  とても清潔で、温泉も内風呂、露天風呂と充実していた。こちらはなんの不都合もなかったが、滞在中見かけたスタッフさんが二人しかおらず、その人数でよく回せるなと感心するとともに心配になった。ホテルはとても清潔で気持ちよく利用できた。

  I would avoid staying here unless nothing else is available. It was very expensive for the condition and cleanliness of the hotel room. The shower had mold on the ceiling, walls, in the fan vent, and on the curtain. There was dust and debris indicating the room isn't dusted or vacuumed much, if at all. At $500 a night it was not worth the money. The hotel overall was in need of maintenance and cleaning. The onsen was amazing and clean. The staff was very friendly! The location is fantastic being a 3 min walk to sakka lift at happo one. The hotel has a shuttle that helps get you out in the morning and return in the afternoon. Overall pass unless the price comes down to match what is offered. Or the hotel goes through a deep clean and maintenance.

  Lots of character. Superb staff. Delicious breakfast. And the Onsen was amazing. The first day we saw about 15 snow monkeys pass right in front of the hotel. How can you beat that?

  Wonderful Experience! Staff was very attentive and accomidating. Breakfast was great, shuttle options were wonderful and the Onsen was superb. Being walking distance to chair lifts with access to Happo One was added plus
