綺麗、朝食が思った以上に良かったです。

大阪マラソンの宿泊先として利用しました。
土、日の２泊をしました。
価格がリーズナブルであったため、訪れるまでは不安がありましたが、綺麗な外観・内観のホテルでした。
夜は少し騒がしい時間帯もありましたが、大きく気になるほどではありませんでした。
場所柄、早朝の道路には昨晩の酔っ払いのアレが散見されますが、それはホテルとは関係がなく、仕方がありません。
もし、来年も走ることがあれば、間違いなくこちらを予約先に選ぶと思います。

とても快適に過ごせました

地下鉄心斎橋駅から、徒歩５分以内でアクセスできるので便利です。大丸のデパ地下でご飯を買ったり、周囲に飲食店やドラッグストアもあります。

フロントでボトルを借りて、ラウンジエリア奥のウォーターサーバーからお水は補給し放題、14キロまでキャパのある最新のドラム式洗濯機と乾燥機が4台ずつあり、スマホから利用状況と残り時間もリアルタイムで確認できるのでとても便利でした。お部屋によると思いますが、デスクエリアがないに等しいので、ビジネスというより観光客向けという印象でした。

スタッフの方たちの感じもよく、快適な滞在になりました。日本人は私だけ？というくらいインターナショナルな宿泊客で溢れています。朝食ビュッフェも外国人観光客を意識した内容でした。野菜類も豊富で連泊しても飽きが来ないような工夫を感じました。

これで、ラウンジエリアの椅子が、キャンプ用の折り畳み型の頼りない椅子ではなく、座り心地の良いソファやフカフカした椅子にコーヒーテーブルが置いてあるような空間であったのならばもっと素敵だと思います。今のところあの広いライブラリー？空間、もったいないと思いました。

あと、電子レンジを1台でも、ラウンジエリアまたはウォーターサーバーのエリアに置いてあれば完璧です。もしかしたら、宿泊客が自由に使える電子レンジがあり私が見逃していただけかもしれませんが。私の部屋はシャワーブースのみでしたが、広々しており、天井も高く、レインシャワーもあったのでバスタブがないことは気になりませんでした。

総括としては、とても快適に気持ちよく過ごせるホテルでしたので、観光目的の際にはぜひまた利用したいと思います。

this hotel is a perfect little spot for those who want to explore osaka, it's a walkable distance from the Dotonbori and the Shinsaibashi main street. The facilities are super clean and well organized. we loved that the hotel has a coin washer/dryer that are in excellent conditions, and the staff are amazingly friendly.

I loved this hotel.

It was easy to get there from Shin-Osaka and was walking distance from the main shopping area in Shinsaibashi. It was close to a few stations depending on where you wanted to go. There are loads of places to eat in the vicinity. There was an Ichiran branch 2 mins away and a few convenience stores as well.
The staff were nice and able to assist me with any queries. They held my cabin bag on the day of my arrival while I went sightseeing. They even put my luggage in my room before I came back to check-in.
They had laundry facilities but the washer (¥500) was separate from the dryer (¥100 per 8-10 mins).
My hotel room was clean and spacious and it had a rainfall shower.
I was able to forward my luggage here from another hotel and forward onwards as well.


I would definitely stay here again.

Super schönes, sehr modernes Hotel. Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dazu hat das Hotel eine perfekte Lage, da es sehr nah sowohl an Shinsaibashi-Station als auch an Dotombori liegt.

The staff at HOTEL THE FLAG were excellent…always professional, friendly, and so helpful! Our room was nice and clean, as were the community facilities . We didn’t use the washer and dryer but it was nice to know they were available. The hotel is situated in a great location. Walkable to Dotanbori, restaurants, and shopping malls galore! I would stay here again.

Superb little hotel on the edge of Dotonbori

From the first welcome to our departure, we loved staying at The Flag. Centrally located, but just on the edge enough of Dotonbori to mean you always get a quiet night's sleep, everything was great, from the bed, to the breakfast, the shower to the toiletries. We simply loved it and would definitely stay again if we were in osaka.

My first time in japan and wow! This hotel was so cool from the automatic sliding wooden door to the rain head showers in the room. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the rooms were clean and modern(way more so than US hotels) Everything you could ever want is in walking distance, trains, stores and food!
The WiFi was a strong connection, had no issues at all.

100% recommend this hotel and I am sure to return! Ōsaka was amazing and this hotel is my go to choice from here on out!

The staff spoke great English and were really attentive and helpful in our travel needs. Rachael gave us directions for our second part of the trip to Tokyo and mapped out the train system to get there. The trip went very smoothly because of her recommendations. The hotel location is excellent close to huge shopping mall that leads to the Dontonburi area with endless food choices. There are great restaurants surrounding the hotel area as well. The restaurants’ vibe and quality of the food were actually much better compared to the ones in Dontonburi.!We highly recommend Hotel The Flag.

This is the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Japan! We booked 5 different hotels at various cities and by far, Hotel the Flag, exceeded all our expectations. Every detail in the design, even minor one such as lighting on the door is important and relevant and well thought of. The service was exceptional and rooms are very spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to experience Osaka in the most convenient and comfortable way.

Lovely clean hotel and room. Breakfast was included in our rate and was excellent, really enjoyed it each morning. Had free tea and bean to cup coffee in the lobby, filtered water and ice. Quiet room at rear of property. Suggested improvement, put the TV in the room at an angle where it can be seen. Oddly it is sited to the right of the bed in the room we were in.

Auch der zweite Aufenthalt war super, wir kamen nach Mitternacht an, das stellte auch kein Problem dar. Unser Koffer, den wir für ein paar Tage dort untergestellt hatten, war schon in unserem Zimmer, genauso waren auch die Roomkeys vorbereitet. Frühstück war super lecker und auch glutenfrei. Immer gerne wieder!

Great hotel

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel the Flag. The hotel was easy to find on at the end of a busy street in Shinsaibashi which meant it was close enough to the action but still quiet enough for a good n quiet sleep. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were average size for Japan but the shower was lovely. Ended up walking to Namba station for an early flight and the route was easy and safe. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Nice, clean and convenient

The hotel is three min walk from the Shinbashi metro station. Nice and clean. There is a communal area on lobby level where you can do laundry, get yourself a cup of coffee or refill your water bottle. The hotel staff are very nice and helpful. After check out, you can also check your luggage at the hotel for a few hours. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Very well situated hotel with excellent amenities and comfortable room.

Easy walk to the main sightseeing area, restaurants and bars. Quiet street and no outside noise.

Tolles Design, schickes Hotel, parken wäre auch möglich gewesen. Gute Anbindung zwischen zwei Metro Stationen, viel Trubel drum herum. Frühstück war sogar glutenfrei möglich mit jedem Morgen einer kleinen Führung über das Buffet und eine gesonderten Karte für speziell hergestellte Speisen. Eher Kontinentales Frühstück. Sehr bequeme Betten. Waschmaschine und Trockner zur allgemeinen Verfügung.
Wir konnten unsere Koffer für ein paar Tage an der Rezeption lassen, bevor wir nach einer kurzen Reise wieder in das Hotel zurück kehren werden.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at HOTEL THE FLAG Shinsaibashi and can’t recommend it enough! This boutique hotel is a gem in the heart of Osaka, just a 3-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station and steps away from the vibrant Shinsaibashi Shopping Street. The location is unbeatable—perfect for exploring Dotonbori, grabbing a bowl of Ichiran ramen nearby, or shopping at places like ZARA and UNIQLO. Despite being in such a lively area, the hotel is tucked away in a quieter spot, so I enjoyed peaceful nights without any noise.
The hotel’s modern, minimalist design is stunning, from the sleek lobby to the thoughtfully designed rooms. My room was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed—comfy bedding, a fridge, free WiFi, and high-end toiletries. The attention to detail in the decor made it feel both stylish and welcoming. I also loved the shared spaces, especially the library area with its unique book selection and the free coffee that rivals any café!

Very nice and modern hotel. Super close to the train lines and shopping/restaraunts. Staff was very nice and helpful, and so happy they spoke English. Breakfast had a good variety, along with quality and everything was well seasoned. Complimentary all day coffee was also a nice touch. There was also onsite washers/dryers and detergent was automatically dispensed. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Wonderful experience!

The hotel is in great walkable location to restaurants, shopping and also Dotonbori without being too close to be affected by the high footfall and noise associated with Dotonbori. The staff were excellent and check in was easy. The room was a good enough size and the bed was comfortable and the AC in the room just what we needed after a long warm day. Excellent stay in a great location with truly helpful staff. Highly recommend

This hotel is very accessible to public transportation as well as its close proximity to the Shinsibaishi shopping district. I love their dining hall, they served really nice selection of food and drinks. Staff are very polite and accommodating. Rooms are a bit small but they are comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re in the Osaka area.

HOTEL THE FLAG Shinsaibashi was incredible for us. The location was surprisingly convenient to the train station, food and shopping which was amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly, approachable and SUPER helpful and the amenities provided was fantastic. Consistently we were battling 35 Degrees Celsius + heat and they had onsite Ice and Water machine that really helped us beat the heatstroke.

但入住時房間較多塵，問前台借了空氣清新機後才有改善，另外雖然有提供2個枕頭，但2個枕頭都有味道... 除了這2點，是一間很好的住宿地方

這酒店第二次入住，感覺仍然非常好，因為地點就在心齋橋站4a出口，拉行李有升降機很方便，步行大約5分鐘就到，酒店乾淨、舒適，職員有禮貌，入住當天和離開日都會在升降機前送客，早餐選擇不多，但很美味！

Great service and location new hip hotel

Very new and hip design hotel very convenient to everything but in a quiet street. Breakfast was great. Very nice lounge areas with coffee, books, washing machines etc. Service was excellent and very welcoming and attentive.

This hotel was perfect. It featured an amazing buffet breakfast that changed each day. Great free 24 hour coffee made from freshly ground beans. A huge shower with push button on/off taps. The staff were all excellent. The location was surrounded by hundreds of restaurants and shops. We would definitely come back to this hotel !

Big Salute for The Hotel Flag

Great spot for our family while visiting Osaka. Top rate service at the front desk especially Rachel from Canada who help sort out some booking/schedule issues. Safe, clean, good location, good AC. Would be nice if they had smart TVs but then my kids would have watched TV instead of roaming the shopping mall. Good breakfast at reasonable price. Free coffee. Laundry was good too.

Staff was very welcoming and were extremely helpful in obtaining our camera we lost during our train travel from Kyoto. Hotel rooms were nice, clean and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in this area, it was close to everything!
