a long day of being out and about in Tokyo. Location was very convenient! Airport bus directly to either Haneda or Narita airport was just a 3 minute walk. We took it on our way back to the Haneda airport, just 1000 Yen. Subway (Hanzomon) line was just a 5 min walk.

We also loved that it was keyless entry throughout the property. Code and instructions were provided on how to access the entry door, elevator and our room - so convenient!

Also a big shout out to our evening front desk administrator, Minami Onodera who was so helpful throughout our stay. She was so welcoming and answered questions we had, even stepped outside and waved goodbye as we left on the last day. Thank you Minami for your professionalism and great hospitality!

We'll be back one-day and would highly recommend MONday Apart Nihonbashi Suitengumae to others.

Love this hotel!

Stayed at this property for 1 week & would recommend it to anybody trying to get away from crowded tourist areas. Property is only 2 blocks from the T-CAT bus station & Train station so it is very convenient to get around and access all things Tokyo has to offer. Also there are lots of options for shopping & eating very close to hotel. Front desk was very helpful & kind. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Loved this property & will definitely come back.

We stayed with family of five.

Monday Apartments are a nice touch to hotel living, the facility and staff were well prepared to address any of our needs, as well it was clean, modern and well taken care of and supplied.

Location is very convenient for travelling to and from Airport and Shikensan ( both of which we used from the hotel) and Tokyo central and all major shopping districts.

We would stay here again when in Tokyo.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. All the reception staff are friendly and nice. They may not speak much English but they will try their best to communicate with you to make your stay enjoyable. We would like to appreciate Yuki, he was so lovely when we checked in, we even played a dice game with him to get free welcome drinks. Yuki always has a smile on his face each time we see him at the reception. Yuki and Onami checked us out when we are about to go back home. They are both kind enough to keep our luggage while we eat and wait for our limousine bus to the airport. And before we left, Yuki and Onami sent us to the door to assist us with our 10 luggages. My kids enjoyed their chat with Onami because she is also a Carat who likes Dino and DK of Seventeen (Kpop) and knows Enhypen too which made our kids excited as they were all interacting with one another. Yuki didn't stopped waiving and he didn't the hotel door until we were almost out of sight which made us feel special. Thank you Monday team, we appreciate your service and we would stay in your hotel if we come back to Japan again.
Note: The washing machine and dryer is a huge blessing as we can do our laundry at night and during the day while we are sightseeing. Their hotel is next to TCAT (Tokyo City Air Terminal) which is a seamless way for us going to Narita via Airport limousine bus. There is also Don Don noodles next to the hotel where we usually eat a night after a tiring day of sightseeing.

The location is very good, close to T-CAT and the subway station. It's convenient to get to the airport and other places. There are also affordable sashimi restaurants nearby. The room is spacious enough with all kinds of facilities. It is suitable for family use. The apartment is cleaned once every three days. I hope to clean the table and floor next time.

Convenient Location

Clean and quiet spot for us to land from Canada w. hen we were jet lagged. Easy to get around the whole city from here. The designation as an apartment meant that a small kitchenette was included which we did not use on our two night stay but it would be great for a longer stay.

Reception was very helpful. Will advise to read instructions for housekeeping and you should be good. The location is more accessible than google maps will let you think. What was particularly handy was accessibility toTCAT where you can get the bus to the airport...which we found was much more convenient than trying to get on the train with luggage.

Ruhiges Zimmer in zentraler Lage

Das Zimmer liegt sehr zentral, wir hatten ein Doppelbett und ein Etagenbett. Klimaanlage vorhanden, es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine.Alles ist sehr sauber und alle sind sehr nett. Das Personal spricht Englisch, aber manchmal war die Kommunikation doch schwierig.

저렴한 가격에 잘 쉬다 갑니다.

일본 숙소들 대부분 좁음에도 이 호텔은 친대도 여유있고 공간도 넓어 쾌적하게 잘 지냈습니다. 주변이 한적하여 조용하고, 도쿄 시티 에어 터미널에서 매우 가까워요.

To start off the surrounding area is perfect if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. The area itself is super chill and the locals are also welcoming. Despite our inability to properly communicate, all the people helped us bumpkin our way through things. We really appreciated it.

Now on to the hotel. The place was immaculate when we walked in. It even smelt super nice. The front is nicely set up with an amenities bar and with small refreshments toom The attendant provided us with amazing customer service and also was super helpful with all our questions. She went out of her way to help with the silly tourist questions we had.

Even more so we loved the room, it was spacious and "efficiently decorated". Nothing was out of place and has all the amenities you could ask for. We will definitely stop by here the next time we visit Tokyo.
