付属の充電器も完備
テレビにはHDMIを繋ぐことが出来るので有意義な時間を過ごすことが出来て、楽しい旅行になりました。また利用したいと思います。

Seconde fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel et notre séjour s’est bien passé. Le personnel est accueillant et courtois, la chambre est un peu petite mais très bien équipée. J'enlève une étoile pour le petit-déjeuner, qui est bon (j’ai adoré le pain perdu) mais qui ne change pas assez. Par conséquent, nous avons mangé la même chose presque tous les matins. A savoir que ce dernier est plus japonais, que continental.

En general está bien, la recámara es cómoda, el personal es amable, lo único que falló es que alrededor de las 9:30 am los dos días que estuvimos ahí entraba a la habitación olor a comida muy fuerte, a condimentos, era muy molesto.

The room was spotless, not as spacious but still comfortable. 7/11 connected to the hotel making it super convenient to get whatever you need without going anywhere. Staff was very friendly and amenities were available at your pleasure!! The hotel is very nice and we do suggest staying here.

This was the nicest and most spacious hotel we stayed at during our trip to Japan. It’s very close to restaurants, shopping, public transportation, and has a 7-Eleven connected to it for easy access to quick eats, souvenirs, and an ATM. Beds were cozy, rooms were immaculately clean, and most rooms had a view of the city. Wish there was more variety of simple breakfast foods to eat as most of the buffet options were pretty to look at, but didn’t satisfy our hunger. Would definitely stay here again for the amazing staff and convenient location!

I had such a wonderful stay here, and I especially want to thank the manager, Toko. He was incredibly helpful on my first night after arriving, and his kindness really made a huge difference. All the other managers and staff were also so friendly and welcoming to both me and my son.

It’s rare nowadays to find a place where people genuinely care, but this hotel absolutely made us feel at home. It might not be the most luxurious or “top 5-star” hotel I’ve stayed in, but it has become my favourite by far. The warmth, support, and hospitality we received here truly made this one of the best decisions I made for our Japan trip.

I can’t thank them enough — we’ll definitely be back.

For me the highlights were definitely the front desk service - from helping to keep the laundry post washing machine round, keeping the delivered luggage safe to the replenishment of room towels/water daily when we did not want the room cleaned but the most impressive part was the variety that the hotel breakfast provided - best dish was the fish for me.

The room itself was small but I would say expected for Tokyo standards but the experience was A+ for me in regards to everything else.

Cheap hotel. I get that Ginza is a super busy area and hotel rooms are small. But do they need to also have low quality towels? I stayed here for one night. On the second day I asked for one extra water bottle and they didn't accommodate arguing that water bottle rule is one per night lol. They also charge 2000 per hour for later checkout starting from 10 am. I've been in Japan for a while now and this is the least appealing hotel experience based on my data points.

This is the worst service I have ever received in a Hotel.. After cleaning my room which I am a neat person the room appeared as only the bed had been tied even though I had made the bed myself that day and every day. I noticed the hand wash was nearly empty after cleaning and reported this to hotel staff. The staff on the phone were disrespectful, dishonoured me and we're unhelpful. I made a reasonable request to have the hand wash replacement made by 12 noon while cleaning occurred between 11AM and 2PM. The staff were unable to confirm this would happen. I had previously told reception that I had a bad back and the mattress was soft requesting that they replace the mattress. They refused and said they could not help me. I would NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!

Good location to serve as home base if you want to stay at the Ginza area. Near DonQ and Ginza 6 main street. Room is a little smaller compared to other hotels and can make packing and unpacking a fun challenge but the value of what you get overall makes up for it.

The hotel is in a great location in Ginza, just a few minutes away from the Main Street. Tucked in one of the “side streets” so it’s very quiet. The room was very clean albeit on the smaller side (which seems to be very common in Tokyo, so no issues there). The option to have your room cleaned and towels changed everyday is great too. 7 Eleven access through the hotel entrance is super handy for last night snack attacks. We extended our check in time as we were very tired from our flight for a very reasonable amount. You can cast content from your phone on the tv easily if connected to your room wifi. Bottles of water and face masks replaced every night and left by your room door. PJs left on the bed too (super comfy too!).

We booked breakfast for our whole stay but didn’t eat there more than once, as it’s traditional Japanese. Again, nothing wrong with that, but as somebody with some food intolerances (dairy) I found there wasn’t much I could eat. The elevators are either very busy or on the slower side, so take that into account if you’re in a rush. The sink in the bedroom gets tiring pretty quickly, but as the room is quite small I guess there’s nowhere else to put it. Found the AC to be quite temperamental, it was either very cold or very hot. Most of the staff we interacted with were lovely and very helpful, but I did find there was a small language barrier.

Staying at Hotel Musse Ginza Meitetsu was a fantastic experience. The location in Ginza is unbeatable—right in the heart of Tokyo’s shopping and dining district, yet quiet and peaceful inside the hotel. It’s also close to multiple train and subway stations, making it very convenient for exploring the city.

The rooms are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Though compact, they make excellent use of space and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the high-quality amenities and stylish decor.

The staff were kind, professional, and always ready to help. Their attentive service made the stay even more enjoyable.

Breakfast was another highlight, offering a nice mix of Japanese and Western dishes, with fresh and delicious options to start the day.

Overall, Hotel Musse Ginza Meitetsu delivers excellent value in one of Tokyo’s best neighborhoods. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of elegance in Ginza.

This is a well maintained hotel. The room is not as big as the pictures shown on the website, but it is comfortable. The staff is helpful. We particularly love the restaurant on the second the floor, which was a treat.

Great location in Ginza - can walk everywhere and are near train/tube stations. The room was small but very clean.
The only negative was our air on didn’t work properly and the room became very stuffy and hot as it was peak summer when we visited
