  This property is located near the train station.However, its conditions, cleanliness and hygiene are questionable. Although they state that the property is in reparations, they have the nerve to rent rooms with serious problems in the toilets, bathroom drains and pipes.Despite the bad smell and public health risks, when the staff is informed of the problem, they say “it’s normal, that there is not any smell at all and that all the rooms are in the same conditions”. In this case the problem was that the toilet and bathroom plumbing was covered in thick and spongy colony of smelly fungi that made almost impossible to breath in the room.They were reluctant to accept the terrible conditions of the bathroom, despite they were looking at the evidence… saying that they could not sense any smell and that all the rooms were in the same conditions… because the building was old…When I mentioned “then this should be reported “… they quickly assigned me another room three floors down.There was not any further explanation, not even an apology…It seems that they have not any respect for the people that is staying at their property.

After receiving your report, our staff inspected the bathroom area and arranged a room change to another floor in an effort to address your concerns.Regarding the substance observed around the bathroom piping, our inspection found it to be rust and discoloration associated with the age of the building rather than fungal growth. However, we fully understand that its appearance, together with the condition of the bathroom, may have caused concern and an unpleasant impression.We also regret that our explanation at the time did not adequately address your concerns, and we apologize if our response came across as dismissive.   喫煙所がなく、不便だった

  この度は当ホテルにご宿泊頂き、誠に有難うございます。当ホテルは全館禁煙でおっしゃる通り喫煙所なども設けておりません。お客様にはご不便をおかけしておりますが、近くの公設喫煙所のご利用となります。大変申し訳ございません。またのご利用お待ち致しております。
