とっても快適でした

アメニティがとても充実していて感動しました。ロビーのアメニティコーナーにスキンケア類やコットンやヘアゴム、ヘアオイルに入浴剤、コーヒーお茶類までありました。お部屋にも歯ブラシや体を洗う用のタオルもあり、電子レンジのコーナーにはおはしフォークもあり、製氷機の氷は小さいのでなくて、ちゃんと大きいのが出てきました。最近はアメニティのないホテルもあるのに、こちらのホテルには足りないものがありませんでした。近くにはコンビニだけでなくイオンもあるので安くておいしいお惣菜が食べれてラッキーでした。お部屋は通路が狭く、キャリーを置く位置に迷い、何度かドアノブに腰を引っ掛けてしまいましたが、お風呂が広くて浴槽もあったので、2日間大変快適に過ごすことができました。
ただ、1つ気になったのが、電子レンジコーナーが11階にありますが、夜ご飯を温めに行った際、一瞬外国人男性の方と室内に2人になった時少しこわいなと感じました。日本人でも怖いです。ドアを開けるのを手伝ってくださる優しい普通の方だったので大丈夫でしたが、何かあった際に助けを呼べるのか疑問に思いました。客室フロアなのでドアをなくすと氷の音がうるさいんだと思いますが、万が一を考えるとできればロビー1階にあったほうが便利だし安心です。
その他は快適に過ごすことができました。1階のレストランもおいしかったです。お値段は正直安くはないですが、新宿に来る際はぜひまたこちらのホテルを利用させていただきたいです。

新宿は何かと喧騒がすごいですが
徒歩圏内でありながら少し離れていて
静かであり、他のビジネスホテル
よりは広くワンクラス上の気分です

評価がかなり高かったので予約しました。
スタッフの方の対応や部屋の綺麗さ、清潔感含めてとても良かったです。
在宅をしたく、清掃の時間を指定させてくださってありがとうございました。
クーポンがあったので少し安く泊まれましたが、宿泊費自体は結構高いのでそれ相応なのかなと思いました。土地の価格が違うので仕方ありませんが、九州で同じホテルに泊まった時の3倍くらい高いです。。もう少し手軽に泊まれると嬉しいです。

The hotel was clean but aged, spacious for hotels in Tokyo. Great location as it’s close to metro but not too close to crowded areas. Japanese staffs were polite, friendly and professional as usual. However there are rooms for the rest to improve on.

A great place to stay if you want to avoid the circus atmosphere at Shinjuku's Kabuchiko, which is only 20 minutes away walking. Also much more affordable than the big Hilton and Hyatt hotels nearby.
The room was clean and the staff were very nice. The breakfast at the Hearth restaurant is excellent and convenient. Overall, it's a fantastic hotel for the price.

They had all the amenities you could need if you didn't pack something or forgot to pack something - thoothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush, face wash, etc. The room itself was really comfortable and they provided pajamas and slippers! The breakfast buffet was great and the same area turned into a delicious dinner restaurant at night. I highly recommend this place and will be staying again. Also there's a 7-11 in the basement open 24hrs, which was a godsend.

Clean but small room which I think is typical for these Japanese chain hotels. Breakfast is great and varied, but place is also small especially early with a lot of guests. Can’t beat the location next to the train lines

Outstanding property. Location is great in shinjuku- slightly away from the bustle and crowd of shinjuku. Walkable to everything shinjuku/harajuku/shibuya. 7eleven in basement, line of restaurants 3min walking distance, daisy bakery right next door (excellent for coffee breakfast). Rooms are smallish (normal for japan) and good quality. Highly recommend.

The staff were excellent, the check in process was smooth and quick. The hotel itself was the nicest hotel our entire trip. It was our honeymoon so the staff decided to write us a nice letter congratulating us and well wishes.
Overall the hotel is super nice, the 7/11 on the basement level was a huge plus. Would recommend anyone ! 11/10 stars

The breakfast had so many options that I ate something different each day. Direct access to the 7-11 (basement) was fantastic when an international guest is off schedule due to jet lag and needs food at random times. Lovely room and comfortable. Best thing? The wet room shower/bath combo!

Super convenient and comfortable. The basement 7-Eleven was perfect for quick snacks, and the in-house restaurant made dining easy. The on-site laundromat was a big plus for longer stays. Within walking distance of restaurants, bars, metro and Shinjuku Central Park.

Conveniently located 5min away from the nearest subway station with lots of restaurants and 24/7 convenience stores around, including one in the basement of the hotel. BEAUTIFUL room, very clean and included all amenities. Very polite staff that spoke English. Airport shuttle located a few streets away, but still quite near. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back.

Clean room, the room was a little small but good enough for two. Good location though. The pillows are quite flat, we wish it could be puffier. We tried to ask for more pillows but the front desk kept telling us that they’re out.

Beautiful hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable and breakfast is fantastic with plenty of options. Convenience store is located on the bottom floor of the hotel and is open 24 hours. There is an italian and japanese restaurant in the hotel so lots of options for food and metro station is within walking distance.

The room is a bit tight for 2 person but it has everything that is needed. The tolietries are great and they provide extra at the lobby counter and I thought it was a great idea to be environmentally friendly-that we get what we need. The bathroom is great. The place is quiet, west of the main shinjuku area but a 5 to 8 mins walk to 2 main metro lines. It is good to return to less crowded place after touring around. The best thing is to have a 7 eleven at the basement

The breakfast was excellent! The staff was incredibly friendly. I requested late checkout and I guess there was a miscommunication or language barrier as my card was deactivated so had to go back through the process to get that redone. Overall great experience and will be back

Very small rooms. Absolutely no seating area anywhere in the hotel, no seating in the lobby, rooms so small that nowhere to sit. Also lack of trash cans in property is awful. Very hard pillows, otherwise comfortable beds.

This is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Tokyo and wants to have access to all corners of the city—through the Nishi-Shinjuku Station. The staff is very courteous and their buffet breakfast is exquisite. You will not be disappointed.

Overall we had a good stay. Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff was kind and helpful. The room is quite small, but that seems pretty typical for hotels in the area. The shower was great though — definitely one of our favorite parts of the room. A good option if you’re looking for a simple and comfortable place to stay

We loved our stay here! The staff were all very welcoming and efficient when we arrived. The hotel itself is lovely - modern but warm. Our room was very spacious, thoughtfully laid out and exceptionally clean. We slept very well here as it was so quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The nearest train station is close enough to walk, as is the bustling nightlife area. We also enjoyed the restaurant and included buffet breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is in a great location with metro stations and a Starbucks nearby, and great shopping within a 20 minute walk.

The friendly staff helped us when checking in and checking out, and the hotel amenities and bath products are lovely. Breakfast selections are plentiful and replenished often.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great hotel, very clean property and rooms, staff are very friendly.. the open buffet breakfast was great and has many varieties of foods and drinks, we had breakfast everyday at the buffet. The location is great and close to subway stations and other attractions. We really recommend this hotel.

Transparency, everything in Japan is small, but the views were amazing, the staff was very helpful, the building was very nice and clean--located in a good area about 25 minutes from most favorable activities(museum, mall, etc). I recommend getting the breakfast plan when you stay here. The food selection was amazing and tasty. This hotel was my favorite part of the trip!!! Plus, they provided little things to keep you refreshed during your stay for free.
