東急ステイ渋谷 新南口

ベッドメイキングがぴしっとしていて気持ち良かったです。
埃っぽいとすぐに鼻炎になるのですが、その鼻炎も発生しませんでした。
乾燥機能の付いた洗濯機があると分かっていたので、着替えもほとんど持ち込まず、洗濯乾燥で済ませることができました。
キッチンがあってお湯も沸かせるので、すぐ下のコンビニでドリップコーヒーを購入し、コーヒーを入れて飲む事もできました。
朝食夕食の心配もいりません。飲食店が軒を連ねていてどこにしようか迷うほどです。それも楽しかった。
大変満足です。

湯舟に足伸ばせて浸かれる！（イイと思う！）

ココんちのいいところはユニットバスではあるんだけど、多分ユニットバスでも最大サイズのモノを使ってた部分かも。湯舟が広い。足伸ばせてお風呂に浸かれる。これは結構大きなポイントでは？

あと東急ステイはどこもそうなのですが、洗濯機があるのがいいすよね。特に夏場で汗かいてホテルに到着した時に（勿論着替えはもってるんだけど）その場で洗濯乾燥できるのはとても便利。

お風呂（湯舟外）にちょとゴミ残ってたけど、まあ許容範囲かな。許せる。

わりといいビジネスホテルだと思う。

イベント当日に泊まり、翌日ホテルから出勤しました。会社まで5分程度で便利でした。また、近くに広めのファミマがありご飯を買うのにも困らなくてよかったです。
冷蔵庫も冷凍庫と冷蔵庫がしっかり分かれているタイプで◎でした。
シャンプートリートメント、ボディソープ、ドライヤーがリファで揃えられているのが一番良かった！また利用したいです。

It was a bit of a walk and hard to find from Shibuya Station, but the hotel itself was great. quiet, clean, with a convenience store downstairs. The staff was very nice, and there was also free coffee and ice cream.

お風呂を入れようとしたら浴槽に毛が落ちていた。シャワーも水垢がついててキレイに清掃されているようには思えない。

渋谷駅から徒歩7 ~8分の立地でこの静謐さ。ありがたい。夜中に騒ぐアジア人もホテル内外にはいない。料金が高いからか。部屋も一人なら申し分ない。アメニティは部屋にはない。必要なものをフロント脇から持っていく。

清潔、静か。アメニティはフロントから必要な物を取って客室へ。wi-fiは飛んでいるが携帯端末の充電ができない。朝食をはじめ他サービスは利用したことがない。寝るだけの宿としては料金に見合っている。なんと言っても渋谷駅から徒歩５分チョイ!!

大人４人　一部屋で寝るには、ベッド４つで１部屋がほぼ埋まる感じでした。部屋は狭いけれど、東京では当たり前の光景なのかと納得。バス、トイレ別であり、特にバスルームが最高でした。ドラム式洗濯機が常設されており（洗濯用洗剤も常設）、活用しました。とても便利でした。キッチンは、今回利用することはなかったのですが、次にこちらを利用するときは、ぜひとも使ってみたいと思いました。

ドラム式洗濯機があり、洗濯から乾燥まで出来て便利でした。洗面所が広くて使いやすかったです。浴槽の排水溝が詰まりそうになっており、流れるまで時間がかかっていました。室内はとても清潔でした。スタッフの方の対応は受け答えが丁寧でとても良かったです。

ゴールデンウィークのホテルが混んでいるとニュースでやっていたので、少しお値段は高めに思いましたが渋谷という場所で決めました。
部屋は古くて、何より禁煙の部屋なのにタバコ臭くて困りました。事情を説明したら、部屋を変えていただき、素早い対応がありがたかったです。

駅に近くキレイでとても良かった。ドライヤーが壊れていたが、フロントに連絡したらすぐに新しい物を持って来てくれて、しかもそれが新品のドライヤーだった。ゆったり過ごせて快適だった。また利用したい。

部屋にゴキブリがいて部屋を変えてもらいました。浴槽もテープ補強され、ドライヤーは火花が出て交換してもらうなど設備も年季を感じるものでした。タオル補充はあってもトイレットペーパーはないなど行き届いてない感も否めません。

I really enjoyed my stay, very good location and just a 10 minute walk (maybe less) to both Shibuya station and the famous crossing! Staff were friendly and helpful, and I felt really comfortable in my room :) Would definitely recommend!

Great location and comfortable bed. We were disappointed that the bed was against the wall making it difficult to get into as a couple. The picture on Hotels website showed a much bigger room. Even feet along the bed would have been better. Staff friendly and helpful. It was expensive for the quality and space but we made it work. Maybe on check in make sure you say bed must have 2 sides for entry

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Shibuya. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the area felt very safe with easy access to the train lines. The cleanliness of the hotel really stood out. My room had two beds, a spacious bathroom, a washer/dryer, a balcony, plus a hot plate, sink, and mini refrigerator, which made the stay extra convenient—almost like having a mini apartment. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shibuya.

This was the perfect traveler hotel. It was very close to the train station, lots of shopping and dining options. There is a small convenience store on the neighboring corner of the hotel for any supplies, snacks, foods, very similar to a 7-11. There is also a little restaurant shop beneath the hotel lobby. The hotel its self is a bit weathered, but had all the amenities I needed and could want. The mini kitchen in the room was amazing. Dishes and cutlery all there. The water pot was great for room coffee and the in room laundry machine really helped out. The beds were comfy and the view was simple. Mostly quiet at night. The kids in the street can be a bit loud. I did not have a vehicle so cannot review parking. But the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The hotel itself was clean & very close to a FamilyMart which was nice. I wish they made beds everyday though, but that’s something I should’ve checked before booking. Overall not bad & not too far from Shibuya station although getting to the hotel from the station was a bit confusing. Staff was very friendly and kind though.

We enjoyed our stay here, it is only a 10 min walk to Shibuya Crossing/Station/Sky so it was very convenient to get around. The room is decent with great features like Refa shampoo and conditioner and a Refa hair dryer which are all amazing to use on your hair, but the best part was the washing machine in our room. So helpful! We wanted to ship our luggage from here to Kyoto and the staff were so kind and helpful with organising this for us. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place in the Tokyo area.

Considering it’s Japan and hotels tend to have small rooms, the rooms here were spacious. We had a double bed, our bathroom with a tub, washing machine that also drys, a kitchen sink, microwave, water boiler, mini fridge, tv and a balcony. Wonderful room. We had wifi connectivity issues on one day of our stay but that’s about it. Everything else was good. Thank you to the staff they were really kind.

Overall great stay close to Shibuya, Crossing, and shopping and restaurants. Great location has a washer and dryer which made it really convenient walking distance to the train station which took us all over Tokyo.

Nice location. It's a short walk to Shibuya station. Very small room and there were some spots here and there on the carpet. Washer/Dryer came in very handy. Don't plan on watching tv in bed because it's not in front of you but on a side wall.

This hotel was really nice! The rooms were soundproof so you never heard any outside noise. There is unlimited free coffee in the lobby which works great for long days. Everything was clean and the staff were great. They have luggage forwarding which made moving to the next hotel even smoother and less stressful! It’s also located near multiple convenience stores and close to the subway station.

Although the room was on the smaller side (which was to be used expected in that part of Tokyo), it was very comfortable & clean. All the important amenities were included in the superior twin room: washer/dryer combo, microwave, refrigerator, & hair dryer. Robes & slippers were a plus. Would have loved to have lotion because shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste were included. Only drawback was a very slight sewage like smell from the bathroom that went away after toilet usage.

I love how cozy it felt and the staff were super friendly.

The staff was really nice and welcoming, and the location was convenient — though we could hear the train from our room. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t very clean. There was dust in the corners, stains on the chair and carpet, and a grimy sink with a strong mildewy smell that permeated the whole room. The washer/dryer added to the damp odor, and a cabinet by the doorway had a rotten smell. The hallways also had a heavy smoke smell and stained carpets. Lovely staff, but the cleanliness needs major improvement.

The hotel was so clean from all the public spaces to the rooms. The staff were so polite and friendly. There was always someone ready to assist guests. The only change I would suggest would be to turn down the frequency and amount that the scent machine sprays in the elevators as there are many people who are sensitive to strong scents. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

Had a great time staying here. There is an elevator which was great after walking all day. Staff was very nice and held our luggage after we checked out so we didn’t have to walk around with it while we waited to go to the airport.

Tokyu Stay Shibuya was a great choice for our time in Tokyo. The location is excellent—close to everything, but in a quieter area just outside the busiest part of Shibuya. The room was small, but it had everything we needed, including a washer/dryer and fridge, which made our stay really convenient. Perfect for a short or longer stay if you want comfort and practicality in a great spot.

The hotel was very well located. The room for two of us was spacious and clean. The area was safe at night and just a few feet from a family mart. Glad I made this choice.

The room was ok, small. Only had one type of PowerPoint so make sure you bring the right adapters (2 prong). The bathroom drain absolutely stunk and the mold in the grout was disgusting. Would not stay again.
