大阪マラソンの宿泊先として利用しました。
土、日の２泊をしました。
価格がリーズナブルであったため、訪れるまでは不安がありましたが、綺麗な外観・内観のホテルでした。
夜は少し騒がしい時間帯もありましたが、大きく気になるほどではありませんでした。
場所柄、早朝の道路には昨晩の酔っ払いのアレが散見されますが、それはホテルとは関係がなく、仕方がありません。
もし、来年も走ることがあれば、間違いなくこちらを予約先に選ぶと思います。

とても快適に過ごせました

地下鉄心斎橋駅から、徒歩５分以内でアクセスできるので便利です。大丸のデパ地下でご飯を買ったり、周囲に飲食店やドラッグストアもあります。

フロントでボトルを借りて、ラウンジエリア奥のウォーターサーバーからお水は補給し放題、14キロまでキャパのある最新のドラム式洗濯機と乾燥機が4台ずつあり、スマホから利用状況と残り時間もリアルタイムで確認できるのでとても便利でした。お部屋によると思いますが、デスクエリアがないに等しいので、ビジネスというより観光客向けという印象でした。

スタッフの方たちの感じもよく、快適な滞在になりました。日本人は私だけ？というくらいインターナショナルな宿泊客で溢れています。朝食ビュッフェも外国人観光客を意識した内容でした。野菜類も豊富で連泊しても飽きが来ないような工夫を感じました。

これで、ラウンジエリアの椅子が、キャンプ用の折り畳み型の頼りない椅子ではなく、座り心地の良いソファやフカフカした椅子にコーヒーテーブルが置いてあるような空間であったのならばもっと素敵だと思います。今のところあの広いライブラリー？空間、もったいないと思いました。

あと、電子レンジを1台でも、ラウンジエリアまたはウォーターサーバーのエリアに置いてあれば完璧です。もしかしたら、宿泊客が自由に使える電子レンジがあり私が見逃していただけかもしれませんが。私の部屋はシャワーブースのみでしたが、広々しており、天井も高く、レインシャワーもあったのでバスタブがないことは気になりませんでした。

総括としては、とても快適に気持ちよく過ごせるホテルでしたので、観光目的の際にはぜひまた利用したいと思います。

This was our second time staying at The Flag and we loved it just as much as our first time. The room size, amenities, and location make it worth it. Being able to open all your luggage and still have room to walk around is also a huge plus. The shower is bliss after a long day! We will be back for a third stay!

Was für ein tolls Hotel. Selbst unser Reiseleiter war buff, als er uns hier ablud. Perfekte Location direkt neben der ganz fancy Einkaufsmeile. Rundherum die tollsten Restaurants und Kaffees. Das Bett super bequem. Das Zimmer sauber, gepflegt, modern. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam. Und der Preis einfach top. Wir waren zu fünf in zwei normalen Zimmern und es hat wunderbar gepasst. Danke vielmals für die schöne Erfahrung. Wir können es wärmstens empfehlen.

Modern western style hotel in a fantastic location. Shopping and restaurants on your doorstep and within walking distance of Osaka’s highlights with the exception of Osaka castle which is a short train journey.

New, modern and clean, pretty good location (5 and 10mins walk to 2 main train stations and just a block away from the shopping street). The area could be a bit rough over the night with all the male escorts clubs and agents around, but they don’t really bother you.

Staff are 5 stars, good english and with a few different languages support at different time (german, chinese, cantonese etc) and they do their best to accommodate the guests’ needs.

Free water refill and coin laundry room on the reception floor.

The room is spacious in the panese standard - enough room to open a couple of large suitcases flat for packing.

The luggage transfer services are very useful!

The location of the hotel is very convenient to get to from the airport and it is in the heart of the shopping district. There's convenience store close by and a lot of restaurants. The staff are super helpful and assist us in the luggage transfer to the airport on our last day as well.

As for the room, it is of a good size considering how hotel room in Japan are on the smaller side. It's clean and has the necessary facilites that you can use such as the laundry area.

Our stay was a 10/10! It was family friendly, fun and comfortable. All the staff was kind and helpful, especially Lei and Hitomi and check-in and check-out. Everything about this hotel including breakfast, laundry, and assitance with luggage transfer was exceptionally smooth because of their staff. Japan will surely be a special memory for me and my family.

방은 좁았지만, 깨끗하고 있을 건 다 있었어요. 그리고 휴게공간과 아침 식사가 잘 갖춰져 있어 편리했고, 가장 좋은 점은 난바, 도톤보리 등 관광명소는 걸어서 다닐 수 있습니다. 오사카 여행 다시 간다면, 다시 선택할 호텔이에요.

If you’re looking for the perfect home base in Osaka, HOTEL THE FLAG Shinsaibashi absolutely delivers. The location is unbeatable,steps away from endless restaurants, shopping, and easy access to the subway, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city.
One of my favorite parts of the stay was the shower, spacious, with strong water pressure and fully adjustable temperature, which felt like a luxury after long days out. The staff truly stood out as well, exceptionally kind, polite, and always eager to help with anything we needed. Probably the nicest at any hotel we stayed at in Japan.
You really can’t beat the combination of location and price here. While we didn’t try the restaurant, the complimentary coffee, water, and the easy-to-use laundry facilities were thoughtful touches that made the stay even better.
Fun, comfortable, and super convenient, would definitely stay here again!

Room was very clean, and they even provided free breakfast for the first day! The staff were super nice and very helpful during our stay. The location is great, very close to Shinsaibashi and convenience stores. The area is quiet but still very convenient. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Osaka.

Excellent location, walking distance to Shinsaibashi station and Nagahoribashi station via underground. Close to Dotonbori and Namba area as well so there's plenty to do around the area. Room is relatively bigger compared to other hotels (though still small) and the place is well maintained and super clean!

下樓就有居酒屋,附近也有超商

唯一缺點就是旁邊緊鄰夜店,入住如遇到周末,大門那面的房間隔音不夠好會一起嗨到凌晨四點

Great Hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Hotel rooms are clean and nicely designed. Yes, the windows cannot be opened and are blurred, but that was not an issue. Most of the time we were exploring the city ;) Hotel ist equipped with a laundry and dryer room, four machines for washing, four to dry. next to the machines is coin changer (absolutely lifesaving!) and a water dispenser as well as a vending machine. Hotel room has a phone for live tracking the machines times and occupancy. Free coffee and tee as well. nice chill out area in front of the laundry rooms with additional toilets. area is nice and a short walking distance to the main places. we loved it here and would choose again when visiting Osaka! thank you!

One of the best secret hotel in Shinsaibashi area. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Location is unbeatable. Dotombori, Namba are easy to navigate (5 mins max in my pace). Close to metro and if you are fond of luxury department stores 2 mins max to Hermes then it is goes on and on; Gucci, Chanel etc. The breakfast is delicious and lots of options. The hotel is spotless and the room is very quiet and clean with enough space to move around. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely come back in a couple of months. Great location right in the heart of Shinsaibashisuji the shopping centre. The hotel is very popular amongst foreigners and family, which also comes with a lot of noise. People talk very loudly in the hotel corridor and chat with room doors open. The staff is very great they try to remind guests about this. The room is very clean and big compare to other hotels. The only design flaw is that the bedhead ledge is NOT great - I heard the vibration of my neighbours phone throughout the night as they have put their phones on the ledge, the buzz sounds transpire through the walls. I had a really bad sleep.

The room layout was good for our family of 4 (2 teenage kids). Bathroom was a great size and beds comfortable with options for room service daily. The breakfast was a hit with both boys who loved coming down for morning and enjoying the variety.
The service was excellent, staff was well trained and ability to speak English was helpful for our daily trips.
Location is in the heart of Osaka shopping, foods and multiple train stations.

We booked the double deluxe room, it’s very spacious with a big window. Although our room is on the 3rd floor close to the elevator and the street, the room is quiet at night, allow us to get some quality rest. The location is perfect, it’s minutes away from major department stores and busy streets like shinsaibashi. Highly recommend!
