新橋駅から近くて便利。都内の４つ星、5つ星ホテルの中でも特にお部屋の空調、ライトは調整しやすくとても良かったです。
朝食はビュッフェスタイルでしたが種類は多くなく（他の4つ星と比べて）味はごく普通、おかわりしたくなるようなものはなく2日目は短時間で済ませました。。天ぷらは冷めていて残念でした。ホッステーションで揚げたてを提供したら喜ばれると思いました。パンは種類が少なく残念でした。デザートはどれも微妙。
1泊44000円ほどですので、全体的には満足しましたがWi-Fiが弱くて打ち合わせを中止しなければいけなくなったり、動画が切れたりしたので、ここが改善されないと次はないかな、というところです。
ハイフロアに客室があり素敵なホテルですが上記理由により残念な宿泊となりました。

ホテルの室内もとてもきれいで、接客も気持ちよく、大満足なお泊まりでした。22階でしたが眺めも良く、リラックスできる空間でした。ロビーが本当にいわゆる写真映えするので、写真を撮る方にもおすすめのホテルです。

アーティストの東京ドームで行われるライブに行くため滞在しました。
東京ドームまでホテル最寄りの地下鉄の内幸町駅から８分で着くので利便性はとても良いです。
また、ロビーも落ち着いており客層も良く、騒がしさが感じられずとても良いです。

コーナーキング朝食付き

ロビーが広く、開放的で良かった。
宿泊者限定で利用できる、フリースペースやジムは便利。
コーナー部屋なので、2面採光で開放的なお部屋は非日常を味わえた。
朝食ブッフェは、和食洋食種類はそこまで多くないものの、丁寧に作られていて温かさや味はどれも良かった。
ジュースとお茶が種類多くて嬉しかった

アクセス抜群

新橋での宿泊は初めてでしたが、今まで東京で宿泊した中で最もアクセスが良かった。羽田から電車一本。ホテル周辺は静か。新橋駅まで徒歩2分程。部屋は広くは無いが設備が新しく快適。朝食ブッフェは美味しい。奄美の鶏飯が特に良かった。

Good size room for tokyo, staff were all so friendly, room was clean, we thought there was an issue with the light but it was user error lol but they came up right away to show us, air conditioning/heating worked great, loved the deep tub, and the view was everything!!!

The facility was very clean, and the front desk staff were excellent and welcoming. The rooms were quite small, and there were limited amenities aside from the gym, which I did not use. One inconvenience was having to take two separate elevators to reach the rooms. Overall, it is a smaller hotel, located one train station from Ginza

I was disappointed with my stay here. It was the most expensive hotel in our Japan trip and the worst experience out of them all.

Firstly on check in I had made 2 bookings and asked to be in the same room for the entire stay. I had unknowingly booked 2 types of rooms but the majority of our stay was in a upgraded room but for the last 2 nights they charged us the extra - it was only 10k Yen which I was happy to pay for our own convenience, but after getting free upgrades in all our other stays it felt like the hotel could have done this as a gesture, considering it’s also better for the hotel to also keep us in the same room for reduced cleaning.

Second issue we had - after paying to upgraded room to a nicer view, we wanted to watch the sunset with a glass of wine from our room. I went to the bar and was not allowed to bring the wine to our room - we were told this is a Japan policy but this is factually untrue as it was allowed in other hotels.

Finally - we were given a “Fresh towel” which was covered in filthy makeup stains.

My overall review of this hotel is that the staff just didn’t want to help and make your stay amazing, quite a change from other hotels in Japan.

We had a great stay here, the main highlight was probably the breakfast as it was amazing and the kids loved the pancake machine and the ice cream. The view of the park from our bedrooms was also great.will definitlely recommend.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Blossom Hibiya.
The property was well maintained, quiet, and the location was just perfect 5 minutes walking distance from train station. The staff at the reception was welcoming, helpful, and kind.

The city views from the Lobby and guests rooms are amazing. Japanese/American breakfast was great! There’s plenty of options for everyone to enjoy. My favorite, they have an automatic coffee machine to make espresso, cappuccino, lattes, etc.

We will definitely stay at the Blossom Hibiya when we visit Tokyo again.

Boutique Hotel. Beautiful interior and rooms. Rooms are a little small and very basic amenities. The free lounge didn't match the aesthetics of rest of the hotel. Could make it a little nicer

The best part was the staff and the breakfast buffet. Both were top notch. The location is good. Be prepared for a small room, which is standard for Japan. It was very nice even if cozy.

방은 사진에 보이는 것 보다 훨씬 작으며. 방뷰도 지금은 공사장 뷰임. 이에 대한 별도 안내는 없었음. 방을 들어가는 순간 사진에 속았다는 느낌이 있음. 다만 로비구역은 깔끔하도 뷰도 좋음. 직원들 영어소통에는 문제 없으나 일본식 Hospitality는 찾아보기 힘들었음. 위치는 지하철 역에 가까워서 괜찮아 보임. 잔체적으로 일박 5만엔 짜리 방 치고는 믾이 부족해 보임. 재방문의사 없음.

The location, staff, and breakfast were all great. The only issue I had was that the room I checked into had a horrible odor that was so bad I asked to switch rooms. The new room still had the same odor but not as strong. I was too tired at that point that I took their suggestion of using the AC and humidifier which helped. It seemed like it was a known issue during our stay because other guests were also complaining about the smell and rooms on my floor had open doors to air them out.

This hotel was really nice! Great stay in Hibiya near Ginza and super convenient to the Shimbashi station and the Tokyo marathon course which is what I was there for. The staff was so kind and helpful, they even assisted me with luggage forwarding. Breakfast had a lot of variety of western and Asian cuisine and it qas delicious. Over Incredible stay!

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Ruhige Lage aber trotzdem zentral mit viel Einkaufsläden, Restaurants und 5 Gehminuten zum nächsten Bahnhof.
Super Aussicht.
Die Zimmern sind etwas eng aber trotzdem bequem.
Frühstück mit viel Auswahl aber erwrtet kein gewöhnliches interkontinental Frühstück. Mir hat persönlich Käse, Aufschnitt Salami gefählt. Sonst gut.

Views were the best part, overlooking the tokyo skyline. Hotel staffs are very friendly and professional as well. Very good location, walkable to Ginza and Shinbashi which is a major transport hub, so convenient to travel around town.

This is a superb hotel with an excellent location. Many restaurants and very safe street. Between quiet and low people traffic. The staff are very professional with a warm loving attitude towards guests. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the price is reasonable. The view is outstanding from every angle at the lobby. The view from my room is fabulous. Overall, it is a great place to stay.

First impressions were great! Staff friendly & location was convenient to stations. Rooms were descent in size, clean with comfortable beds and strong shower. My only complaint was the horrible body odor smell in both the rooms that I read about in other reviews. Staff was kind to change to another room, but it still had the horrible smell that only worsened in our 5 day stay.
Breakfast buffet was very good, with daily selections changing every other day. Staff also helped with forwarding our luggage to our next hotel.
Overall, Blossom Hibiya was a nice hotel, but I wish they would improve the room smell.

I give this hotel five out of five stars! Incredibly close to a main transit station with lots of options for lines, food, and restaurants, nearby. The staff are incredibly helpful, they go above and beyond, and they’re always one step ahead to make things incredibly convenient. The lounge has easy access for families that may need things with kids, as well as a laundry. The rooms are spacious, with plenty of room for a suitcases, and the beds are comfortable. The expensive windows provide great views of the city, and there’s lots of wonderful natural light.

Perfectly located for our first time in Tokyo. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Loved the lounge on the 19th floor which had beverages and such 24 hours a day. Fighting jet lag, I purchased a frozen pizza from the vending machine, cooked it in the toaster oven at 3 am for breakfast. Don’t knock it till you’ve tried it. Overall, a lovely hotel.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in Tokyo. The location is excellent, very central, just 3 blocks from the very high end Ginza and near Shimbashi station which is a great hub for public transport. The reception area is on the 18th floor, but there are plenty of fast elevators to take you there, and all the rooms are above it, so great views are guaranteed. The views from the lobby itself are stunning! Service is standard Japanese: top-notch friendliness and efficiency. The rooms look bigger in photos, but they are still much larger than the average for Tokyo. They are well insulated and very quiet. Plus, they have everything you might need: slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, iron and ironing board etc. The bathroom was also great, with a shower and bathtub enclosed by a glass door and none of those terrible shower curtains. The hotel has an OK gym (could be a lot better), but the only real thing that could be improved is that, with the price paid, I expected cleaning done daily. They organize the room, change towels, replenish you with free bottles of water everyday, but deep cleaning is done only every three nights or so. In the end, it didn't bother me as much, so I'm still giving it 5 stars.

This was my third time staying at the Blossom Hibiya. The location is probably my favorite in all of Tokyo--close to Ginza, 20 minutes subway ride from Shibuya, near tons of subway stations, great food, etc. The staff are always warm and welcoming, and the rooms, though a tad small (large for Tokyo standards), are always clean and comfortable. The views are incredible and the breakfast buffet is a solid option.

1. Check in was great. Staff was helpful, and the check in process was smooth.

2. I got the 2108 room, horrible body odor. Told the staff twice, they said they were going to inform their manager but no one reached out to us. I knew coming here with reviews that mentioned of this body odor but didn't think it was true until we got into the room.

3. Stains on bedsheets and blanket. This was so unacceptable but having to tell the staff twice, we ended up sleeping on the couch because no one came to change the sheets and blanket.

Having been here for 4 nights, this was one of the worst hotel we have stayed at. I expected better especially being in Ginza but my experience here fell short.

Definitely not returning to this place when I revisit.

Great central location, close to the Shimbashi station and JR station and a 10 minute walk from the Ginza shopping area, with many restaurants, eateries, convenience stores and more amenities, close by. The hotel has spectacular city views from the lobby on the 18th floor and all rooms which are located on the 19th floor or higher. Rooms are very clean, modern and pleasantly decorated, with comfortable beds and excellent staff who are friendly and helpful. There is also a free lounge on the 19th floor with seating and complimentary drinks (tea and coffee and pop) where hotel guests can relax. Loved our stay here. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous hotel with cozy rooms and comfortable beds - perfect for rest and restoration after a lengthy day of travel! Staff is welcoming, professional, and helpful. Our only issue was that one of our rooms had an unpleasant smell. But, given that we had a short stay and the hotel was otherwise amazing we tolerated it.

Very comfortable bed! Though rooms are on small side very lovely. Washing machines available for use was convenient. Great staff. Breakfast buffet was delicious! Access to lounge with complimentary coffee and soft drinks was very nice. Good place for our group to relax and plan out the day. Quiet area of town with good access to other areas of interest. Close to a cool collection of restaurants and shops under train track. Would highly recommend and book again!
