小田急ホテルセンチュリーサザンタワー

32階のシーニックキング。線路側だったので、新宿御苑やスカイツリーも見えて見晴らしは十分でした。今にして思えばパノラミックにするべきだったかもしれません。

室内は機能的で問題なし。シッティングエリアもあってくつろげました。

客室へは20階のレセプションのフロア経由で行くことになります。一階には小さいセブンイレブンがあるので便利。

地下に駐車場があるので、寒さを気にせずに行き来できます。

ただし、新宿駅まではテラスを通ると吹きさらしなので、風雨の日はちょっと嫌かもしれません。

ちなみに東京駅までは平日の午前中のタクシーで四千円弱でした。

夜景も綺麗でスタッフの方も親切で、とても居心地が良かったです。1つだけ残念だったのは朝の6時にセットしていないベットサイドのアラームが鳴ったこと。とても疲れていたのに大きな音で起こされたのでびっくりしました。

駅からのアクセスがよく、朝食会場のレストランもハラハラしていて食事も美味しい。
施設の方の対応もどの方も非常によい。
一点気になったのは、夜中や早朝にバタバタしている近くの客室が複数あり途中で起きてしまった点くらいです

宿泊者は8割は外国人のかたです。フロントのスタッフさんは忙しい中でも愛想がよく感じはいいです。部屋は入室時、何やら少しきつい臭いがありましたが今回パノラミックキングルームだったの素晴らしい景色でした。
ただ朝食ははっきりいってお勧め出来ません。朝食場所のレストランはバイキングの品数は少ないですし、味も普通。歓待性にも欠けますし、なにより食べて5秒で、お下げしますとこちらの同意もなしにバンバン下げられてしまいます。バイキングは普通何回かお代わりするものだと思いますが、1皿目でサラダをちょっと食べた終わっただけで箸ごと下げられてしまい、テーブルにはご飯の入った茶碗だけ。これをどうやって食べろというんでしょう？国内外で数多くのホテルに泊まって朝食も食べてきましたがこんな失礼なことは初めてです。こちらが食後のコーヒー飲んでるとか、席が混んでるのならある程度はわかりますが・・ただあいてる皿が出たらどんどん下げると言うのがこのレストラン方針のようです。他のテーブルの皿も盲目的にどんどん下げていました。次回泊まっても素泊まりですね。

眺望と、仕事をしても窮屈じゃない程度の広さを求めていたので、最適な環境でした。駅からも近い。
設備に古さを感じることと、客室清掃が14:30でも終わってなかったのはまあ仕方ないのかも。

ラウンジを予約した際に誕生日の項目にチェックしたからか、お部屋を、サザンタワーキングで予約しましたがシーニックキングにグレードアップして頂けました。心遣いが嬉しかったです。しかし、マッサージサービスがコロナ後もまだマッサージ師側がサービスをでき兼ねると仰ってるそうで、受けられなかったのが残念でした。それ以外はとても良いおもてなしでした。ありがとうございました。

ちょうどスカイツリーが見える所と高層ビルの上に(工事中の)クレーン車が重なり非常に残念だった。とてもいいホテルだが連泊でコインランドリー利用したい場合はホテルになく、結構歩かないとコインランドリーがないので不便かと。

2度目の宿泊でした。
新宿駅にも代々木駅にも近く大変便利な立地条件で気に入ってまたと再度お世話になりました。
前回はコロナ禍での宿泊でした。
大変快適に過ごさせていただきました。
しかし今回は明らかに清掃やフロントを含む客室サービスの半減を感じました。
急に宿泊客が増え、てんやわんやなのは理解できますが、宿泊代も高くなりサービスが行き届かないとなると客としてはどうしても満足できない感想でした。

Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. The room wasn’t flashy but it was very clean. It was a spacious room in comparison to the other hotels I had stayed at in Japan. I had a fantastic view of the city from my room and was even able to see Mt. Fuji. The location is fantastic, being right near Shinjuku station and endless shopping and dining options.

we were in Tokyo for two weekends and traveling in between. We ended up coming back to this hotel on the backend weekend because we loved it so much. Staff was wonderful. Check-in was a breeze. The room is spacious. Don’t hesitate to book. Great location.

Very nice hotel. The location was close to the train station, the room was a nice size with plenty of amenities, and the view was incredible (from the room and restaurant). The lobby is located on the 20th floor and includes a 7-11 and Shake Shack in the tower. The breakfast buffet was fine.

I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tokyo. It was in a great location and the breakfast buffet was fabulous. Everyone’s very helpful. We are actually returning after our Kyoto week to stay two more nights.

A clean room, helpful staff, and a great view in a perfect location for us! Close to Shinjuku station, the parks, shopping, restaurants, etc. We got the big morning buffet one morning and it was great. We also ate at the hotel restaurant one evening - had a beautiful view and the food was tasty, and presented in a beautiful way. One other plus is that there was an airport limousine bus that took us from Narita airport right to the Century Southern Tower Hotel, and that was nice after such a long flight. (Buy tickets online in advance or at the airport.) We enjoyed this hotel!

Excellent location, overlooking Shinjuku station, centrally located. Staff courteous and efficient. Rooms are on the smaller side but on par with other Tokyo accommodations - clean and convenient, we didn’t feel anything was lacking. Would absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Tokyo.

Stayed with a family of 3 at the century and it’s a great hotel! Location well placed near the train and shopping. Very clean and well maintained and our room was more spacious than other Tokyo hotels we have stayed.
There was also a bus shuttle to Haneda airport that took about an hour and was super cheap. We would def stay here again!

First hotel when I have landed in Tokyo. My request has been fulfilled, they have keep my parcel in good condition and answered all my enquiries promptly.

The hotel staff are friendly, the environment is clean and an accessible hotel with just minutes walk away from shinjuku station, I will recommend to my family and friends coming to Tokyo to stay with them

The photos are misleading. The building and lobby look very fancy and nice. The room was not anywhere near as nice. It was small, old, the bathroom smelled like mold. The mattress, pillows and sheets were terrible. The location is pretty good, but the room itself was very uncomfortable.

Esta propiedad es impresionante. Las habitaciones son grandes y espaciosas. La vista es estupenda. Desde mi habitacion en el piso 31 se podia ver la Tokyo Sky Tree, e estadio olimpico, los jardines de Shinjuku. Tienen un seven eleven en el primer nivel. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca y la estacion de Shinjuku esta cerca tambien. A solo minutos caminando de Kabukicho. El personal es muy amable. El
Baño esta un poco updated pero es grande y comodo.

A nice play to stay but more of motel than a hotel. For example, you need to carry your own luggage to and from the rooms. The rooms are smaller compared to western style motels but better in terms of comfort, noise, and location.

The hotel space starts on a higher floor and the lobby is designed to show off panoramic city views. The rooms are quite comfortable and have their own city views. The location is excellent for train access, shopping and dining. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Hotel lobby is located on the 20th floor and all hotel rooms are above the lobby. Great view from the room. The room was very clean, spacious and loved their bathroom products. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The location of the hotel is 5 min walk from Shinjuku station.

It was very easy to move because it was close to Shinjuku Station. There are marts and convenience stores near the accommodation, so it is easy to buy snacks. The night view is very good because the accommodation is high. The facilities were clean and the service was excellent.
