目の前に洞爺湖

サービスから天然温泉まで最高。もしかすると週末になると混むのかもしれないが、平日だと空いていて露天風呂が貸切状態でからまた最高。
全室お部屋からも洞爺湖が眺められて、夕焼け、朝焼けを鑑賞することができる(窓も大きい)。
今回は外したのだが、夕食がいつも少なく感じるのでもう少し量が増えるといいなと感じている。

古い老人施設をリノベしたホテル
内装は頑張って綺麗にしたけど

外国人なら安いのかもだが
日本人にとってはコスパ悪い

ただ夕食は結構良かった（特に野菜）し
ドリンク類も安かった

しかし朝食は残念過ぎ
今どきビジネスホテルでも
余程良い物が出る

洞爺湖を眺められる

隈研吾デザインで落ち着いた雰囲気のホテルでした。
客室も広々としており、窓から洞爺湖を眺めました。部屋のベランダにある露天風呂もヒノキの香りが気持ちよかったです。

料理についても、道産食材を使いとても美味しかったです。しかし、スタッフが外国人のため、料理の説明がなく残念でした。
厨房の慌ただしさが音で少々聞こえてしまうので、ラグジュアリーホテルにしては、落ち着きが足りないと思います。
朝食もプレートとビュッフェの兼用タイプでしたが、説明が足りなく、ビュッフェを十分に堪能できませんでした。

また、ホテル全体の雰囲気はとても素晴らしいですが、デザイン性にこだわっているためか時々使い勝手が悪い点もありました。

高台の高層階から望む、洞爺湖へ開けた眺望は素晴らしかったです。
客室バルコニーの露天風呂はメッシュフェンスのみだった為、入浴する勇気は無く。もう少し民家に対して目隠しがあれば…と思うと残念。
大浴場の露天風呂も、きっと外から裸が見えるのだろうな…と諦めと覚悟で湯船に浸かりました。
しかし、ロケーションと眺めと浴槽の設計は本当に素晴らしく、光り輝く水面に体を浸しながらワクワクドキドキする開放的な入浴体験でした。
朝風呂もお薦めです。

内装と増築を織り混ぜたリノベーションでの変貌ぶりは驚きました。

ただし、お部屋のクォリティに比して、夕食とスタッフの接客が残念でした。
夕食は9000円のコースなので期待しましたが、、可もなく不可もなくもうひとつでした。
スタッフの方々への印象は、食事の時間だから余計にだらしない身なりとボソボソとした話し方が気になりました。辛辣な口コミを書くのは初めてですが非常に勿体ない。
金額は高すぎる印象です。

宿泊代がそれなりに高いので、もう少し洗練されたサービスへ変わっていくことを期待します。

温泉なのに部屋に茶菓子が無かった。ディナーも結構な値段なので期待して行ったが、今一つの味・盛り付けだった。同じ価格帯、それ以下でもっといいホテルはあると感じた。
併設のバーには若い利用客が多く、活気があった。

文句のつけようがない

素晴らしい景観と清潔で快適な時間が過ごせました。基本的には文句の付け所がないです。しいて言えば、個室露天の親の温度が熱すぎました（調節できない）

写真映えには最高。ホテルクオリティを求めてはいけない

口コミが賛否見事にここまで分かれているホテルは珍しかったので興味津々で宿泊しました。

感想としては、東南アジアで宿泊する3つ星クラスのホテルをとてもコンパクトにしたような印象でした。

自慢の客室露天風呂も、高級旅館のような豪華さを期待してはいけません。

朝食はビジネスホテル以上、温泉旅館以下の内容です。

スタッフ教育は、ビジネスホテルと謙遜ない程度で、可もなく不可もなしといった感じです。

隈研吾ファンか写真映えを求める以外で宿泊するにはコスパ悪いので、青の部分を十二分に理解したうえで宿泊することをお勧めします。

個人的にはそのあたりを割り切っていたので概ね満足の結果です。

とても綺麗で、部屋でリラックスして過ごしたい方はお薦めです。
料理に関しても美味しいのですが、連泊すると前日とそれほど変わらない味付け内容になるため少し残念。
中国資本のホテルなのか、中国人スタッフがとても多いです。接客はとても丁寧なので、悪い印象はなくきめ細かいサービスです。

古い建物のリノベーションだろうか、建物のくたびれた外観には驚いた。だが室内は別世界でインテリアやアクセサリ一つ一つまでデザイン性の高い作りになっている。
朝食はおいしく、スタッフも親切。おしゃれを重視する若いカップルには非常に満足度の高いホテルだと思うが、洞爺湖の温泉街から車で20分離れたやや不便な立地を考慮すると価格設定に見合うか疑問が残る。

海外のスタッフが多く日本語で説明してくださるのはありがたいのですが、聞き取れないことが多く不便でした。
朝食の際スタッフの方のスーツがシワシワで目立ちました。
同じく朝食の際に、大きな声で「◯◯が足りない」など私語も多く気分が下がりました。
日本語を話すのが得意とされないのはわかりますが、最後のお会計の際に対応してくれた方は声が小さすぎて何を言っているか分かりませんでした。

お電話したさいに「お疲れ様です」と出るのはどうなんでしょう？「お電話ありがとうございます」か「こんにちは」では？お疲れ様ですは業者に向けた声掛けかと思いました。
景色や部屋はとても良いのにスタッフの方の対応の悪さで印象がとても悪かったです。
もう利用しません。

고요한 we hotel에서 잘 쉬고 잘먹고 왔습니다.
눈이 많이 오고 인프라가 적은 곳이어서 걱정이 조금 있있었는데 친절한 직원분들과 깨끗한 객실에서 맘 놓고 잘 쉬었어요. 특히 조식과 석식시간이 아주 편안하게 제찰 식재료로 식사할수 있어서 아주 좋았습니다. 3일동안의 저녁식사를 하는동안 메뉴가 겹치지 않게 신경써주신 부분도 너무 감사했어요! (우엉스프가 너무 맛있어서 또 생각납니다^^) 다음에 따듯한때 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

This is not the traditional type of big, luxurious Japanese onsen hotel but it’s new, relaxing, airy and chic.
In room bath is great with amazing view from the room. Food (Japanese western fusion) is good and staff is friendly and helpful. There is a noodle bar which opens until late and is impressive for a hotel of this scale.
The overall design is modern and chill. It’s a good place for urban getaway.
The neighborhood is very quiet too.
Outdoor onsen water is not hot enough which is worth improving. There is a notice which says that the bath may not be hot enough because of the cold temperature but winter around Lake Toya has always been like this so it’s not a good excuse.

view and villa was spectacular, but their service waqs poor, lack of staff and inflexibility. the rooms also have sink bugs (we killed 3) around so pest control is needed. the villa was luxurious but the villa is away from the main building so villa guest are on their own pretty much with zero support. the onsen is also in main building so u have to drive to get there or walk in the snow. veryall value for money (given its 1000$ USD a night...im not sure its value for money is there...maybe 600USD / night more like it.

I’m very disappointed with this hotel. Both dinner and breakfast were poor in quality and taste — definitely not worth the price for one night.
In addition, the service attitude was bad. The staff simply placed the food on the table without explaining what it was, and didn’t say a single word throughout the whole meal.
Is this really the standard of service in the hotel? Not recommended!!

The hotel looks absolutely stunning, the window is beautiful, you can see the whole lake view. It looks like a painting.

The food is amazing, I told the hotel that I don’t eat fish and they were able to offer me alternatives.

There is one outdoor onsen and one indoor, both are stunning.

But, as an onsen hotel, there is not much to do within the hotel nor around the hotel. I didn’t know there is Omakase option until the day I leave, I hope the staff told me about it.

Have some of the most amazing and tranquil views imaginable of the lake. This hotel is away from the main town but offers a shuttle several times through the day and it is only a 10 minute ride highly recommend taking a ferry to the island in the middle of Lake Toya. The beds were super comfortable, and the food was traditional Japanese, which is not my favorite, but was good quality and generous. The staff were very friendly, but English was somewhat difficult for them. This was a great location to beat the heat that we had experienced in Tokyo and Kyoto, as it was unusually hot for June this visit we hiked around the island circumference which took about 2 1/2 hours. The water was really nice and I could see swimming there, but we just didn’t bring bathing suits. We learned from our relatives who live here that you can get pretty good food from 711 like these rice, seaweed wraps and things like that and green tea so those are perfect snacks to have for lunch or too tied one over Between meals. The shuttle stops right at the 711 so that is convenient. I know it sounds ridiculous to Americans, but the 711 in Japan is a lot better than America.

You need a transport to get around. There is only 1 small resturant within walking distance if you are not planning to have all yoir meals in the hotel. The nearest dining area is about 20mins drive from the hotel. Oversall it is a very beautiful hotel with large space.

We stayed at the WE Toya as our home base for a Rusutsu ski trip. It was fabulous. The onsen was so lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. We never ate at the restaurant for dinner, but the breakfast buffet was super. The rooms are very large and the one time the onsen was closed for cleaning, we used the balcony tub and it was delightful. We would definitely stay here again!

整體居住感受不佳

飯店位置離車站太遠，如果接駁部分做不好，等於住客的第一印象就不好，而且接駁車沒有地方放行李，不ok。晚餐很沒誠意，擺盤像法式料理，味道卻像微波食物，出餐順序與時間極糟，餐廳的外場有很大的問題，訓練不足。再來，對於住客的行李配送完全沒有配合度，感覺是個沒有主管的團隊。

Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights (2 rooms) in July.
Pro: beautiful hotel, great views, good breakfast (didn’t eat dinner there as the menu is not to our liking)
Con: as mentioned by other guests, the room is only suitable for couples. There is no hanging rack in the shower room so there is no way to dry and dress yourself without ‘exposing’ yourself. Fortunately we read the reviews and brought our own hooks to stick to the shower room wall. A simple permanent fix and i don’t understand why can’t the hotel do something about it. The design of the basin tap is also quite stupid. The tap is so close to the bottom of the sink that you even have to tilt the glass to fill water. The nearest convenient store is a 5 mins drive away. But it is up slope and very dark at night. Fortunately we are driving so not an issue. But will be a pain if going on public transport.

조용히 쉬기에는 만점인 호텔

규모는 작지만 너무너무 깨끗하고 룸의 청결도나 인테리어도 훌륭했어요. 뷰도 너무 좋고 음식도 맛있습니다. 직원들도 매우 친절합니다.
온센탕이 너무 멋졌고 깨끗해서 맘에 쏙 들었어요.
토야호 중심에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 조용히 쉬기에는 최고 입니다.

打卡酒店

位置有點偏遠，適合自駕遊入住。碰巧晚上洞爺湖有煙花，需要駕車20-30分鐘才到達觀賞地點。房內有溫泉，設計特別適合打卡。晚餐是fine dining路線，有別其他溫泉酒店。美觀亦美味。㕑師跟接待的員工溝通上有點問題，入住時已告知兩位不吃魚生，其中一碟魚生已換上天婦羅也十分美味。最後的親子飯接待的待應告知已換成鷄及鷄蛋飯，結果還是魚子魚生飯。

Great hotel with great view and service! Unfortunately the location isn’t that great, about 15-30mins drive away from the main attractions.

Staff were amazing though! Go all way out to fulfil our meals needs. 5 stars for the front desk and kitchen staff!

This onsen hotel is not in the main area on the southern shore of Lake Toya. It is associate with a small sleepy village with limited tourist infrastructure support. But the hotel itself does pretty much everything and it seems very new (probably built or refitted and renovated well after 2010). They have a decent shuttle service between themselves, the main onsen area on the south side of Lake Toya, and the Lake Toya JR Hokkaido train station. Their included breakfast is pretty good and high quality. I actually didn’t try dinner there and realized I probably should have and it was the best option certainly for the area. The onsen area is quite modern with a nice outdoor pool looking out on to nature. In addition all room have an outdoor balcony hot tub. So in a way you really don’t need to go to the onsen. I went to the onsen around 6-7 am and I was the only one there. It seems like I was traveling during the off season and it seems like most tourists didn’t really know about this area of Lake Toya and the hotel. It was so serene being in the outdoor pool onsen as well as the balcony hot tub. Quiet sleepy village, few tourists, few cars making the trip around the lake. I can’t imagine it being better (or it must worse), in the busier onsen area or southern region of Lake Toya.

We had been at Toya many times, staying at various properties, including the famous Windsor. This time round, we decied to try this modern property instead of Lake Sumida. This is indeed a nice property but probably more suited for young couples rather than for family with young kids. However we still had a great time, as they do factor in children and provided small yukata as well.

Good size for triple bedder. Nice and quiet.
Cons are No hook for hanging clothes or towel in bathroom except the bar which outside there door. We needed to hang a bag to contain our clothing inside while showering.
Tap at basins are very low, when one needs to fill up flask, have to do it with shower head inside bathroom.

Meal included in the restaurant is worst i ever had in japan onsen hotel. And the bot bath at room is only hot water but not onsen, which is totally exposed to public.
