新橋駅から近くて便利。都内の４つ星、5つ星ホテルの中でも特にお部屋の空調、ライトは調整しやすくとても良かったです。
朝食はビュッフェスタイルでしたが種類は多くなく（他の4つ星と比べて）味はごく普通、おかわりしたくなるようなものはなく2日目は短時間で済ませました。。天ぷらは冷めていて残念でした。ホッステーションで揚げたてを提供したら喜ばれると思いました。パンは種類が少なく残念でした。デザートはどれも微妙。
1泊44000円ほどですので、全体的には満足しましたがWi-Fiが弱くて打ち合わせを中止しなければいけなくなったり、動画が切れたりしたので、ここが改善されないと次はないかな、というところです。
ハイフロアに客室があり素敵なホテルですが上記理由により残念な宿泊となりました。

ホテルの室内もとてもきれいで、接客も気持ちよく、大満足なお泊まりでした。22階でしたが眺めも良く、リラックスできる空間でした。ロビーが本当にいわゆる写真映えするので、写真を撮る方にもおすすめのホテルです。

アーティストの東京ドームで行われるライブに行くため滞在しました。
東京ドームまでホテル最寄りの地下鉄の内幸町駅から８分で着くので利便性はとても良いです。
また、ロビーも落ち着いており客層も良く、騒がしさが感じられずとても良いです。

コーナーキング朝食付き

ロビーが広く、開放的で良かった。
宿泊者限定で利用できる、フリースペースやジムは便利。
コーナー部屋なので、2面採光で開放的なお部屋は非日常を味わえた。
朝食ブッフェは、和食洋食種類はそこまで多くないものの、丁寧に作られていて温かさや味はどれも良かった。

アクセス抜群

新橋での宿泊は初めてでしたが、今まで東京で宿泊した中で最もアクセスが良かった。羽田から電車一本。ホテル周辺は静か。新橋駅まで徒歩2分程。部屋は広くは無いが設備が新しく快適。朝食ブッフェは美味しい。奄美の鶏飯が特に良かった。

また行きたくなる本当に素敵なホテル

新橋や内幸町など複数の駅からもアクセスがよい割に、繁華街の喧騒から離れた落ち着いた佇まいの、モダンで真新しいホテル。高層階にあるレストランの朝食ブッフェが素晴らしすぎました。周りにも高層ビルが多いので360度の視界とはいかないけど、東京タワーや日比谷公園、皇居などもばっちり見ることが出来る。
ここ何年かで泊まったホテルの中でトップクラスの滞在経験をさせてもらえた。それでいて宿泊料金は超高級ホテルよりは断然リーズナブル。絶対にまた行きたくなる本当に素敵なホテル。

ちょうど中間くらいで、非常に満足です。ホテルのドライヤーら髪の毛ばバサバサになって乾くのに時間がかかる事が多い中、こちらのドライヤーは

ロビーもお部屋もとても清潔で品がありました。部屋からの景色もよく、お風呂トイレが分かれていたのも助かりました。アメニティも揃っているし何一つ不便はありませんでした。朝食は予約してなくても当日フロントでチケットを買えば食べられたので良かったです。
気になった点をひとつ挙げるとしたらパジャマがセパレートだともっといいかなと思いました。
前日に決めたホテルでしたが大満足でした。また利用させて頂きたいと思います。

電車の音がうるさい

チェックイン時に支払いを求められた
多くのホテルはチェックイン時にカードをチェックして、チェックアウト時に精算というところがほとんどなので驚いた
窓か薄いのか電車の音がうるさい
第一ホテルの方が新橋駅に近いが、第一ホテルに比べてかなりうるさい
隣室や上下の音は聞こえないので部屋の造りはしっかりしてると思う
スタッフに差がありすぎる
目が合っても見えなかったふりで挨拶どころか目礼すらしないスタッフが数人いた
感じのいいスタッフも数人
次回宿泊は無しです

東京タワーViewのお部屋

GWに続いての滞在でした。お部屋から東京タワーを見ることができ大変嬉しかったです。また次回もお世話になりたいと思います。

素敵な眺望！

眺望がとても良く、特に夜の東京タワーが大変綺麗に見えます。
また、フロントに電話をかけた際にも丁寧に対応していただき、レベルの高さを感じました。
お部屋のセンスも良く、ぜひまた滞在したいです！

気になった点：
・洗面台の排水が悪く中々流れずやや苦労しました。
・ドライヤーが弱いので髪を乾かしにくいです。
・テレビに携帯などが繋げればなお良いと思いました。（アマプラ等見る）

ホテルからの夜景は最高でした。施設全体もそうですが部屋の中も清潔でシンプルでゆったりくつろげました。

長期滞在

中1日を挟んで延べ6日間宿泊しました。海外からの一時帰国で、スーツケース3つを抱えての宿泊でした。サービス、施設、ロケーションは好印象です。長期滞在に際してはスーペリアダブルだと、少し狭く感じたものの、満足な滞在でした。

We loved this property and hope to come back! It was very centrally located and an absolutely beautiful building. The staff were fantastic, the views amazing and the rooms superb. The best we have been too in Japan! We highly recommend. The only thing that could be improved is the gym. Not enough equipment or dumbells (too small weights) but that's it. Everything else was fantastic. Highly highly recommend!

Love the view in our rooms. Staff very nice and excellent location. Close to station and lots of restaurants but still have some peaceful vibe as the hotel not really in the middle of busy street. Breakfast are lovely but as we are spending 4 nights it has become very repetitive and boring as they are not changing the menu at all. Will be back in 2 weeks after travelling around Japan and they stored some of our luggages for free until next check-in.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man erreicht schnell versch. Metrostationen. Der Ausblick ist auch toll, vor allem, wenn man ein Zimmer zur Seite des Tokyo Tower hat. Die andere Seite ist aber auch nett. Jedoch entsteht dort ein neues, größeres Gebäude. Es ist also fraglich, wie lange der Blick noch erhalten bleibt.
Wir hatten ein Eckzimmer (Deluxe Corner King) gebucht. Angeblich 31qm groß. Allerdings kann ich das nicht wirklich glauben. Badezimmer, Dusche und Toilette sind großzügig. Das eigentliche Zimmer jedoch ist mäßig groß. Auch wenn Hotels in Tokyo natürlich oft noch viel kleinere Zimmer haben. Aber das Bett stand ein der einen Seite derart eng an der Wand, dass man wirklich schwer hinein kam.
Zudem hatten wir erst ein Zimmer im 20. Stock. Dort hat man jedoch über gut 2/3 des bodentiefen Fensters einen Teil der Aussenfassade. Wenn man also saß oder im Bett lag, konnte man eigentlich überhaupt keinen Ausblick genießen. Wir konnten dann noch ein Stockwerk höher wechseln. Hier war die Aussicht ungetrübt.
Leider lag unser Zimmer jedoch zur Bahnstation Shimbashi hin. Und dort rattern den ganzen Tag Züge durch, auch nachts. Eigentlich nie ein Problem bei guten Hotels mit guten Fenstern in Tokyo. Aber hier hörte man jeden Zug sehr laut.
Ich würde wiederkommen, doch dann lieber ein deutlich günstigeres Superior King buchen.
Ansonsten ist alles sehr schön eingerichtet und absolut sauber!
Ach ja, eines noch: es gibt keine Pyjama. Also selbst welche mitbringen!

A good property only a few minutes walk to the train. Lots of restaurant in the area. Safe and quiet. Second trip to this hotel. Note that all rooms are on high floors as the lobby starts on the 16th or 17th floor. Great city view from the rooms. For Tokyo standards the rooms are a good size as long as you don't have lots of luggage. Well appointed and clean. Arriving early before check in time not recommended. Not very accommodating for early check ins and I had to return at 3 and also check out is 11AM. Not even 12 noon. Was still ok given these inconveniences. It has coin laundry which is a huge plus for longer stays. I have stayed in two other properties in Tokyo in the last 6 months that provided higher level of services and larger room accommodation, but the Blossom is always a good choice.

This hotel was absolutely stunning and in a perfect location. The staff members were so delightful, but there is a real issue with getting the room serviced. We were told that we would get towels and trash removal daily, but we were scheduled to have the room cleaned on only one out of our six night stay stay. There is a button that you can push to request more frequent cleanings, but that never worked for us. We ended up having to call each day just to request towels and trash removal, and we finally had to speak with someone to get the room cleaned. We are not dirty or messy people, so it wasn’t really a serious issue for us – but it was strange for a hotel at this level.

The fitness center was a great bonus, but there were often no towels and the mats were extremely sad and they did not provide anything to wipe down/disinfect mats or equipment — which was very unusual, especially in Japan which is such a ultra-hygienic country.

Breakfast buffet was good, with a nice mix of western and Japanese. There is also a lounge which was nice and had a Nespresso machine which unfortunately was out of order for most of our stay. They did have a vending machine with really good Italian pizza with adjacent ovens and all necessary implements to bake the pizza and we did it just for the experience but actually it was delicious and we are pizza people with an outdoor woodfired pizza oven at home.

The absolute highlight was the view – absolutely stunning.

Location is excellent. Immediate area is very quiet but close to all the actions, foods, and subways. It’s also very easy to get taxi. View is impeccable. We can see Tokyo tower every night from our rooms. Gym is sad. Only one treadmill and two bikes. No real training equipments. Dumbbells only up to 20KG. Please upgrade your gym. Breakfast is great. A lot of choices and very good quality.

Perfect location to visit Tokyo very near the Shimbashi station. The hotel is easy to find in the great metropolis of Tokyo. Very comfortable room and all the amenities were excellent. Would stay again if visiting Tokyo.

Both the lobby and our room have breathtaking view of the city of Tokyo. It is only about 10-minute walk from Ginza6 and Hibiya Town Center, and 15-minute walk to the Imperial Park and Castle. Staffs are both friendly and helpful. The hotel's breakfast was excellent although it lacked variety. We had breakfast there for 4 mornings and they were the same choices every morning.

The buffet for breakfast was very good but at 3300 yen ($22+) per person make sure you are hungry. The view out the window will be a favorite memory. GORGEOUS. Location within walking distance of the Ginza and very safe/clean. Comfy bed, good shower, smallish room for 2 people with luggage but the tiny sofa provides a staging area. Would recommend.

Bel hôtel avec vue spectaculaire

Hôtel avec une vue incroyable. Comme souvent à Tokyo la chambre est assez petite mais confortable. Le personnel est attentionné et serviable. Le seul bémol est que le ménage des chambres n’est pas quotidien ce qui est dommage pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.

What's not to like ..

Wonderful hotel our rooms were ready on arrival and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is really well placed just minutes from Shimbasi station.. unless you screw up and get off at the wrong station then having got back on leave at the wrong exit .. it's 8 remember that!
