とっても快適でした

アメニティがとても充実していて感動しました。ロビーのアメニティコーナーにスキンケア類やコットンやヘアゴム、ヘアオイルに入浴剤、コーヒーお茶類までありました。お部屋にも歯ブラシや体を洗う用のタオルもあり、電子レンジのコーナーにはおはしフォークもあり、製氷機の氷は小さいのでなくて、ちゃんと大きいのが出てきました。最近はアメニティのないホテルもあるのに、こちらのホテルには足りないものがありませんでした。近くにはコンビニだけでなくイオンもあるので安くておいしいお惣菜が食べれてラッキーでした。お部屋は通路が狭く、キャリーを置く位置に迷い、何度かドアノブに腰を引っ掛けてしまいましたが、お風呂が広くて浴槽もあったので、2日間大変快適に過ごすことができました。
ただ、1つ気になったのが、電子レンジコーナーが11階にありますが、夜ご飯を温めに行った際、一瞬外国人男性の方と室内に2人になった時少しこわいなと感じました。日本人でも怖いです。ドアを開けるのを手伝ってくださる優しい普通の方だったので大丈夫でしたが、何かあった際に助けを呼べるのか疑問に思いました。客室フロアなのでドアをなくすと氷の音がうるさいんだと思いますが、万が一を考えるとできればロビー1階にあったほうが便利だし安心です。
その他は快適に過ごすことができました。1階のレストランもおいしかったです。お値段は正直安くはないですが、新宿に来る際はぜひまたこちらのホテルを利用させていただきたいです。

徒歩圏内でありながら少し離れていて
静かであり、他のビジネスホテル

Wi-Fiが繋がりづらいのでビジネスには使えないホテル。何回も改善を促しているのに一向に改善されない。プレミアをうたっているのに、基本的なサービスも提供できない。

評価がかなり高かったので予約しました。
スタッフの方の対応や部屋の綺麗さ、清潔感含めてとても良かったです。
在宅をしたく、清掃の時間を指定させてくださってありがとうございました。
クーポンがあったので少し安く泊まれましたが、宿泊費自体は結構高いのでそれ相応なのかなと思いました。土地の価格が違うので仕方ありませんが、九州で同じホテルに泊まった時の3倍くらい高いです。。もう少し手軽に泊まれると嬉しいです。

The location was perfect. Just a block away from the train station and one stop away from Shinjuku Station. The junior suite was very spacious and had four beds. Very nice amenities and we liked the extra amenities provided in the lobby which included a wide assortment of body care products. The breakfast buffet was nice too and we enjoyed the mini fluffy pancakes. Definitely wish we ordered more than two. Overall great stay and would gladly stay there again.

Room was very small (feels overpriced), cannot lay flat suitcases without completely blocking the passage way. Check in process was chaotic, we were guided to use the automatic machines but those didn’t work and required a traditional person to person check in

AMAZING breakfast! Excellent location and a very spacious room compared to other hotels in Japan. The room was spotless and extremely well maintained.

The only downside was the limited laundry facilities. There are only three machines, and unfortunately they were always in use. We tried morning, afternoon, and night without success, so we had to wait until our next stay to do laundry.

Overall, a great stay and highly recommended.

Room is really really clean. Standard twin a bit tight but good in Tokyo standard. Have a sitting sofa, a chair and a desk. Washroom is clean and dry/wet area separated. Standing shower and tub.
Location is great. There is about 7 minute walk to Nishi Shinjuku station and all the dinner places north east side. Two supermarkets and many convenience stores nearby with 7/11 just down the basement.
Services are great. Room cleaning is great.
Breakfast is great but gettin repetitive after a few days. Wish they change up the items a little bit. Overall 5/5

Room is spacious and clean, the hotel staff offered amenity kit for my kid which was very sweet.Restaurant for breakfast buffet is quite small, food option is adequate.
Checkin and check out is smooth.

Adorei o hotel, só gostaria que tivessem confirmado um quarto com duas camas separadas, pois estava com a minha filha, mas como o hotel estava lotado, não foi possível…mas, os funcionários foram muito atenciosos! E, foi demais, ao descobrir que tinha uma Seven Eleven no subsolo, e no décimo andar tinha uma sala com três microondas, talheres descartáveis e guardanapo, formidável! A lavanderia, que fica no 11° andar, pudemos usar também, pois estávamos em final da viagem…
Embora, não fique numa área central turística, gostei bastante da região!

Great hotel location in a mostly business district. Very convenient location to nearby train station. I felt safe at all times. The room was great, bathroom fantastic, and onsite laundry an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again. And did I mention the great toiletry items available everyday? They included mouthwash, face wash, moisturizer, hair sheen, shaving gel and razors and an assortment of teas. While the breakfast was not free, the western and Japanese options were both great. Ability to choose just one or some of each was great.

The staff was amazing-very welcoming and helpful. The room was standard size for Japan (a little small compared to American size) but the amenities provided more than made up for the size of the room-especially the pajamas. They had a great selection of personal care products in the lobby to choose from. The hotel is in a quieter area of Shinjuku (which was nice to get away from the craziness near the Shinjuku station) but still close enough to walk to everything in Shinjuku.

Had a great stay, room was a good size (bed was a bit small for 2 people)location was nice 20 min walk to central Shinjuku and quick access to metro. Narita express bus was a 5 min walk to catch back to the airport which was nice.

Lokasyon olarak bizim için mükemmel bir tercihti. Hem kargaşadan uzak nezih bir yerde hem de metro saati bitse bile eğlence ve hareketin olduğu bölge shinjikudan yürüyerek 20-25 dakika da otele varmak mümkün. Ayrıca otel ve odalar gayet güzel temiz ve bakımlıydı.

Zimmer war nicht so sauber, wie es sein sollte, ging aber klar. Rezeptionisten waren nicht so nett wie in anderen Hotels.

The hotel is located on a quiet street not too far from Shinjuku. Hotel is nice and clean, and the staff were great. The rooms are small as are any rooms in Tokyo, but otherwise we had a great stay.

The staff are very efficient and quick for check-in and check-out. We had our bags held after checkout, and I wish I'd known earlier they'll hold for up to 7 days without charge! Huge value if you're planning a night or two outside of Tokyo.

Our room was very clean and well laid out for the size. Lots of amenities stocked in the room + more available on a self-service station in the lobby. Very spacious bathroom with excellent shower +andbath.

Convenient to serveral metro stations and convenience stores. Some restaurants right near by, but better options and value 15-20 minutes walk.

The hotel was lovely and especially clean. Very convenient to have a 7/11 on the premises! The room was small, as normal in Tokyo, and I feel it could have been designed better. The bathroom was very large with a tub and rainfall shower and may be why the rest of the room was so small. I had used packing cubes to make it easy to settle in and put my suitcase out of the way, but the drawers were only about 2 inches deep, so the cubes did not fit. That to me was a BIG wasted space.

Our 4 night stay at the Daiwa was very enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable but small. If you have big suitcases, maneuvering might be difficult. In the lobby there were lots of amenities you could help yourself to, such as coffee, teas, shaver and shaving gel, lotion, bath salts, cremes. There was quite a variety. Also in your room there were hair combs, toothbrushes ,slippers etc. There is a kettle in the room which wasn't mentioned in the descriptions. We had dinner at the restaurant but did not get the buffet breakfast. Dinner was very good and the prices were reasonable. For breakfat, we went to a bakery next door. Great food. Had a full breakfast for about 1,000 Yen. We went there every morning. The subway was about 6mins walk. It was about a 15 to 20 mins walk to the middle of Shinjuku area. We really enjoyed staying at the Daiwa.

Great location, just off the main drag of Shinjuku. The rooms were a decent size by Tokyo standards and the free breakfast and option to pay for a late checkout were a bonus! I would definitely stay here again.
