今回は子どもの入試で利用しました。特にコメントなどは送っていませんでしたが、フロントの方の細やかな気遣いが嬉しかったです。
外部の音は場所的に賑やかなので多少気になるところはありましたが特に気になるほどでもなく、何より客室は清潔感がありとても過ごし易かったです。

最初に駅からホテルまでの道のりが長く感じたけど、場所がわかれば結構近かったです。ただ駅からホテルに行くまでにずっと坂を登ってたのでちょっとしんどかったかな。(道を知ってる人は、もっと楽な道順があったのかもしれませんが••••)ホテルのスタッフもすごく親切で良かったです。また、利用したいと思います。

チェックアウト後、ホテル近くでタクシーを待っていると夜勤明けのスタッフ様が私服で帰っていたのですが、目が合うと丁寧に笑顔で挨拶をしていただきました。
暑さも吹き飛びました。

203号室は窓のカーテンを開けると、隣接するビルのガラス張りロビーや、ホテルとビルの間の歩行者専用路から丸見えでした。ベランダに出て外から確認したところ、レースカーテンでは室内の様子が見えてしまいます。

ついたてを置くなどの対策をとって、宿泊者が安心して朝の光を浴びれるようにして欲しいです。

Recently refurbished hotel

The room our family stayed in was equipped with All necessary furniture; home electronic appliances (incl. washer/clothes dryer/cutlery).
The room was not very spacious; however, there was a kitchen counter and the dining table, which enabled us to have meals in the room.
The room was extremely clean and new.

数フロアが改装中であったので少し工事の音がしたが気にならない程度だった。
改装後の部屋だったので綺麗で清掃が行き届いていて清潔だった。
コーヒーサービスがありがたかったです。

清潔で設備も整っており、長期の滞在にも適している良いホテルです。しかし、コロナの回復とともに都内の値上がり同様、ここも宿泊費が便乗値上げされていました。やむを得ないですね。

便利でした。タバコが吸える部屋が少なくなってきてる中いつでも吸えてリラックスできました。
ちょっと坂の上の立地とトイレの床の段差が高いのが残念かな?

ネット予約した際、喫煙室を間違って予約しましたが、禁煙室に変更の連絡をして、すぐに変更対応してくだいました。最寄り駅からも近く、ホテルの目の前にスーパーもありとても便利でした。ホテルに必要なアメニティは、当たり前に揃っていますが、その他にも部屋には洗濯機（洗剤備付）IHコンロ、電子レンジ、まな板、包丁、皿、食器洗い洗剤、スポンジ、靴箱と何泊かゆっくり滞在できそうでした。またぜひ利用したいと思いました。

ホテル側は要望があれば貸し出すというガイドラインがあったとおもいましたが、、、

渋谷駅から少し坂を上がる感じで歩きますが、まあ、徒歩圏内です。私は1泊でしたが、調理用具が揃っていて、長期滞在向き。徒歩30秒でスーパーあります。
皿、マグカップ、包丁、まな板、なべ、お玉、洗剤、スポンジ、ペーパータオル、フォーク、トレイ、があったと思います。

we stayed 4 nights at this hotel. The outside of the building doesn't look like much, but the rooms are nicely renovated. Our room was very small though, so not sure if we will stay there again. Also, it was a bit of a walk to Shibuya Station. You can also use the closer Shinsen station, but then you still have to change at Shibuya Station.
The laundry machine in the room is a nice perk

Clean room with a small, separate Japanese style toilet room with a small sink.

The other bonuses were in suite laundry and small kitchen!

Nearby are a 7/11 and another grocery store across the street, small restaurants, subway, and quiet neighbourhood!

Staff was kind. Though, some of the amenities were slightly lower quality (small elevators, lower water pressure, beds pushed together to make a queen etc.,), they also have several features to make it appear more accommodating than a typical business hotel, such as the free coffee/cafe drinks per stay- however the drinks are made by the front desk staff, so it’s difficult to get a coffee in th morning while everyone’s checking out etc.

This was the perfect location, quite enough when you needed it. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to Metro. Staff was super friendly, room was super clean. Incredible bathroom! Amazing high-quality blow dryer and soft robes provided. Loved having a mini kitchenette!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our questions and requests. They have many convenient amenities. I also purchased on of the shirts that a local artist had in their cafe. Also, the cafe was quite nice and very clean. Enjoyed our stay and would consider going back again. Thank you!

Loved it. Nice roomy rooms. Next to shinsen station which gets to Shibuya station easily. Easy walk to Shibuya crossing. Grocery store right across the street. Literally 3 steps away. Great location.

Good location in Shibuya and not far from the station. Washing machine in the room was useful to clean clothes. Reception staff helped with luggage transfer and made the process very easy.

The room is clean and washing machine inside the room is convenient. There are basic utensils if you want to cook. There’s a lounge/dining area if you want to rest outside your room but lacking hot water facility. I have to boil water using the kettle from the room and bring it down so that our relative who came over to visit can have some tea. There’s a small coffee counter ( I would not even call it a shop) but does not serve with milk, you have to pay. Overall, convenient place, slightly up the hill and close enough to Shibuya crossing (around 700m downhill).

Great size room for family if 4 bunk beds were Greta but hard to get under as the height is so low , we were under the expression there would be a cafe with simple items but there was nothing except for filter coffee , water na ice machines were useful , room was not cleaned through the stay

Great stay in Tokyo! The hotel is very well located, with a mini market just across the street, which was super convenient. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the room was very comfortable. It had a mini fridge, an electric stove, and even a laundry machine that we used a lot during our stay.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk to Shibuya Crossing, making it easy to get around and explore. The area felt extremely safe—we were walking around at 1 AM and felt completely comfortable.

I also loved the amenities. The hair dryer was amazing (so much so that I bought the same one for my home), and the hygiene products provided in the room were excellent quality.

Overall, everything was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel was great, room was very spacious and nice. Hotel staff were great.
Small cute restaurants around.
The only down side to this hotel is the location, especially with a stroller.
It’s about 15 min walk uphill from Shibuya station. There is a local train station 4 min walk, but it’s impossible to switch in shibuya with a stroller.
Other than the location for us it was 10/10!

Property clean. Room had everything you need. Staff proficient in English. Able to assist with luggage forwarding. Held luggage before check-in and brought luggages to room. Love the welcome drink coupon. Smooth check-in and check out process. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel about a 15 minute uphill walk from the train station. I would cab/uber it next time. Laundry machine inside the room was very convenient. Room was small but sufficient. 25 minute walk from shibuya square. I’d stay here again.

Hotel itself was fine. Location was technically in Shibuya but the crossing is a 15 min walk. Washer is in all Japanese and the instruction card isn't very helpful. Expect eight hours to do a load of laundry. It's a very small washer and the drying part takes hours and it still comes out damp, just how these are. The room air conditioner works fine but it's very hard to operate as again, it's all in Japanese and the instruction sheet they give you in English isn't all that helpful. There's no actual breakfast provided, there was a sign that said you could get something from the lobby and make it with the hotplate and microwave in the room. No view, its surrounded by other buildings. Again, it's fine for what it is. Its safe and clean.
