狭い

部屋はとても狭かったですが、3社祭りを見に行ったので、立地は申し分ありませんでした。祭りの影響で料金は非常に高かったです。

3度目宿泊のリピーターです
何の問題も有りません　今年は現在国内旅行で
トータルで15軒のホテルに宿泊しましたが
此方のホテルは部屋の使い勝手といい 清潔さや
設備の痛みもなくきちんと保守点検が実施されているのがうかがえます
私の中では立地条件を踏まえても Ｓランク級だと思います
又利用させて頂きたいと思っております

総合的に素晴らしい。
1つあるとすれば、掛け布団の足側が抜けない為、足を出して寝る場合は工夫が必要。
周辺エリアは雷門や隅田川も近く良好。
ただ、深夜まで空いている飲食店が少ない。

コンパクトでナイス

当日探した割には価格がリーズナブル、施設自体は新しく気持ちの良いホテルです。地下鉄駅からもすぐ、雷門の近くで、便利ですね。スタッフやお掃除の方も気持ちの良い対応でした。朝食もコンパクトだけど、まずまずです。

Clean and nicely designed hotel

The hotel is in superb location. It is in very good condition, very clean. Since there is smoking room inside the hotel, people coming out from the smoking room brings along the smoke into the lift.
We have been travelling in Japan for very long time. Staff here who speaks fluent English has attitude.

キレイで過ごしやすいお部屋

ホテルは綺麗で、部屋・バスルームも広々として使いやすいし、ソファがあるのでゆっくりできます。最初に無料でミネラルウォーターが2本ついていた上に、２泊目にも補充してくれたのはとても有難かったです。ヘアアイロンもレンタルできて良かったです。

お風呂場

風呂場がトイレと別になっているのが良かったです。
浴槽も大きく足を伸ばして入れました。

お風呂場の掃除はあまり丁寧ではないのかな？と思いましたが、部屋は綺麗だったし、別料金の朝ごはんも美味しかったです。立地も良かった。

浅草地区なのに、25平米という広々したお部屋で快適に過ごす事ができました。
人の出入りが多い週末の宿泊でしたが
騒音などもなくよかったです。

立地は最高

雷門から徒歩5分。
浅草駅・浅草ＴＸ駅それぞれ徒歩圏内で立地も最高です。
スーパーも近く買い物にも便利。
提携駐車場はなく、すぐ横の駐車場も24Ｈ2800円と高額。
少し離れれば24Ｈ1500円のところがありました。
錦糸町のひやむぎ専門店がおすすめなので行ってみてください。
手打ちのひやむぎ・天麩羅など日本酒もあり飲んだあとの締めのひやむぎも最高です。

5泊6日で利用しました。
清掃のパターンが5種類あり、自分の意思で決めることができるため、その日にあった清掃方法を選べるのがとてもよかったです。
またコインランドリーがあり、洗剤も自動投入されるため、洗剤を持っていく必要が無いのもとてもよかったです。コインランドリーは100円しか使えないのですが、両替機が無く、100円がない場合ランドリーブース内にある自動販売機で、何か買わなければいけないのが残念でした。100円はしっかり他で作ってランドリーを利用することをおすすめします。
清潔感や、スタッフさんの対応などはとても満足しました。

ビジネスホテルによくある横長の机の代わりに、小さなソファーとテーブルが設置されていて、ベッド以外の場所でもリラックスすることができ良かったです。Wi-Fiが途切れがちだったのが気になりました。

ビジネス利用にも便利

連泊しても清掃に不満に感じたことは一度もありません。簡易清掃など細かく５－６タイプから選ぶことができ、きめ細やかさを感じます。トイレがユニットバスの外に分かれており、家庭用のユニットバスのように洗い場が別になっていることが気に入っています。

Nice stay in Asakusa

Japanese common bathroom. It’s amazingly nice for Japanese. Even non-Japanese it can be enjoyable. Location is close to public transport. Very clean and very friendly. Equipments and amenities are also very designed and useful.

ホテルはキレイで立地もよく、浅草観光や東京駅に行くのに便利です。

強いて言うなら、部屋がもう少し広かったら良かったです！私達はアジア人だけど欧米人には狭く感じると思いました。

残念でした。

前回利用して良かったから利用しましたが今回は駄目でしたね。チェックインの時間より少し早く部屋に入れて貰えて良かったですが部屋が汚なくてびっくりしました。埃っぽいのも嫌でした。前回が良かったのでかなり期待しましたが期待外れでした。

清潔で快適、便利

バストイレ別でお風呂に洗い場があるので、子連れにはとても便利でした。
食事は付けませんでしたが、近くにお店がたくさんあるので、食事にも買い物にも困りません。

できたばかりで新しくきれいな和モダンのホテルです。お風呂とトイレが別で、お風呂には洗い場があるので自宅のようにリラックスできました 。フロントの方の対応も素晴らしく丁寧でした。立地も良いので浅草観光にぴったりです。

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Gracery Asakusa. The staff were super friendly and helpful with any questions or needs that we had. The hotel is close to many amenities , including train stations. We paid extra to have a room on the 14th floor facing the Skytree which was well worth it. The room however was not the cleanest. The vent above the tub in the shower room had caked on dust that could have easily been cleaned by housekeeping staff, but instead I had to do it. There was also a ton of dust behind and around the TV. The blinds for our window facing the Skytree were broken , and portions of them were just taped up instead of having a new blind installed. For the extra money we had to pay (¥2200 a night) I would have expected more. The laundry machines were amazing, very good price for wash and dry and were not busy. The only feature I’ve seen in other hotels that would be nice at this one is the ability to see if the machines are in use on the TV. The laundry room also has a vending machine, water and ice dispenser and a microwave, although the microwave is not very powerful. Did not try the breakfast but we did sign up for the rewards program to have a late check out which was a nice perk.

Comfortable bed but rather small room (smaller than the standard room of this category of hotel) with a double bed up against the side wall. It does have a bench and a table though.
Very good location for this area of the city, near restaurants and shops but you would be far (45min metro minimum) to go to many other areas. It was ok for 1 night but I would find a more central location if you’re coming for a week or divide your stay in two different locations

La camera piccola ma per Tokyo è normale molto pulita, fornita di pantofole e pigiama. Il personale è molto cortese ed efficiente. La colazione salata è più varia la dolce un po’ meno. Comunque nella dolce pancakes, croissant, girelle con uva passa, frutta e yogurt, pane tostato e marmellata. Molto organizzata. Lavanderia al 2 piano con due macchine lava asciuga, macchina per ghiaccio e bibite. In reception creme, latte detergente e tonico, spazzolini, spazzole per capelli. Direi consigliatissimo anche per la vicinanza al tempio Sensoji

Had a great stay at Hotel Gracery Asakusa! The place is spotless, the staff are warm and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to Senso-ji and the subway. Everything runs smoothly, from check-in to checkout.

That said, like many standard hotels in Japan, the room is tiny—even for two petite women, it felt like a bit of a squeeze. Still, if you don’t mind cozy spaces, it’s an excellent choice for comfort and convenience in the heart of Asakusa.

Rooms are small but that’s normal for Tokyo. The area is well connected, nice and quiet, the property is super well kept, breakfast is amazing and the staff very friendly.

The bed and pillows were as hard as rocks. I couldn't sleep because it felt like I was sleeping on the floor. We stayed in Kyoto, Kobe, Iya Valley, Hiroshima and Hakone and ended in Tokyo and this was by far the worst bed. I would not stay here again because of this. If you like firm/hard beds, this place is for you as it's in a great location and staff was awesome; otherwise, look elsewhere.

Ideal location - very very close to the main tourist spots, shops, restaurants and train station but just far enough away to not feel busy. Room was spotless with air conditioning, TV, kettle with both coffee and green tea provided. Loved the shower/bath area setup. Staff were extremely helpful and everyone I spoke to was able to speak English. Breakfast was a buffet with a good selection of both western (bacon, eggs etc) and japanese foods (miso, natto etc). Third time I’ve stayed at this hotel, and I definitely plan to stay there next time I visit Asakusa.

Great stay here, loved the breakfast variety. Clean hotel too. The staff were super welcoming. I only took off a star cos the size of the rooms were super small. I booked a double room and 2 people would have struggled to stay in there. I recommend the queen room if you’re not single.

The room was clean and large by Japan standards . The view of SKYTREE from our room was also beautiful. It’s right next to Asakusa station so getting there from the airport was so easy and made all the days adventures incredibly easy to plan . Staff were very helpful also . Not sure I would stay anywhere else now.

Some of the staff were not kind or friendly and the service was not what I would expect for a 4 star hotel. I asked for ice after we checked out and our bags were still there before we could leave and the staff said it was only for paying guests. Well we had been there for 3 nights and had checked out 2 hours before. I found that quite rude and thoughtless, given the extremely hot temp.

Great location

We searched all over for great place to stay. The location of this hotel to the trains and to the major tourist area was perfect! It was easy to walk everywhere. Check in and out was super smooth, the people at the front desk were very friendly and always willing to help. Security was great at this hotel as you needed your key card to get to the rooms in each floor which was so nice. The room was quite small but all in Tokyo seem to be. It was perfect for what we needed

Alles was man braucht auf sehr wenigen qm. Leute mit Hartschalenkoffern mußten auf dem Flur packen.

Sakura am Flußufer war das Highlight. Die Tempelanlage um die Ecke ein Ort der Ruhe. Viels füßläufig zu erreichen, ÖPNV - alles was man wollte schnell zu erreichen

Great location

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to public transit and markets. The “double room” felt too cramped for us but we had one large piece of luggage and 2 handbags leaving no room to maneuver. So if you plan to stay there, travel light! The breakfast buffet was excellent with Japanese and western options and the service was as well! In short, we enjoyed our stay.

Room is good. Housekeeping is excellent. Location is very close to the main Asakusa attraction (Sensoji). Everything else is perfect except for the front desk lady who checked us in and out. Perhaps she never had good experience with tourists. Yes, too many monkey tourists, but we are not those. We respect everyone in the service line. We always appreciate their hard work.

Unfortunately, her reluctance to provide information/assistance was strangely uncomfortable and insincere. It made us felt unwelcomed and we troubled her day. Nevertheless, thank you for the effort, but we will never return to this hotel. We'll bring our business to somewhere else.

We highly recommend Hotel Gracery Asakusa. The staff is wonderful, the hotel is very clean, and well appointed. The rooms aren’t big, but they are well designed for functionality. The bathroom/showers/bathtubs are great. Arigato!
