東急ステイ渋谷 新南口

チェックインまで残り30分くらいで部屋も準備してありましたが、アーリーチェックインで追加料金がかかると言われ、少しがっかりしました。
荷物だけ預けて、仕事後に改めてチェックインしました。荷物は部屋へ運んでくれていました。
部屋に洗濯機があり、また部屋と備え付けのものは清潔で良かったです。

チェックイン時に、こちらの姿に気付いてるのにフロントスタッフはずっとお喋り。
部屋にお水はないし、貸し出し品はフロントに取りに来させるし、来させるくせに、フロントで待ってない(笑)
宿泊料の割に質が悪いなと思いました。
部屋に洗濯機や電子レンジが付いてるのは素晴らしいです。完全にビジネスパーソン向けですね。

ベッドメイキングがぴしっとしていて気持ち良かったです。
埃っぽいとすぐに鼻炎になるのですが、その鼻炎も発生しませんでした。
乾燥機能の付いた洗濯機があると分かっていたので、着替えもほとんど持ち込まず、洗濯乾燥で済ませることができました。
キッチンがあってお湯も沸かせるので、すぐ下のコンビニでドリップコーヒーを購入し、コーヒーを入れて飲む事もできました。
朝食夕食の心配もいりません。飲食店が軒を連ねていてどこにしようか迷うほどです。それも楽しかった。
大変満足です。

湯舟に足伸ばせて浸かれる！（イイと思う！）

ココんちのいいところはユニットバスではあるんだけど、多分ユニットバスでも最大サイズのモノを使ってた部分かも。湯舟が広い。足伸ばせてお風呂に浸かれる。これは結構大きなポイントでは？

あと東急ステイはどこもそうなのですが、洗濯機があるのがいいすよね。特に夏場で汗かいてホテルに到着した時に（勿論着替えはもってるんだけど）その場で洗濯乾燥できるのはとても便利。

お風呂（湯舟外）にちょとゴミ残ってたけど、まあ許容範囲かな。許せる。

わりといいビジネスホテルだと思う。

イベント当日に泊まり、翌日ホテルから出勤しました。会社まで5分程度で便利でした。また、近くに広めのファミマがありご飯を買うのにも困らなくてよかったです。
冷蔵庫も冷凍庫と冷蔵庫がしっかり分かれているタイプで◎でした。
シャンプートリートメント、ボディソープ、ドライヤーがリファで揃えられているのが一番良かった！また利用したいです。

It was a bit of a walk and hard to find from Shibuya Station, but the hotel itself was great. quiet, clean, with a convenience store downstairs. The staff was very nice, and there was also free coffee and ice cream.

大人４人　一部屋で寝るには、ベッド４つで１部屋がほぼ埋まる感じでした。部屋は狭いけれど、東京では当たり前の光景なのかと納得。バス、トイレ別であり、特にバスルームが最高でした。ドラム式洗濯機が常設されており（洗濯用洗剤も常設）、活用しました。とても便利でした。キッチンは、今回利用することはなかったのですが、次にこちらを利用するときは、ぜひとも使ってみたいと思いました。

ゴールデンウィークのホテルが混んでいるとニュースでやっていたので、少しお値段は高めに思いましたが渋谷という場所で決めました。
部屋は古くて、何より禁煙の部屋なのにタバコ臭くて困りました。事情を説明したら、部屋を変えていただき、素早い対応がありがたかったです。

Small room, but had a washer/dryer (two in one), small fridge (had a crack on one of the side shelves inside the fridge), not entirely clean - found some hair in the bathroom and scratches/mark stains along the wall behind the waste bin and somewhere else I forget, but did not matter that much to myself as I just threw out the hair and the stain was not a big deal either

Utensils cabinet - was unsure if the glassware/utensils were cleaned before I checked-in as I saw a bit of dust inside the cabinet, again not a big deal, I just cleaned it myself before using it

Very small, not good cleaning service, bathroom ventilator very old, molded all black, no any clue how to come to that accommodation from Shibuya station. And that the 2 accommodations they say in their information that some rooms are in the building next, but the building is totally somewhere else? Literally 2 streets away? No automatic cleaning the linnen, just NOT. We stayed there 6 days, 5 nights? COME ON??? THIS WAS NOT IN YOUR DESCRIPTION BEFORE THE RESERVATION. We got that information when we had the roomkeys in our hands? i was in shock, because I paid so much?! The room they say it is for 2 people, but we couldn’t fit together. It was a stressy stay this time in Tokyo. I came couple times and so far not the best accommodation according to their description

Not sure is Expedia problem or the hotel problem, the room was not on the building itself, need to walk a distance before reaching, troublesome, room is so much smaller as I expected and thought will be as nice as their hotel chain in Okinawa, staff do not understand English, they told us we booked the room on the other building but in Expedia we did not select which building or did it indicate which building when doing the booking, so do not choose to book with expedia or this hotel.

Great location and comfortable bed. We were disappointed that the bed was against the wall making it difficult to get into as a couple. The picture on Hotels website showed a much bigger room. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Shibuya. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the area felt very safe with easy access to the train lines. The cleanliness of the hotel really stood out. My room had two beds, a spacious bathroom, a washer/dryer, a balcony, plus a hot plate, sink, and mini refrigerator, which made the stay extra convenient—almost like having a mini apartment. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shibuya.

This was the perfect traveler hotel. It was very close to the train station, lots of shopping and dining options. There is a small convenience store on the neighboring corner of the hotel for any supplies, snacks, foods, very similar to a 7-11. There is also a little restaurant shop beneath the hotel lobby. The hotel its self is a bit weathered, but had all the amenities I needed and could want. The mini kitchen in the room was amazing. Dishes and cutlery all there. The water pot was great for room coffee and the in room laundry machine really helped out. The beds were comfy and the view was simple. Mostly quiet at night. The kids in the street can be a bit loud. I did not have a vehicle so cannot review parking. But the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The hotel itself was clean & very close to a FamilyMart which was nice. I wish they made beds everyday though, but that’s something I should’ve checked before booking. Overall not bad & not too far from Shibuya station although getting to the hotel from the station was a bit confusing. Staff was very friendly and kind though.

We enjoyed our stay here, it is only a 10 min walk to Shibuya Crossing/Station/Sky so it was very convenient to get around. The room is decent with great features like Refa shampoo and conditioner and a Refa hair dryer which are all amazing to use on your hair, but the best part was the washing machine in our room. So helpful! We wanted to ship our luggage from here to Kyoto and the staff were so kind and helpful with organising this for us. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place in the Tokyo area.

Considering it’s Japan and hotels tend to have small rooms, the rooms here were spacious. We had a double bed, our bathroom with a tub, washing machine that also drys, a kitchen sink, microwave, water boiler, mini fridge, tv and a balcony. Wonderful room. We had wifi connectivity issues on one day of our stay but that’s about it. Everything else was good. Thank you to the staff they were really kind.

Overall great stay close to Shibuya, Crossing, and shopping and restaurants. Great location has a washer and dryer which made it really convenient walking distance to the train station which took us all over Tokyo.

Nice location. It's a short walk to Shibuya station. Very small room and there were some spots here and there on the carpet. Washer/Dryer came in very handy. Don't plan on watching tv in bed because it's not in front of you but on a side wall.
