駅からそんなに遠くなく、施設内もとても綺麗で、部屋も広くて使用しやすかったです
キッチンに食器やフライパンなどの簡単な調理器具が揃っているのに驚きました、食材を持ち込んでちょっとした料理ならすぐ出来るのが嬉しいですね
是非また利用したいと思う施設でした

自主隔離先として最高です

和室があるタイプの部屋に宿泊。
キッチン、バス付きで帰国後の隔離には非常に便利。一方で洗濯機は供用。
備品一通りあるが、貸し出しのパーティーグッズなども豊富で普通の旅行で使うにも良いと思う。

清潔で快適です。

とにかく清潔感があり、快適です。フロントの方は外国人の方でしたが日本語も頑張っていて親切で笑顔で対応してる姿がとても良かったです。食器やカップも充分にありワイングラスはフロントに頼むと貸していただけるそうです。お風呂も歴代１位に入るほどきれいでした。トイレも別になっていて便利だし、ドライヤーも無印良品のもので使いやすかったです。おしゃれな部屋で住みたいくらいのお部屋でした！

家族3人で宿泊致しました。日本人ですが、海外で生活しているので、畳のお部屋が有り難かったです。雨続きでしたが、貸し傘もあり、親切だと思います。アメ横や、浅草も徒歩圏内、上野から新幹線乗るのも便利な場所でした。成田空港へも一本で行けるので アクセスはとてもいいと思いました。

とても快適

女友達4人で泊まりました。何と言っても新しいので全てが清潔。布団もふかふかで気持ち良かった。お風呂もバスタブと洗い場が別なのでとても快適。欲を言うと部屋着かバスローブがあれば最高。キッチン付きなので次回利用する時は　食材を買って自炊しようね‼と話しました。スタッフは外国の方でしたが日本語も通じて何の不便もありませんでした。また是非利用したいです。

部屋が広かったです！

JapaneseStyleの部屋でしたが、ベッド以外のスペースもしっかり有り4人が同時に100Lサイズのスーツケースを開いても十分なスペースがありました。
駅の入谷改札を出て入谷口まで出るのに少し時間がかかるので、移動には少し余裕をみておくのをお勧めします。

My family and I stayed at Mimaru Ueno Inaricho for 8 nights in early July. The hotel staff member Chio was very friendly and helpful during the check-in. The baggage we sent from Nagoya was delivered and moved into our room when we arrived. We stayed in the Japanese-style room with two twin beds and two tatami, both of which are very comfortable! The room size is big and everything is clean. The property is well-maintained. The location is nice and quiet. The Inaricho station is only a few minutes away. We feel safe walking at night. There is a grocery store close by, plus you can see the Skytree from a distance on the street. There are cafes, restaurants and konbini near the hotel, which is very convenient. Hotel staff member Kanju was very kind and helpful; she helped us arrange a taxi on our checkout day to the Haneda airport. Stress free! I highly recommend this apartment hotel to everyone who will travel to Tokyo!

The floors are very thin so we could hear children running around late at night in the unit above us. The hotel agreed to keep the room empty after the guests moved out and all was good for the rest of our stay (10 nights). Compared to other apt hotels we stayed in throughout Japan, this property isn't as eco friendly in that Mimaru changes linens everyday. There's a coin operated laundry on the main floor which can get busy in the evening.

A wonderful hotel in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in MIMARU Ueno and the hotel met our needs as a family with a young child. The staff were extremely helpful and were able to answer queries very quickly. The room was lovely and very spacious. Big bonus to have laundry room in the building and lots of items for rental (for free) e.g. hair straighteners, rice cooker, iron and ironing board. Only negative for us was that we needed ear plugs (as light sleepers) due to noise from other rooms/ corridor etc in the night. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Very nice and heart warming staffs e.g. Rina, Gina, etc. However, there are some used towels left in the room after cleaning and never filled up the liquid soap and liquid dish washer. The first day of checking in, the hotel should have prepared a futon for us on the tatami because I booked for 3 people, not letting us to do it by ourselves. Thanks.

We stayed in the Japanese-style apartment, which was a great size for our family of four. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by one major issue: you’re not allowed to open any windows or external doors, as doing so triggers the building’s alarm system. I understand this is in place for safety reasons, but it made the apartment feel quite claustrophobic and stuffy, especially over a four-day stay. It was disappointing not to be able to get any fresh air at all, and I strongly feel this restriction should be clearly communicated before booking—especially for a family-style apartment. Had we known about this in advance, we likely would have chosen a different hotel. That said, the apartment itself was otherwise comfortable, and we really enjoyed the Ueno area.

We loved the staff. They were very helpful. I also loved that there was a grocery store and a 7 eleven a short 5 minute walk from the hotel. The Inaricho subway station is 5 minutes from the hotel on the Ginza line. We were able to use that to get most places.

Överlag väldigt bra

Personalen var jättebra. Trevliga och hjälpsamma. Rummet som sådant var i ett bra skick och väldigt rent.
Det som drog ner betyget något var att det var väldigt lyhört och jag väcktes flera nätter av högljudda grannar. Ljudisoleringen för ytterdörren kunde alltså varit bättre.
Den andra saken var att det var lite komplicerat att få till en bra temperatur i rummet. Vi fann ofta att det var för kallt eller för varmt i rummet. Så till den grad att det störde nattsömnen.
Men överlag tycker jag att hotellet var väldigt bra och personalen var så bra som man kan önska.

4인이 여행가서 묵기 좋았어요. 전자렌지 컵,그릇, 숟가락,젓가락 등. 4인기준으로 준비되어 있어 근처 편의점이나 마트에서 사 온 것을 먹기에도 좋았어요. JR우에노 역에서는 10분정도 걸어야 했지만 가까이에 이나리초역이 있었고 그래서 JR선과 도쿄메트로를 목적지에 따라 편하게 이용할 수 있었어요. 숙소주변은 주거지역이라 오히려 우에노역의 번잡함을 벗어나서 조용해서 좋았어요. 호텔 직원들도 친절했습니다

Fantastiskt läge om än i västra delarna av centrala Tokyo. Nära till Ueno Station med Yamanotelinjen men även till Inaricho Station med Ginzalinjen. Boendet även nära hyrbilsstation vilket gör det enkelt att komma iväg på äventyr utanför stan också. Stort rum för att vara Tokyo och gott om plats för fyra boende. Not quite a Mimaru experience...

During our 14-day trip to Tokyo and Osaka, we exclusively stayed at Mimaru-affiliated accommodations. While most of our stays were excellent, our final two nights at the Mimaru in Ueno were deeply disappointing compared to our experiences at Mimaru Tokyo Station East and Mimaru Osaka Shinsaibashi.

From the moment we arrived, I had a gut feeling this location wouldn’t meet the standards of the others. The entryway and check-in area were cramped and lacked the inviting atmosphere we had come to expect from Mimaru properties. Adding to the negative first impression, there was an unpleasant smell lingering in the main hallway.

As we exited the elevator to reach our assigned room, my concerns were confirmed—the hotel seemed poorly maintained. Dust had accumulated in the corners of the hallway doors, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. Entering our room only reinforced this feeling. The dark charcoal gray carpet was visibly dusty, with white specks scattered in the corners. The bathroom vent appeared neglected, with months of buildup, and the sink had noticeable residue around the faucet.

We had booked a Japanese-style room and needed to set up the futon beds ourselves. Unfortunately, the futons were thin and poorly cleaned, with hair and dust visible on the undersides. The overall state of the room felt unclean and unwelcoming, leading to a truly unpleasant experience

The room was a good size for our family of 4 and we liked that the toilet, shower and sink were in separate spaces. Had a small kitchenette which was helpful. Staff was friendly and location was good. The only complaint was the washer/dryer combo didn’t work. Spent a lot of time waiting for the clothes not to dry…would not recommend using their laundry.

地點極為方便,鄰近稻荷町站,附近有麥當勞、多家 利商店及24小時超市。飯店櫃檯有台灣人,非常 心協助,一樓有洗衣機跟烘衣機及飲料販賣機,洗衣 機不需額外在投洗衣精,它是內建的,投幣完後就直 接可以清洗,非常便利;販賣機的礦泉水比外面的都 還便宜。 這次是住9樓2張單人床和2張單人日式榻榻米的房型 整體採光不錯,房間雖然不是很大,但各空間配置都 還算ok,廚房鍋碗瓢盆一應俱全,還有微波爐可以去 超市買回來下廚,很方便。 至於房間隔音,整體也很k,只剩偶爾會聽到樓上的 腳步聲。 若是有參加跟團的或是機場接送的,一定要跟對方 確認地址是台東区“東上野5-8-2,少了一個東可是 差很遠的,因為我們這次就有2次是司機跑到“上野 5-8-2多等了好久。

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's easy to reach from Ueno station. The check in was fast, with all the necessary information given. The room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 3. It is nicely decorated and has a well equipped kitchen featuring a good sized fridge. The staff were friendly and helpful. Look forward to visiting again.

BOOK IT!! This property is amazing for family and kids. I thought booking a luxury hotel will make our stay comfortable but this aparthotel is incredible. Everything we need for our 1 year old was available. Baby crib, baby bath, bottle
Sterilizer, baby shampoo, baby seat, you name it they have it! They also rent strollers for $15/day and it was so convenient. The front desk GINA was so lovely and hospitable and made our stay so warm and incredible. We can’t wait to come back and share with our friends to book here! 10/10

I really enjoyed my stay at Mimaru Ueno Tokyo Inaricho. It was a beautiful property with a kitchen in the room and a self-laundry downstairs which made it excellent for semi-long to long stays. Excellent location with easy access to train and subway lines but in a quiet area so you could rest at night time. Definitely would recommend this location.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mimaru. The room was large by Tokyo standards, nicely presented and comfortable. A little space off to the side was perfect for our kids to sleep in. It's close to Ueno Station, which is a major hub with a JR office and lots of dining and shopping options. It's also very close to Ueno park with museums and an excellent zoo. We would happily stay at Mimaru again.

Convenient location, spacious room.

Convenient location 5 min from inaricho station on the ginza line. Easy access to shibuya, ginza and omotesando. 1 stop away from JR ueno.

Room was spacious and comfortable.

There can be more frequent cleaning, eg once every 2-3 days (instead of 4 days).

Overall, I would stay in mimaru again when I visit Japan again :)

Definitely recommend

Extremely comfortable and well stoked for what become our routine of Conbini breakfast, during our stay in Japan. Our Japanese Apartment had a very nice kitchen counter with dish-ware and utensils and a comfortable low dining table with soft seating. The spaces are very well laid out and while the apartment is ultimately one large communicating room, the re-entrant corners and well placed screen created privacy between my wife and I and mom. Definitely recommend.

Fijn apartement met keukentje en goede badkamer. Het bed was goed en er was een verscheidenheid aan kussen om uit te kiezen. Handige locatie dichtbij openbaar vervoer als uitvalsbasis om de stad te ontdekken. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Enige minpunt: je wordt verwacht voor 22:00 binnen te zijn.
