Clean room, staff was very friendly. I also appreciated the pajamas they gave us when we arrived and cleaned the room. I would stay here again they also have storage in case you need them to keep your luggage for the day before you leave for your flight or next stay which I really appreciated since I had a flight at 8:45pm.

The room was very clean and stocked. They have a section on the second floor where you can basically shop for self maintenance care for FREE. Also they provide umbrellas when it rains for FREE! The customer service is top notch. We felt really secured and safe there as you need a key to use the elevator. They also have a separate key to the smokers section to keep you separated from the non smoking section and keeping you safe. They also provide humidifiers in the hallways as well has the rooms. There is a teapot provided in the room (tea is provided on 2nd floor, with the other FREE amenities). 711 is on the 1st floor and open 24 HOURS. The egg sandwiches are phenomenal by the way. They also have a restaurant in the hotel if you want to dine in.

We stayed here specifically because it was in a great location and seemed to have a good breakfast. We were blown away with how many fun options they had to choose from in the breakfast buffet and we talked about it for the rest of our trip. The only thing that could have made it better is if the lighting was a little more moody in that area, we kept wanting them to turn some of the lights off haha. We'd definitely stay there again though! (we loved the pajamas too!)

The location is great. There is a 7/11 on the ground floor and many restaurants that open late within the block.

The only downside is the feel of the hotel does not really feel comfortable or grand for the price we paid

The hotel is in a good location. Close enough to the main Ginza shopping area but couple blocks away so it’s quiet. 711 and Family Mart right next door. Hotel and room were clean.
The room as expected was small. It’s Tokyo after all. However did not realize from pics that the wash basin was in the room and desk was connected next to it. There is no smoking section at hotel. Staff told me I have to go 10-15 mins away to subway station to smoke. Every hotel in Japan I stayed (7 trips) has a small smoking section in the hotel somewhere. The staff was cordial but not friendly like other places. Property is decent but don’t think this would be my top choice again.

Rooms are very spacious compared to other hotels in same location, very comfortable and clean room, staff was very helpful in cleaning rooms late at request , location is excellent in Ginza with many eating joints nearby and Ginza 6 and major shopping street just minutes away. Happy to recommend this.

I have stayed here a few years ago but the rooms were still in good shape and very clean. I appreciated the new towels every day, even though we didn’t require a full room clean. I’ll pick this hotel over others since I like the Japanese bath setup. The only issue I may have is the pillows weren’t the most comfortable.

我們預訂了兩間房，結果價格較高、號稱premium的房型，竟然比一般房型還小。我們向櫃檯說明我們付了較多的費用，房間卻小到無法打開行李箱，櫃檯很冷淡地說房間都是一樣大的。（後來查看了平面圖，發現我們的房間是整層樓最小的！）最後被要求加價才能換大一點的房型，我們只好當場又支付了兩萬多日幣，完全是不誠實且欺騙消費者的手段，若是premium房型比較小我們根本不可能加價購買！

Seconde fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel et notre séjour s’est bien passé. Le personnel est accueillant et courtois, la chambre est un peu petite mais très bien équipée. J'enlève une étoile pour le petit-déjeuner, qui est bon (j’ai adoré le pain perdu) mais qui ne change pas assez. Par conséquent, nous avons mangé la même chose presque tous les matins. A savoir que ce dernier est plus japonais, que continental.

The room was spotless, not as spacious but still comfortable. 7/11 connected to the hotel making it super convenient to get whatever you need without going anywhere. Staff was very friendly and amenities were available at your pleasure!! The hotel is very nice and we do suggest staying here.

This was the nicest and most spacious hotel we stayed at during our trip to Japan. It’s very close to restaurants, shopping, public transportation, and has a 7-Eleven connected to it for easy access to quick eats, souvenirs, and an ATM. Beds were cozy, rooms were immaculately clean, and most rooms had a view of the city. Wish there was more variety of simple breakfast foods to eat as most of the buffet options were pretty to look at, but didn’t satisfy our hunger. Would definitely stay here again for the amazing staff and convenient location!

I had such a wonderful stay here, and I especially want to thank the manager, Toko. He was incredibly helpful on my first night after arriving, and his kindness really made a huge difference. All the other managers and staff were also so friendly and welcoming to both me and my son.

It’s rare nowadays to find a place where people genuinely care, but this hotel absolutely made us feel at home. It might not be the most luxurious or “top 5-star” hotel I’ve stayed in, but it has become my favourite by far. The warmth, support, and hospitality we received here truly made this one of the best decisions I made for our Japan trip.

I can’t thank them enough — we’ll definitely be back.

For me the highlights were definitely the front desk service - from helping to keep the laundry post washing machine round, keeping the delivered luggage safe to the replenishment of room towels/water daily when we did not want the room cleaned but the most impressive part was the variety that the hotel breakfast provided - best dish was the fish for me.

The room itself was small but I would say expected for Tokyo standards but the experience was A+ for me in regards to everything else.
