Was here for only one night, but would've stayed longer. The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were a bit tight and not as luxurious as the lobby. I booked this hotel in order to do laundry. They only have 2 units, and the drying cycle wasn't great. However, you can monitor it from your room, which was a major plus. Very close to the Nagoya station, which made transporting suitcases easy. Overall, a great stay.

Thank you very much for staying at Mitsui Garden Hotel Nagoya Premier. We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback regarding your stay.We were delighted to read your compliments concerning the beauty of our hotel and its convenient access from Nagoya Station. However, we apologize that the size of the room and the laundry facilities did not fully meet your expectations. We will use your feedback as a reference for future facility management. That said, we are pleased to hear that you found it convenient to be able to check the laundry usage status from your room.Although your visit was for just one night, we are truly honored by your comment that you wished you could have stayed longer. We hope you will choose to stay with us again the next time you visit Nagoya. We sincerely look forward to welcoming you again.Mitsui Garden Hotel Nagoya PREMIER Rooms Department Manager
