加湿器が有って良かったです。
コインランドリーも便利でした。
エレベーター横の部屋でしたが騒音は全く無かった。お風呂のお湯が出るスピードと水が出る量は、今まで泊まったホテルで最高でした。数分で湯船が溢れるほどで驚きでした。

Wish the lighting in the room was better, especially around the mirrors. Both mirrors were only lit from overhead lighting, making it impossible to actually see yourself clearly in the mirrors.
The sink in the room was fine, but a wood surround? There was definitely a bit of mold developing between the counter and the backsplash (also wood).
Hotel was in a great location and the staff were very helpful whenever we requested assistance.

O café da manhã japonês é complicado para ocidentais. Nada de ovos mexidos, queijos, presunto, torradas, etc.
Tudo na base de vegetais cozidos e nada de frutas.
Quase todos os alimentos são adocicados e gordurosos.

The images from Hotel.com's web site are totally misleading. The room is small, without strong day light and big window as per photos. The sunlight can easily come from the curtain track.

The area was great. The room was small. The bed was in a corner, which made getting in/out tough for the second person. The bathroom was odd - a deep tub and a sit-shower. But everything worked great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were really good

Lovely hotel, and really friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of free amenities. A great central location as well, well connected to the different subway lines. The luggage scale in the reception area is a great idea and was very useful.

Appreciated and impressed by english speaking staff. Room on smaller size but not the smallest we stayed in. Conveniently located by 711 and family mart. Convenient location overall; we were able to walk to most destinations.

The location is central to EVERYTHING. Walking distance from Ginza 6 department store, restaurant district, subway stations, Tsukiji Market and flagship shopping stores. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and dedicated to a positive experience. Breakfast option is available and I would recommend you try it at least once.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. I did extensive research before booking and have zero regrets. The staff was outstanding, and while the double suite rooms were a bit small, they were perfectly adequate for our family of five. The location is excellent.

Super friendly staff, clean room, and good breakfast (my partner liked it a lot). The location is great too. Higashi-Ginza Station is just a 5-minute walk and provides direct access to both Haneda and Narita Airports via the Keikyu/Asakusa lines. Ginza Metro Station is also a 5-minute walk away, and Yurakucho JR Station is about a 13-minute walk. Super convenient. We would definitely use this hotel again when we are back in Tokyo next time. Arigatou.

The room was clean and relatively spacious and the deep tub was so nice after long days of walking as well as the complementary heated eye masks. If we make another trip to Tokyo we are very likely to stay here again. It was in a nice central location to shopping areas, Tsukiji Fish market, and transit hub stations making it easy to get around the Tokyo area.

Clean room, staff was very friendly. I also appreciated the pajamas they gave us when we arrived and cleaned the room. I would stay here again they also have storage in case you need them to keep your luggage for the day before you leave for your flight or next stay which I really appreciated since I had a flight at 8:45pm.

The room was very clean and stocked. They have a section on the second floor where you can basically shop for self maintenance care for FREE. Also they provide umbrellas when it rains for FREE! The customer service is top notch. We felt really secured and safe there as you need a key to use the elevator. They also have a separate key to the smokers section to keep you separated from the non smoking section and keeping you safe. They also provide humidifiers in the hallways as well has the rooms. There is a teapot provided in the room (tea is provided on 2nd floor, with the other FREE amenities). 711 is on the 1st floor and open 24 HOURS. The egg sandwiches are phenomenal by the way. They also have a restaurant in the hotel if you want to dine in.

We stayed here specifically because it was in a great location and seemed to have a good breakfast. We were blown away with how many fun options they had to choose from in the breakfast buffet and we talked about it for the rest of our trip. The only thing that could have made it better is if the lighting was a little more moody in that area, we kept wanting them to turn some of the lights off haha. We'd definitely stay there again though! (we loved the pajamas too!)

The location is great. There is a 7/11 on the ground floor and many restaurants that open late within the block.

The only downside is the feel of the hotel does not really feel comfortable or grand for the price we paid
