子どもたちもホテルで過ごしたい！というくらい。

子連れにありがたいお宿です！

大人3名、4歳、0歳(8ヶ月)で宿泊しました。浅草までもアクセスが良く抱っこ紐＆徒歩でも十分歩ける距離でした！フロントの対応も良くお部屋も綺麗で言うことなしです！お部屋からもスカイツリーが見えとても贅沢な時間でした。
赤ちゃんが居る為、畳➕お布団はとてもありがたく、祖母も一緒に宿泊した為リビングとは別でベッド2台の部屋(扉付き)があり2家族でもプライベート空間も分けることでき良かったです！通常の生活に困らないぐらい、色々な物が用意されていました！(ドラム洗濯機、掃除機、キッチンペーパー、サランラップ等)他の方のクチコミに玄関の人感センサーのライトが眩しく寝る場面で畳の部屋が眩しいと記載があり不安でしたがフロントの方へ相談したところ直ぐにお部屋に来てくださりセンサーライトも消して頂けました！チェックアウトの際もタクシーも直ぐに呼んで頂き助かりました！また泊まりたいホテルです！ありがとうございました！

浅草の喧騒から少し離れて落ち着いたエリアだったが、徒歩圏内に観光エリアがあり、銀座線で都内の他のエリアにもアクセスが良く便利だった。
ホテルは清潔でベッドも寝心地が良くスタッフの対応も良かった。
また利用したい。

フロントの方しかお会いしていませんが、丁寧な印象でした。お部屋は清潔で、洗濯機などもあり、快適でした。ただ、入口の人感ライトが動くだけで付くので夜間トイレへ行く際など、寝ている子どもの顔に光が当たってしまうことが気になりました。また、エスニック？な香りがホテル内に立ち込めていました。

The hotel room was very clean and tidy, with a washing machine and a simple kitchen available for guests. It was also very convenient for getting to the airport, Ueno, or other parts of the city. I would definitely come back again next time I have the chance.

Great staff, clean and spacious apartment and in central location which takes 15 minutes walk to Senso-ji Temple, and Ueno station on a different direction.
A short walk of 2 minutes is the subway Tawaramachi station which will take you to Ginza for just 20 minutes
Very central to everything, supermarket, restaurants, souvenir shops and kitchen town.
The only negative is there is only one window in the unit which may need to open for some fresh air flowing in from time to time.

The rooms are clean and comfortable for our family stay. The hotel is ideally located close to all sights. The stand out for me on this stay was the service and honesty by the staff. When I accidentally left valuables and cash in the safe on checkout they immediately contacted me to return the items, working with me to hold them until I could make arrangements. I am truely appreciative 🙏🙏

Excellent location. Within minutes of 7-11 and the train station. Kitchen was stocked with the basics. There was a washer/dryer. The dryer was not that good so ended up hanging the clothes up to dry. Overall an excellent stay.

The hotel is in a quieter area but very close to a 7Eleven and subway line. Walkable to the busier areas for shopping, great food and sights.

We are a family of 4 but we decided to pay a little more money for a room for 5. Room was nice and roomy. It had a kitchenette and dining table.

Staff was extremely friendly and helped us out throughout the trip. They allowed us to keep our luggage there while we went to Kyoto for a few days and came back again to stay for a few more days. They can also set you up with a luggage delivery service.

We would definitely go back. Thank you!

Excellent accommodation for our family. Beds were comfortable, room was spotlessly clean, laundry in room also a brilliant feature as could wash and dry clothes overnight. Kitchen was well equipped and the property is walking distance to 24hr supermarket, Senso-ji, Nakimase Street and Kappabashi Street. We also appreciated the ability to store our bags for the day whilst we explored the area before leaving Tokyo. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Nice kitchenette. Laundry machine and bathroom were modern and efficient. It was great with a family of 4 (.two older kids) to be able to get our own beds. Convenient location near an entrance to the metro.

Really love the stay at KOKO Hotel Asakusa. Room and facility are pretty new and functional. The room is spacious and price is reasonable. It is located right next to subway station. Perfect place to stay for visiting Asakusa area.

Exactly what we needed for a family of 5 (baby included). Near many train stations, restaurants and shops. They don't offer cribs but we had the traditional Japanese floor mats and that worked well for us. Kitchen and washer were definitely a lifesaver for us.

The room was a great size for 5 adults. Washing machine and dryer was great. Staff were very helpful and organised a taxi for us to get to the airport. Everything was clean and amenities including pyjamas were available. The hotel was close to transport and eateries. Highly recommended.

It is a beautiful boutique hotel. We got upgraded to a luxury room. The room is huge per Japan standard. It can sleep minimum of 4 people. Love the facility and convenience. Subway station is 5 mins walk. 7-11 and other bakeries are within minutes of walking. LOVE this hotel and will go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended. The only thing was that since we got upgraded, we did not know the size of a standard room.

地點非常方便離地鐵很近，走路2分鐘銀座線往上野方向，離淺草寺也不遠，走路大約10分鐘左右，櫃檯很親切，提早讓我們入住還幫我們升級到6人房，房間裡面很乾淨，備品也很齊全，洗衣機還有烘乾功能，下次還是會選擇住這裡。

This hotel was amazing! Just steps from the train station. Easy access from Narita airport. Lots of food options within easy walking distance.
Lots of room for our family of 4; 2 adults and 2 teenage girls. Space to keep suitcases and unpack clothes.
Very clean and staff very friendly.
Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again?

Good amount of space with comfy beds and mini kitchen. We booked two different sized rooms and our son loved both the bunk beds in the standard rooms as well as the futons in the tatami areas of the Japanese style room. It was very convenient to have en suite laundry. I liked the location with Asakusa and kappabashi street just a few minutes walk away. Tawaramachi station was also just a short block away next to 7-11 and was easy access to the Ginza metro line. Loved this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good space for a family, especially those who want to be in a quieter street still within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

My family of 5 loved our stay. We highly recommend this place, especially for families. It provided a large space for us and our luggage. It was very close to train station. It had great kitchenware shopping in walking distance. And only a few stops away from some very popular places in Tokyo. Staff were amazing and helpful.

Koko Hotel Residence Asakusa Tawaramachi has convenient location. One minute walk to Tawaramachi station (Giza Line), 8 minutes walk to Toei Asakusa Station and 20 minutes walk to Ueno station. Besides you can go to the kitchenware street in 3 minutes walk, Senjoji temple within 10 minutes walk and Skytree Shopping Mall in 20 minutes. Not to mention the many restaurants in these areas.

The location was quiet at night and we had very good sleeping.

Staff there were nice, friendly and helpful. Most of them could speak English. Not worry of language barrier.

The room was spacious and clean. Our room was Japanese-Western style which we had good experience of the two different style of room setting.

Room was spacious which could accommodate 4-6 persons. Big beds, big table, simple but comfortable seats. The setting was like at home, rather than at hotel.

The range hood at the open kitchen was really impressive. Efficient and quiet, no worry of the co0king smell spreading in the room.

Really a nice apart-hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at Koko Hotel. The staff was helpful and accommodating at check-in and check-out as we had an early arrival and late departure. The room was spacious and comfortable - enough to fit a family with kitchen utensils and appliances ready to use. I love the extra goodies (facial cleanser, oil, tea, etc.) available to hotel guests. The hotel was also in a great location.
