駅からのアクセスがよく、朝食会場のレストランもハラハラしていて食事も美味しい。
施設の方の対応もどの方も非常によい。
一点気になったのは、夜中や早朝にバタバタしている近くの客室が複数あり途中で起きてしまった点くらいです

ところが今回利用して星を一つ減らしました。理由は、客部屋に飲料水がなかったからです。

施設はだいぶ古くなったけど、まだまだ南新宿のフラッグシップです。居心地や利便性は最高です。

宿泊者は8割は外国人のかたです。フロントのスタッフさんは忙しい中でも愛想がよく感じはいいです。部屋は入室時、何やら少しきつい臭いがありましたが今回パノラミックキングルームだったの素晴らしい景色でした。
ただ朝食ははっきりいってお勧め出来ません。朝食場所のレストランはバイキングの品数は少ないですし、味も普通。歓待性にも欠けますし、なにより食べて5秒で、お下げしますとこちらの同意もなしにバンバン下げられてしまいます。バイキングは普通何回かお代わりするものだと思いますが、1皿目でサラダをちょっと食べた終わっただけで箸ごと下げられてしまい、テーブルにはご飯の入った茶碗だけ。これをどうやって食べろというんでしょう？国内外で数多くのホテルに泊まって朝食も食べてきましたがこんな失礼なことは初めてです。こちらが食後のコーヒー飲んでるとか、席が混んでるのならある程度はわかりますが・・ただあいてる皿が出たらどんどん下げると言うのがこのレストラン方針のようです。他のテーブルの皿も盲目的にどんどん下げていました。次回泊まっても素泊まりですね。

眺望と、仕事をしても窮屈じゃない程度の広さを求めていたので、最適な環境でした。駅からも近い。
設備に古さを感じることと、客室清掃が14:30でも終わってなかったのはまあ仕方ないのかも。

ラウンジを予約した際に誕生日の項目にチェックしたからか、お部屋を、サザンタワーキングで予約しましたがシーニックキングにグレードアップして頂けました。心遣いが嬉しかったです。しかし、マッサージサービスがコロナ後もまだマッサージ師側がサービスをでき兼ねると仰ってるそうで、受けられなかったのが残念でした。それ以外はとても良いおもてなしでした。ありがとうございました。

ちょうどスカイツリーが見える所と高層ビルの上に(工事中の)クレーン車が重なり非常に残念だった。とてもいいホテルだが連泊でコインランドリー利用したい場合はホテルになく、結構歩かないとコインランドリーがないので不便かと。

2度目の宿泊でした。
新宿駅にも代々木駅にも近く大変便利な立地条件で気に入ってまたと再度お世話になりました。
前回はコロナ禍での宿泊でした。
大変快適に過ごさせていただきました。
しかし今回は明らかに清掃やフロントを含む客室サービスの半減を感じました。
急に宿泊客が増え、てんやわんやなのは理解できますが、宿泊代も高くなりサービスが行き届かないとなると客としてはどうしても満足できない感想でした。

A nice play to stay but more of motel than a hotel. For example, you need to carry your own luggage to and from the rooms. The rooms are smaller compared to western style motels but better in terms of comfort, noise, and location.

The hotel space starts on a higher floor and the lobby is designed to show off panoramic city views. The rooms are quite comfortable and have their own city views. The location is excellent for train access, shopping and dining. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

We stayed with Century Southern Tower hotel every year when we visited Tokyo. We loved its location; right next to the Shinjuku station. We loved its spacious room. The staff are all knowledgeable and helpful. We will stay with Century Southern Tower again.

Hotel lobby is located on the 20th floor and all hotel rooms are above the lobby. Great view from the room. The room was very clean, spacious and loved their bathroom products. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The location of the hotel is 5 min walk from Shinjuku station.

It was very easy to move because it was close to Shinjuku Station. There are marts and convenience stores near the accommodation, so it is easy to buy snacks. The night view is very good because the accommodation is high. The facilities were clean and the service was excellent.

Very convenient location to Shinjuku Station a very short walk along a pleasant walkway. Close to all the life of the Shinjuku area, but just slightly off the main congested area. Great access. Modern hotel with great staff. Large rooms.

Well located OK hotel

This is a very well located hotel. Rooms are fine, but bathroom can do with upgrade a bit. The scenic view hotel looks towards Tokyo night - very nice. No big amenities, no gym (but there's one close by for a daily fee).

Hervorragende Lage, um als Ausgangspunkt verschiedene Ecken Tokios zu erkunden. Die Menge an Zügen und U Bahnen in Laufnähe zum Hotel ist fast erschlagend. Im Hotel selbst bekommt man davon wenig mit, selbst auf der Seite zu den Schienen. Dafür hat man eine super Modeleisenbahn-Sicht auf das Geschehen in für Japan geräumigen Zimmern mit guter Ausstattung. Das Frühstück ist klasse und das Personal hoch professionell.

Our stay was amazing!! I will be booking again for my next trip to Tokyo. The staff were so attentive, friendly, & welcoming. We paid a tad extra for the hotel breakfast which was 100% worth it!! Delicious food at the hotel restaurant for breakfast & dinner alike! The view from our room was breathtaking. Our bed sheets were so soft & comfortable. There is also a ton to walk around & see, do, eat. Overall a 12/10 experience. :) Hidden gem nestled right between Shibuya & Shinjuku!

The location was amazing. If you get off the elevator at B1 you go Yoyogi station and Shinjuku with convenience stores. You can also get off at Ground floor for the easiest walk to Shinjuku directly. This isnt our first time staying in this area, previously stayed at Hotel Sunroute across the street.

This hotels location has made our trip that much more enjoyable and we will be staying at this hotel in our next visit to Japan. The hotel room is very clean, our double room was big enough to store all our luggage. Honestly there is not much to fault.

Hervorragende Lage direkt an mehreren Eingängen der shinjuku Station und trotzdem leise. Zimmer und Service super. einziger Nachteil ist das es keine Waschmaschinen gibt und der Wäscheservice ziemlich teuer. Shibuya auch sehr nah gelegen

The location was great and convenient. Limo bus from airport stops right in front of the door. Hop on /off station bus is right outside. Close to Shinjuku station but away from all the noise.

We really like staying at this hotel. We've stayed here several times now. Very convenient to the Shinjuku train station. Quiet and clean. We booked 2 rooms and they place them right next door to each other we really appreciate. Would recommend highly.

Great location & customer service.only problem I had is the bathroom is outdated also air conditioner kept turning off by itself after an hour or so even I turned off the timer. So like middle of the night I had to wake up to turn on the unit again.

La vista dalla stanza panoramic è davvero mozzafiato, sia di giorno che di notte. La camera è molto spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort, e il bagno offre una vasca con doccia molto funzionale. La pulizia è impeccabile. La posizione è semplicemente ideale: si raggiunge il quartiere di Shinjuku in soli otto minuti a piedi e la stazione della metropolitana, a due fermate da Shibuya, in tre minuti. Unica nota negativa,probabilmente nemmeno degna di nota, la tv non smart e quindi inutile per i non giapponesi.( noi ce ne siamo accorti l'ultimo giorno, volevamo mettere qualcosa in sottofondo mentre sistemavamo i bagagli)

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Century Southern Tower. The hotel was clean, a great deal for the quality, and the staff were professional and kind. The hotel is conveniently located near the Yamanote line for the JR system (Yoyogi station) and has an exit on the second floor that leads to a promenade to Shinjuku station for both the JR system and Tokyo metro. When you enter the building, which is well-marked (no need to take the stairs if you’re arriving from Yoyogi station, you can go around the corner), just take the elevator to the lobby on the 20th floor.

Would definitely recommend to travelers of all types!

We found the property to be very nice. It is very convenient for Shinjuku station. The room was comfortable. Staff friendly and accommodating. We didn't try the hotel restaurants but they seemed busy. There is a very good Thai/Vietnamese restaurant in the same building. Many shopping and dining options close by. Very happy with our decision to stay here.

This is a very good hotel about a 10-15 minute walk from the heart of Shinjuku (for tourists) and easy access to the massive Shinjuku station. It is right across "street" (no cars, just pedestrians) from a very nice, very large department store. There are also several restaurant options within easy walking distance. Overall we were happy to stay here. We booked through expedia and check in was very easy. We had a panoramic king bed and the room was bigger than your average Japanese hotel room.
