  Our property host was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay, which felt more like a home and less like an “accommodation” (in a good way). The area is beautiful and just a short walk from the beach. Thank you for your hospitality and excellent service during my family’s stay.

  I would not recommend to stay at this facility, as the rude attitude of the host ruined the whole experiences. Pros- comfy Japanese bedding - outstanding cleanliness overall Cons- THE HOST- smelly (cigarettes) public space - no private bathroom (with private bath is a wrong information. public bathroom is closed between 22:00-05:00) I would like to elaborate more to explain why I was led to make this poor rating which I have never done before. 1. The host’s attitude was the worst part of the whole stay. He welcomed us with an arrogant attitude and seemed to be extremely impatient throughout the whole stay. 2. The situation where the host said “if you don’t like, you can leave” to me was as following. When we politely ask could we start to take shower and we didn’t mind the bathtub was only fully filled, he lost his temper asked me three times did I ask him to fill up the bathtub. When I tried to confirm how much time do we have to wait he uttered the words. 3. The host seems a little disorganized. He sent me multiple messages to inquire arrival information and I replied accordingly. While he asked again afterwards as he lost our communication records. 4. Travelers who need privacy and personal space are not recommend to choose this property.The host INSTRUCTed what we should do during the stay like a principal in boarding school, and seemingly walked around paranoidly to check our compliance.

I want you all guests read very carefuly before booking because they are all written in all OTAs, and you never booked here thru google hotel ads, never read booking confirmation and our explanation. I realised now you could read and write English, and wondered why it could happen when you undersand English. thats because the phone number you have told me, was not urs, but your sister's.Our accommodation is different from a service apartament you are running or Imperial Hotel that you are or were woking for. Well, I never told you if you didn't like it, u could leave. I told you if you couldn't follow the rule here and our check-in procedure you could leave at any time. As a matter of fact, it doesn't matter if you like it or not, tired or sleepy, because we have other guests already tired and sleeping here.PLEASE do not RING（instead of LIN）at entrance at middle of night, like 11pm. AGAIN this is where everyone is sleeping, not somewhere ONLY for you to hold a party, play music loudly, bring in your trush after ur lunch or dinner. You are in an area what we call national park, Matsushima. It's a common sence. Even for convinient stores, it's not easily accepted here now because of this kind of lack of conciouness and manners. PITTY you and your soul.Also told you call me or send message for OUR parking lot guidance. I know you have cell phone with Japanese sim, you are working here in Japan, and that's why I have told you my personal phone number.If you want to make argument with our stuff on how to use bathroom inside here in TWS, you can use outdoor shower. It will cost 300jpy for three mimutes, its only water, a cointimer will automatically stop water after three mimutes. No shampoo, no soups. We are very sorry but its restricted bythe law Water Pollution Control Act.Thank
