日本人が対応してくれるのはやはり安心感がありますね

32階のシーニックキング。線路側だったので、新宿御苑やスカイツリーも見えて見晴らしは十分でした。今にして思えばパノラミックにするべきだったかもしれません。

室内は機能的で問題なし。シッティングエリアもあってくつろげました。

客室へは20階のレセプションのフロア経由で行くことになります。一階には小さいセブンイレブンがあるので便利。

地下に駐車場があるので、寒さを気にせずに行き来できます。

ただし、新宿駅まではテラスを通ると吹きさらしなので、風雨の日はちょっと嫌かもしれません。

ちなみに東京駅までは平日の午前中のタクシーで四千円弱でした。

夜景も綺麗でスタッフの方も親切で、とても居心地が良かったです。1つだけ残念だったのは朝の6時にセットしていないベットサイドのアラームが鳴ったこと。とても疲れていたのに大きな音で起こされたのでびっくりしました。

駅からのアクセスがよく、朝食会場のレストランもハラハラしていて食事も美味しい。
施設の方の対応もどの方も非常によい。
一点気になったのは、夜中や早朝にバタバタしている近くの客室が複数あり途中で起きてしまった点くらいです

ところが今回利用して星を一つ減らしました。理由は、客部屋に飲料水がなかったからです。
エコのためペットボトルをやめて、各フロアにある水汲み場に行かなければならない方式に変更になってました。水汲みに行く少女は絵になりますが、おっさんはちょっと…www

施設はだいぶ古くなったけど、まだまだ南新宿のフラッグシップです。居心地や利便性は最高です。

宿泊者は8割は外国人のかたです。フロントのスタッフさんは忙しい中でも愛想がよく感じはいいです。部屋は入室時、何やら少しきつい臭いがありましたが今回パノラミックキングルームだったの素晴らしい景色でした。
ただ朝食ははっきりいってお勧め出来ません。朝食場所のレストランはバイキングの品数は少ないですし、味も普通。歓待性にも欠けますし、なにより食べて5秒で、お下げしますとこちらの同意もなしにバンバン下げられてしまいます。バイキングは普通何回かお代わりするものだと思いますが、1皿目でサラダをちょっと食べた終わっただけで箸ごと下げられてしまい、テーブルにはご飯の入った茶碗だけ。これをどうやって食べろというんでしょう？国内外で数多くのホテルに泊まって朝食も食べてきましたがこんな失礼なことは初めてです。こちらが食後のコーヒー飲んでるとか、席が混んでるのならある程度はわかりますが・・ただあいてる皿が出たらどんどん下げると言うのがこのレストラン方針のようです。他のテーブルの皿も盲目的にどんどん下げていました。次回泊まっても素泊まりですね。

利便性がよく、部屋からの景色も楽しめました。
ホテルから地下道で地下鉄やJR、小田急etcに駅に繋がっていたら最高ですね！

リピートしたい

眺望と、仕事をしても窮屈じゃない程度の広さを求めていたので、最適な環境でした。駅からも近い。
設備に古さを感じることと、客室清掃が14:30でも終わってなかったのはまあ仕方ないのかも。

ラウンジを予約した際に誕生日の項目にチェックしたからか、お部屋を、サザンタワーキングで予約しましたがシーニックキングにグレードアップして頂けました。心遣いが嬉しかったです。しかし、マッサージサービスがコロナ後もまだマッサージ師側がサービスをでき兼ねると仰ってるそうで、受けられなかったのが残念でした。それ以外はとても良いおもてなしでした。ありがとうございました。

ちょうどスカイツリーが見える所と高層ビルの上に(工事中の)クレーン車が重なり非常に残念だった。とてもいいホテルだが連泊でコインランドリー利用したい場合はホテルになく、結構歩かないとコインランドリーがないので不便かと。

2度目の宿泊でした。
新宿駅にも代々木駅にも近く大変便利な立地条件で気に入ってまたと再度お世話になりました。
前回はコロナ禍での宿泊でした。
大変快適に過ごさせていただきました。
しかし今回は明らかに清掃やフロントを含む客室サービスの半減を感じました。
急に宿泊客が増え、てんやわんやなのは理解できますが、宿泊代も高くなりサービスが行き届かないとなると客としてはどうしても満足できない感想でした。

Called to ask for a trolley or a porter service to push our luggage down but was told we have to send it down ourselves as they do not provide such services. When I checked out, there were a couple of trolleys parked just right infront of the front desk. I think the lady who picked up the call on 13 Jan at about 10.15am should be investigated for her unprofessional attitude in handling a customers request this simple. This is definitely not a professional attitude coming from a nice hotel like this. If she cannot offer basic manners, I do believe that a service oriented job is not suitable for her. I have also informed a guy who handled my check out process and he seemed absolutely apologetic on this even though it was clearly not his fault. Please vet through your team again to prevent such mishaps from happening.

I stay at hotels around the world for 190 days a year. This hotel was one of my all time favorites. Sure, you can find hotels with more modern bathrooms and so on, but the amenities, views and the extremely polite and helpful staff at this hotel is world class. I wish more high end hotels around the world were like this one.

Exceptional hotel just across from great shopping, amazing views, convenient to Shinjuku and Yoyogi stations, very attentive and professional staff (our request to change from king to twin room, more pillows quickly accommodated). Airport limousine conveniently stops at the hotel (certain times). Only slight negative is breakfast buffet - average spread, not enough Japanese food. Highly recommended.

Great location between two train stations. The room was very clean, however it was teeny! There was barely any room surrounding the bed. We had difficulty finding space to open our two carry ons. Felt very overpriced but maybe the price was higher because of NYE.

I would give this hotel 5 stars because everything was great. Looks a bit dated but very clean, great location. Convenient to Shinjuku station, which is just crazy busy and confusing, but even more convenient to Yoyogi Station. Walking distance to all of Shinjuku. 2 convenience stores right outside the hotel. Overall, everything was incredible. The ONLY reason it doesnt get 5 stars is because the breakfast is way too expensive. If you're spending ¥80,000 per night, then ¥3400 yen for breakfast is no big deal. But this hotel has very reasonable rates, which make the ¥3400 breakfast costs too high.

Excellent stay. Can keep up the standard. Easy access by limousine bus from airport. Just 2 minutes away from JR station. Fast WiFi provided!

Our King bed room was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for our luggage. We were on floor 34 and elevators fast, we had a great view and could see Mt Fuji on our last morning. Check in was quick, some front desk employees had some difficulty with English but still able to help. Check in and out was smooth and quick. Breakfast was very good and happy we chose the option. While there are places to eat everywhere, we found those nearer the hotel less suited to our preferences and more pricey. Location though as a base cannot be beaten especially as first time visitors cannot be beaten. Everything was convenient including getting the airport limousine bus from Narita which stops directly at the hotel. Would recommend.

Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. The room wasn’t flashy but it was very clean. It was a spacious room in comparison to the other hotels I had stayed at in Japan. I had a fantastic view of the city from my room and was even able to see Mt. Fuji. The location is fantastic, being right near Shinjuku station and endless shopping and dining options.

we were in Tokyo for two weekends and traveling in between. We ended up coming back to this hotel on the backend weekend because we loved it so much. Staff was wonderful. Check-in was a breeze. The room is spacious. Don’t hesitate to book. Great location.

Clean room, friendly staff, location is second to none! Two down sides tho, cant enjoy the tv to relax no streaming most channels are either in japanese or boring english. Youtube would be nice. No laundry facility.

Very nice hotel. The location was close to the train station, the room was a nice size with plenty of amenities, and the view was incredible (from the room and restaurant). The lobby is located on the 20th floor and includes a 7-11 and Shake Shack in the tower. The breakfast buffet was fine.

I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tokyo. It was in a great location and the breakfast buffet was fabulous. Everyone’s very helpful. We are actually returning after our Kyoto week to stay two more nights.
