It was clean nad the staff was friendly. Towels and Pajamas were provided, the Showers were also clean. Only to criticize is that the beds were a bit hard, and it can get quit hot at nights. Also the Walls are thin, so you can hear from outside the capsule. All in all it was a good stay, and i can still recommend it, if you want a nice, cheap and clean place to stay in Kanazawa
