観劇旅行に好適

前回子どもと２人で利用した際はちょっと手狭に感じたのですが、今回一人で利用してとても快適に過ごせました。
日比谷での観劇や銀座に出るのにもとても便利です。
今回カフェはランチ利用しました。マチネの前の限られた時間でしたが、手際良く提供していただき、しっかりデザートまで頂けたのがありがたかったです。

交通機関へのアクセスは便利｡
フロントも廊下、レストラン、部屋もオシャレです。
部屋は狭め｡1人がけのイスしかなく、小さいくても良いからもう一つ座るイスがほしい｡
3人での宿泊なのに、洗面台のコップや部屋で使用するコップも２つしか用意されてなかったのは残念でした｡

コンパクトなお部屋

場所は便利。サービスも過不足なく適切で特に困りませんでした。
朝食は子どもは無料とのこと。メインを選べるハーフビュッフェ形式、どれもお味がよかったです。
お部屋はとてもコンパクトで、子どもと２人で利用するのには狭く感じました。壁紙、インテリアがダークカラー、照明が暗めなのもあり余計に圧迫感を感じました。(個人の感想)

The reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I think the room was clean as the lighting was very dim. Could be brighter. The location was very convenient.

Great stay! Very friendly and helpful staff, immaculate room with daily towel changes and cleaning, and really great location near public transit. Would definitely recommend!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen das Personal ist top und sehr zuvorkommend.
An diesem Hotel sollte es nichts geben, was man sehr kritisch beurteilen sollte. Aber was mich bisschen gestört hat, war die Größe des Zimmers, wo es keine Ablagemöglichkeit für die Wäsche gab (Schrank gab es nicht). So sah das Zimmer aus, wo wir die Koffer aufgemacht haben. Ich bin der Meinung, dass das Zimmer nicht 23 m² hatte.

Wir haben das Hotel einem direkten Vergleich mit dem Mercure am Flughafen Haneda unterzogen. Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar praktisch, jedoch sind die Zimmer für zwei Personen zu klein. Es ist lediglich Platz für einen geöffneten Koffer. Auch das Bad ist zu klein und die Dusche befindet sich in der Badewanne mit Duschvorhang. Die Wassertemperatur wird über eine Mischbatterie eingestellt. Anstelle einer Badewanne wäre eine separate Dusche sinnvoller, wie sie im Mercure am Flughafen Haneda vorhanden ist. Dort ist das Bad zwar kleiner, aber praktischer eingerichtet. Das Frühstück empfanden wir für 4800 ¥ als nicht reichhaltig. Zudem bietet der Frühstücksraum nicht genügend Sitzplätze. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Obwohl wir 1300 € für vier Nächte bezahlt haben, war es auf unserer Japanreise das schlechteste Hotel. Ansonsten haben wir während unserer Reise in Moxy-, Hilton- und Mercure-Hotels übernachtet.

Convenient location, comfy bed, small room, only thing to consider is that there is a train station right beside so if you are a light sleeper you can hear at night.

Bien trop cher pour ce confort et service

Séjour de 4 nuits, chambre petite, seulement 1 assise, donnant directement sur les voies du train que l'on entend. Petit déjeuner plutôt décevant avec trop peu de choix.

We recently stayed at this property as family of three , with our 7 years old daughter. The location is very convenient with so many different dining options. Walking distance to Shimbashi station and Ginza.The room is somewhat reasonable for Tokyo size. Perhaps more suitable for couple instead of family with kids. We have enjoyable stay in this hotel.

My partner and I loved all the food options. Both the breakfast and dinner was fantastic. Incredibly close to the subway. The staff were incredibly accommodating and all spoke English as well. Would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We had a very nice time exploring Tokyo from this location. The hotel staff is very helpful and professional and the breakfast buffet is fabulous.

Location is great. Price is expensive as is all of Japan. Room is very small (Tokyo Standard) - Staff were very nice but as expected for this price.

We can not recommend this hotel more. From the location to the very personable and friendly treatment by all hotel staff to the lovely decor. Would absolutely go back!
