新橋駅から近くて便利。都内の４つ星、5つ星ホテルの中でも特にお部屋の空調、ライトは調整しやすくとても良かったです。
朝食はビュッフェスタイルでしたが種類は多くなく（他の4つ星と比べて）味はごく普通、おかわりしたくなるようなものはなく2日目は短時間で済ませました。。天ぷらは冷めていて残念でした。ホッステーションで揚げたてを提供したら喜ばれると思いました。パンは種類が少なく残念でした。デザートはどれも微妙。
1泊44000円ほどですので、全体的には満足しましたがWi-Fiが弱くて打ち合わせを中止しなければいけなくなったり、動画が切れたりしたので、ここが改善されないと次はないかな、というところです。
ハイフロアに客室があり素敵なホテルですが上記理由により残念な宿泊となりました。

ホテルの室内もとてもきれいで、接客も気持ちよく、大満足なお泊まりでした。22階でしたが眺めも良く、リラックスできる空間でした。ロビーが本当にいわゆる写真映えするので、写真を撮る方にもおすすめのホテルです。

アーティストの東京ドームで行われるライブに行くため滞在しました。
東京ドームまでホテル最寄りの地下鉄の内幸町駅から８分で着くので利便性はとても良いです。
また、ロビーも落ち着いており客層も良く、騒がしさが感じられずとても良いです。

コーナーキング朝食付き

ロビーが広く、開放的で良かった。
宿泊者限定で利用できる、フリースペースやジムは便利。
コーナー部屋なので、2面採光で開放的なお部屋は非日常を味わえた。
朝食ブッフェは、和食洋食種類はそこまで多くないものの、丁寧に作られていて温かさや味はどれも良かった。

アクセス抜群

新橋での宿泊は初めてでしたが、今まで東京で宿泊した中で最もアクセスが良かった。羽田から電車一本。ホテル周辺は静か。新橋駅まで徒歩2分程。部屋は広くは無いが設備が新しく快適。朝食ブッフェは美味しい。奄美の鶏飯が特に良かった。

また行きたくなる本当に素敵なホテル

新橋や内幸町など複数の駅からもアクセスがよい割に、繁華街の喧騒から離れた落ち着いた佇まいの、モダンで真新しいホテル。高層階にあるレストランの朝食ブッフェが素晴らしすぎました。周りにも高層ビルが多いので360度の視界とはいかないけど、東京タワーや日比谷公園、皇居などもばっちり見ることが出来る。
ここ何年かで泊まったホテルの中でトップクラスの滞在経験をさせてもらえた。それでいて宿泊料金は超高級ホテルよりは断然リーズナブル。絶対にまた行きたくなる本当に素敵なホテル。

ロビーもお部屋もとても清潔で品がありました。部屋からの景色もよく、お風呂トイレが分かれていたのも助かりました。アメニティも揃っているし何一つ不便はありませんでした。朝食は予約してなくても当日フロントでチケットを買えば食べられたので良かったです。
気になった点をひとつ挙げるとしたらパジャマがセパレートだともっといいかなと思いました。
前日に決めたホテルでしたが大満足でした。また利用させて頂きたいと思います。

Incredible staff, room, amenities and stunning view of Tokyo tower even though it is blocked by another building. It’s still beautiful. Very close walk to Shimbashi station, for those who are taking the yamanote line. I would for sure stay here again. Staff and service were incredible.

Lovely view from room. Excellent shower pressure. Bed comfy and room v v quiet. We had amazing breakfast every day. It was an outstanding selection. Gluten free bread and allergens labelled too. The base room was small but a reasonable size for Tokyo. Reception staff very helpful, sorted Yamato for us with no issue. Incredible lobby views. I’d absolutely stay again

One of my best stays in Tokyo. The hotel is very clean, the staff were multilingual and very kind, the restaurant on site is delicious and fare priced. The room was quiet and clean. Great views. Has all the amenities needed. The location is near the train and many food options. I highly recommend

Perfekte Lage des Hotels. Toller Blick aus den oberen Stockwerken. Eine Lounge mit ordentlichem Nespresso Kaffee war auch positiv. Negativ bei einer bei uns etwas komplizierten Buchungssituation waren die fehlenden Englischkenntnisse der Rezeption. Das setzte sich auch im Restaurant fort. Kein WLAN im Fitnessstudio.
Das Zimmer wird nur jeden 3. Tag ordentlich gemacht was für ein 4 Sterne Hotel nicht standesgemäß ist. Nur den Mülleimer Leeren und neue Handtücher hinzulegen, die gar nicht gefordert waren, ist zu wenig.

Breakfast was a buffet that would appeal to vegan, Asian and non-Asian palates. It was appealing to the eyes as well. The staff throughout the Blossom was friendly and efficient. They go the extra mile to ensure the guests are served with high quality and friendly service. We will definitely recommend the Blossom to friends.

Stanze pulite, posizione perfetta per visitare la citta e con tanti ristorantini nei dintorni se la sera non si vuole cenare lontano. Personale molto disponibile. Bella la vista dalla reception. Unico neo per noi la camera molto piccola con poco spazio in cui mettere i vestiti, ma nelle grandi città è un classico.

Das Zimmer wird nur alle drei Tage gesäubert. Das Personal an der Rezeption spricht miserables Englisch. Frühstücksangebot für Europäer sehr eingeschränkt. Altes Brot zum Frühstück gut ist eine free Lounge, in der man Nespresso Kaffee bekommen kann. Kein WLAN im Gym.

This modern glass and concrete hotel in an office bulding offers guests the smallest rooms in Japan. It’s perfect for those who don’t want space. Otherwise, I suggest one look elsewhere given the high room rate.

This is our second stay at the blossom and have enjoyed it both times. The staff were amazing and helpful. They supplied umbrellas when we needed them so we didn’t need to buy any. The hotel is stunning! The rooms are roomy and beds are so comfy! The bathroom is huge compared to other hotels we have stayed at. Only like a 5 min walk to the train station you are on the JR line that is accessible to most of Tokyo also close to the metro as well so super convenient! I would stay here again!

I stayed at this hotel in Shimbashi and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is ideal — just a block away from Ginza, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Several metro stations are within walking distance, making it very easy to reach other parts of Tokyo. I really appreciated being in a slightly quieter area while still close to the city center. There’s also a Lawson and Family Mart right next to or within the same building, which was very convenient.
The staff were outstanding — kind, professional, and fluent in English. They went out of their way to help with luggage transfers and offered great local recommendations.
The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had an incredible view of the city at night. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and having laundry facilities in the hotel was a big plus. The hotel restaurant was also surprisingly good, which made dining in a pleasant option.
After three weeks of traveling around Japan, this was easily the best hotel we stayed in. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service in Tokyo. I can't think of any negative aspects.

Central location, hotel staff was amazing, room was nice size and clean, and the view from the 20th floor was amazing, literally a 2 min walk to Shimbashi station, good food options within walking distance. 10/10 I would stay again and recommend to my loved ones. Bonus: Nice deep soaking tubs after a long day of exploring and walking, trust me you will need it.

Great location near subway lines and Shimbashi JR station for easy access to all areas in Tokyo. Lots of restaurants around Shimbashi and Ginza. An easy 10 minute walk to Ginza and all that is on offer there. The Hotel is really well presented, attractive room and very comfortable beds, with city views as all rooms are above the 17th floor. We chose to stay in a Superior twin which is 25sqm. Would have loved a bit more space for suitcases but it was fine and reasonably priced relative to similar hotels. Would definitely stay again for convenience and comfort.

There was a slightly unpleasant smell in the room, maybe due to the carpet. Room was not in good shape anymore, a lot of stains and damages - did not appear clean. Staff was very friendly. Good location!

Overall great stay! Beautiful view from lobby of hotel and room!! One of our favorite stays in Japan. Just be advised that unlike most twin rooms in Japan, the beds here cannot be pushed together due to the way the furniture is (something we didn't know about until we got there). One thing I will say is that we also stayed at the Blossom in Kyoto and I think this Tokyo one could do a better job of the extra amenities it provides in comparison (specifically referring to the drink lounge where they provide coffee and drinks, at the Kyoto one they had ice cream, snacks, hot chocolate, etc all free of charge and at this one they had none of that and snacks at a charge with a pizza vending machine, very lackluster). Doesn't affect my experience that much but knowing what could be provided they could give that room and what they offer a bit of a glam up.

This review has been long overdue since my trip to Japan in July-August 2025.

I want to sincerely thank Nao (the manager) and Hannah from Blossom Hibiya Hotel for their incredible support during a very stressful situation. I had sent three bags to Osaka via Yamato Transport, but due to a tsunami warning and earthquake news, I decided to cancel my trip and asked for my luggage to be returned to the hotel.

Nao and Hannah went above and beyond to assist me. They were constantly in touch with Yamato Transport to ensure my bags were returned in time for my flight. Although one bag was delayed, they never stopped helping. Nao constantly was in touch with the transport service and even ran out in the pouring rain to retrieve the final suitcase just before my departure — a gesture I’ll never forget.

My stay at Blossom Hibiya was truly exceptional. From the moment I checked in, the staff were warm, attentive, and thoughtful — even providing vegetarian dining options outwith the hotel when I asked.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough and look forward to returning one day with a personal thank-you gift for Nao and Hannah.

Thank you again for making my stay so memorable.
