とっても快適でした

アメニティがとても充実していて感動しました。ロビーのアメニティコーナーにスキンケア類やコットンやヘアゴム、ヘアオイルに入浴剤、コーヒーお茶類までありました。お部屋にも歯ブラシや体を洗う用のタオルもあり、電子レンジのコーナーにはおはしフォークもあり、製氷機の氷は小さいのでなくて、ちゃんと大きいのが出てきました。最近はアメニティのないホテルもあるのに、こちらのホテルには足りないものがありませんでした。近くにはコンビニだけでなくイオンもあるので安くておいしいお惣菜が食べれてラッキーでした。お部屋は通路が狭く、キャリーを置く位置に迷い、何度かドアノブに腰を引っ掛けてしまいましたが、お風呂が広くて浴槽もあったので、2日間大変快適に過ごすことができました。
ただ、1つ気になったのが、電子レンジコーナーが11階にありますが、夜ご飯を温めに行った際、一瞬外国人男性の方と室内に2人になった時少しこわいなと感じました。日本人でも怖いです。ドアを開けるのを手伝ってくださる優しい普通の方だったので大丈夫でしたが、何かあった際に助けを呼べるのか疑問に思いました。客室フロアなのでドアをなくすと氷の音がうるさいんだと思いますが、万が一を考えるとできればロビー1階にあったほうが便利だし安心です。
その他は快適に過ごすことができました。1階のレストランもおいしかったです。お値段は正直安くはないですが、新宿に来る際はぜひまたこちらのホテルを利用させていただきたいです。

徒歩圏内でありながら少し離れていて
静かであり、他のビジネスホテル

評価がかなり高かったので予約しました。
スタッフの方の対応や部屋の綺麗さ、清潔感含めてとても良かったです。
在宅をしたく、清掃の時間を指定させてくださってありがとうございました。
クーポンがあったので少し安く泊まれましたが、宿泊費自体は結構高いのでそれ相応なのかなと思いました。土地の価格が違うので仕方ありませんが、九州で同じホテルに泊まった時の3倍くらい高いです。。もう少し手軽に泊まれると嬉しいです。

The staff are very efficient and quick for check-in and check-out. We had our bags held after checkout, and I wish I'd known earlier they'll hold for up to 7 days without charge! Huge value if you're planning a night or two outside of Tokyo.

Our room was very clean and well laid out for the size. Lots of amenities stocked in the room + more available on a self-service station in the lobby. Very spacious bathroom with excellent shower +andbath.

Convenient to serveral metro stations and convenience stores. Some restaurants right near by, but better options and value 15-20 minutes walk.

The hotel was lovely and especially clean. Very convenient to have a 7/11 on the premises! The room was small, as normal in Tokyo, and I feel it could have been designed better. The bathroom was very large with a tub and rainfall shower and may be why the rest of the room was so small. I had used packing cubes to make it easy to settle in and put my suitcase out of the way, but the drawers were only about 2 inches deep, so the cubes did not fit. That to me was a BIG wasted space.

Our 4 night stay at the Daiwa was very enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable but small. If you have big suitcases, maneuvering might be difficult. In the lobby there were lots of amenities you could help yourself to, such as coffee, teas, shaver and shaving gel, lotion, bath salts, cremes. There was quite a variety. Also in your room there were hair combs, toothbrushes ,slippers etc. There is a kettle in the room which wasn't mentioned in the descriptions. We had dinner at the restaurant but did not get the buffet breakfast. Dinner was very good and the prices were reasonable. For breakfat, we went to a bakery next door. Great food. Had a full breakfast for about 1,000 Yen. We went there every morning. The subway was about 6mins walk. It was about a 15 to 20 mins walk to the middle of Shinjuku area. We really enjoyed staying at the Daiwa.

Great location, just off the main drag of Shinjuku. The rooms were a decent size by Tokyo standards and the free breakfast and option to pay for a late checkout were a bonus! I would definitely stay here again.

Clean room, amenities were restocked daily (if asked) and they were great! Different from what ive seen but in a good way. Definitely would stay here again if I visit another time. Great view of the street and city. Had a 24/7 7-11 on the base floor which was AMAZING!!! Loved that and the lobby was clean and the amenities there were restocked daily also.

I had a wonderful stay at the Daiwa Hotel Nishi Shinjuku. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, and having a 7-Eleven conveniently located inside the building made everything incredibly easy. The hotel offers many thoughtful perks, such as free, high-quality cosmetic amenities and complimentary bottled water, which I really appreciated.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. There are also plenty of useful rental options available, including adapters and ironing boards, which made my stay even more comfortable. The hotel provides washing machines as well—perfect for longer visits.

My room was clean, cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, this hotel offers amazing value, comfort, and convenience. I highly recommend the Daiwa Hotel Nishi Shinjuku and would definitely stay here again!

We stayed 10 nights. Our room was small very clean & well stocked. Valuable space was taken up by dehumidifier & TV which could be mounted on the wall to free up space & for easier viewing from bed. The trouser press was poorly located & added to congestion in the narrow hall. The washing machine didn't work properly & there was no offer of a refund.( No soap) English is limited. The bed was a good size for two & the large window allowed for lots of light.

Highly recommend this hotel. The staff were helpful, the breakfast buffet was above par, and the extra amenities were great. The room we had was very small; however, we were only there to sleep. The bathroom shower was superb and the toilet, with a heated seat, was far superior to anything offered in the States. They provided toothbrushes, hairbrushes, foaming hand soap, all the items needed to shower, pj's, house slippers, and multiple cosmetic face/body lotions. The location was about a 10 minute walk from the train station but in a quiet part of the city. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff were kind (notably, I was given a towel at the front desk during check-in after walking in a bit wet from the rain -- I found that very thoughtful). Truly the best bathroom I have ever experienced in any hotel in my life; everything from the toilet, to the shower, to the bath, to the water pressure was top notch. Laundry facilities available in-house. Breakfast was a fabulous buffet, with both Japanese and western style cuisine available. I would totally stay here again and recommend this hotel to my friends and loved ones.

Clean and tidy. Just some feedback. It would be good if you had smaller furnishings so there would be more room. Smaller desk. Put TV on the wall, so no need for side board. Could turn the bed and then people can get out both sides instead of climbing over.

Very honest offering. Reasonably priced. Not much amenities though, but that's to be expected at that price. Make sure you get your breakfast before 9:30 so you can order their delicious fluffy pancakes (seriously), but the rest of the breakfast was very meh.

The room was efficiently designed and the amenities were abundant. The room was quiet. Laundry onsite and an7/11 in the basement . Most importantly, the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant next to the hotel has a great buffet but there are several other restaurants in the area. Overall a great place to stay.

Really nice hotel, very clean and comfortable and rooms were a good size compared to others that we had stayed in Tokyo. Appreciated all of the free amenities that were available. We were also very grateful that they were able to store our bags for a few days before check in while we were travelling elsewhere. Highly recommend

Room and bathroom is clean, staffs are helpful. Breakfast very affordable, not too many choices though. Air conditioning is very good. And if you don’t want to take the taxi or train to the airport, there is a shuttle bus at a nearby hotel which is just around 4mins walk. Highly recommended.

Hotel was clean and rooms very comfortable. The pyjamas provided were also very comfortable. A 15 minute easy walk to Shinjuku Station. Did not eat in the hotel as sightseeing every day, but there is an outdoor eating area. The 7-11 below hotel good for food and for coffee in the morning. Nice touch to have bath salts etc provided.

We loved our stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel in Shinjuku. The facilities were clean and quiet, and our bed, pillows and comforter were all extremely comfortable. The hotel provides lots of free toiletries from shampoo and conditioner, toothbrushes and toothpaste, shaving razors, mouthwash, skincare, hair treatments, even pajamas and slippers. We purchased breakfast for our stay, and it was wonderful to have a tasty breakfast available every morning with a good mixture of western and Japanese options. The hotel is close enough to proper Shinjuku to feel like we could access all the nightlife and shopping we wanted, but removed enough that the area was quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Staff was very nice and spoke English very well. Hotel is convenient to rail stations. While there do not miss the the free light-show down the street at the government building and visit the top for the view at night.
