チェックイン時からフロントスタッフが丁寧に対応してくれ、気持ちの良い滞在のスタートでした。宿泊者向けサービスでいただいたアイスは本格的な味わいで、想像以上に美味しかったです。部屋はレトロでおしゃれな雰囲気があり、アナログレコードプレーヤーが設置されていて、貸し出し用のレコードも楽しめました。さらに種類が増えると嬉しいかもしれません。

ホテル全体のサイズも程よく、団体客が少ないため静かに過ごせ、ロビーではソウルやポップの音楽がほど良いざわめきの中に流れていて、落ち着いた空間を感じました。新築のような真新しさはないものの、清潔感が保たれており、その分どこか趣のある雰囲気を楽しめます。アメニティのボディソープやシャンプーも香りが良く、細やかなこだわりが感じられました。ただ、タオルが少しゴワゴワしていたのが唯一残念な点でしたが、全体としてはまた泊まりたくなるような素敵なホテルでした。

スタッフさんも感じが良く、値段も安いので素晴らしいクオリティだと思います。
ただ一点だけ、湯船に浸かる人が少ないのかもしれませんが、水垢が目立ちました。お風呂の栓の部分、湯船から見える洗面器の下のつなぎ目、シャンプーボトルなどの棚の下側、シャワーカーテンのカビなど、水回りの掃除を掃除の甘さが伺えます。安いホテルなので、完璧は求めませんが改良してくださると嬉しいです。

アナログレコードに数十年ぶりに針を落として音楽を楽しめました。お部屋のマットなカラーが素敵です。アメリカ西海岸と日本の昭和、メキシコ、いまの韓国を思い出します。朝ごはんをお願いしたら、ボリューム感たっぷりのオープンサンドをいただけました。大満足！コーヒーはもう少し濃い方が好きです。クチポールのカトラリーが添えられてあるなど、細部にもこだわりがあって、好きになったホテルです。次回はシェアキッチンを使ってみたいです。ありがとうございました。

ミレニアル世代にぴったりのエントランス、ラウンジで、カリフォルニアのMOTELっぽい雰囲気で可愛かったです。ラウンジのBARでコーヒーも頼めて、ラウンジで休憩したり仕事もできます。（滞在中に仕事をされてる方もいらっしゃいました。）全部屋にレコードプレイヤーが設置されていて、各部屋に１枚レコードが置いてありますが、フロントで別のレコードを選ぶこともできます。（種類は少なめ）
シングルルームを予約してましたが、泊まるだけなら十分ですが、バスルームは、いわゆる一人暮らしワンルームのユニットバスのイメージです。苦手な方はオススメできません。アメニティは最低限のものです。アメニティもSHE,っぽくなっていたら良かったかなと思います。部屋全体が雰囲気重視でやや暗いので、化粧しにくかったです。笑　室内もカラーリングやインテリアなど、写真映えすると思います。
☆共同キッチンが1Fにありますので、旅費を安く抑えたい人はすごく便利かもしれません。広くて綺麗でした。

とても充実した時間でした。

前日に予約したのですが、部屋に空きがあり宿泊させていただきました。
とても清潔感があり、お洒落で写真もたくさん撮らせていただきました。
お部屋にはレコードを聴く機械があり、フロントで好きなレコードを選び聴くことができました。
お洒落な室内でお洒落な雰囲気を楽しむことができ、とても充実した時間を過ごすことができました。
京都駅から歩くと少し距離はありますが、コンビニも近くにあり、特に不便さは感じませんでした。
また機会があれば宿泊したいと思えるようなステキなホテルです。

スタッフのレスポンスが曖昧かつ遅すぎる。飛行機の到着時刻などの理由で、チェックイン時間外に到着予定の方は要注意。当日ギリギリまでチェックイン方法を教えてくれません。また、ブティックホテルと言っているが、設備はその辺のビジネスホテルとさほど変わらないと思った。熱がこもり安くジメッとしており、夏は過ごそにくそう。

ホテルの近くで学会があったので利用した。地下鉄九条駅から歩いて５分もかからない。京都駅から歩いても15分くらいなのでとても楽でよかった。ホテルのスタッフはみな若くて対応もよかった。部屋はダブルベッドだったが狭くもなく快適だった。強いて言えば、バスルームが少し狭かったかな。wifiは速くはない。

便利で値段もリーズナブルな良いホテル

立地は地下鉄からあまり遠くなく大変良かったです。周辺にコンビニがあり、朝食には苦労しません。レストランはあまり充実していないので、ホテル周辺で夕食を食べるのは向いていません。ただし、共用の大きなキッチンがあるので、食材を買ってきて（周辺にはスーパーはない）食事を作るのは、よいかもしれません。京都駅から一駅ですから、駅ビルの伊勢丹とか食材を買うのは簡単でしょう。
部屋の防音が今一つで、廊下や隣室などの音が気になったのが残念でした。

春の京都駅南にHOTELが・・・

JR京都駅の北側だけにとらわれていました。すぐ南の九条にあるHOTEL SHE, KYOTOは意外に近くて便利‼️
夜のHOTEL SHE, KYOTOが良い。烏丸通り西の策動に面したHOTEL SHE, KYOTOですが、その側道から京都タワーが輝いていました。

部屋はシンプル。ロビーにはキッチンがあって調理できます。HOTEL SHE１号館富良野のHOTELで好評だったとのこと。頂いた周辺地図にはコンビニエンスストアに加えて食料品スーパーが明記されていて、なるほど❗️

土曜日の夜はパーティがあるらしいが、残念ながら本日は金曜日。部屋と受付にしか通わないのに、土曜日は宿泊客、それも国際色多彩、かつ、近くの方もいらっしゃると。京都の隠れた名所が聞けるかも。

ロビーでは個展が開かれていて、モダンな写真が飾られている。他には無い雰囲気で忙しい合間に、ちょっと頭脳が感化されたかもしれない。

新しくて気持ちよく泊まれるホテル

（普段からホテルの新しさは重視してるので）2016年3月オープンということで選択。
地下鉄九条駅からは徒歩1～2分。市内中心部からは外れますが、京都駅のひとつ隣の駅ですし地下鉄一本で四条など市内中心部にすぐ出られます。むしろ街の喧騒もなく静かでゆっくり休めてよかったと思います。フロントの手続きはタブレットでの記入で、日本語表記ではないのが人によっては不便かも？（といっても自分の名前や住所を英語記入するだけです）
お部屋は決して広くありませんが無駄のない大きさと言えるレベル、バスタブはビジネスホテルの一番狭小なものではないので軽く足も伸ばせますし、個人的にはコスパいいなぁ…と思いました。
スタッフの方は総じて親切でした。チェーンホテルのようなそれより旅館や民宿のようなアットホームな対応です。チェックアウトの時もカウンターから出て玄関まで見送りに出てくれました。「旅を楽しんで欲しい」という気持ちが嬉しいですね。
また京都で泊まる時に利用したいと思います。

We had a great stay here. Room was spacious in comparison to alot of Japan properties. Really good strong shower. Decorated well and very clean. Loved all the extras that went into this property including free ice cream and drinks everyday, a wide selection of vinyls to use in your room with your own vinyl player. Friendly staff. Close to transportation and bike hire options. 5 minutes to bus stop, catch city bus 207 for Gion with lots of food options. Love this city so much. Thanks

Hotel She is a really charming hotel that has a young boutique vibe. While most hotels in Japan last you leave your luggage before your check in time, Hotel She was the first that brought our luggage to our room before we got there. It was such a lovely touch that set up a positive experience.

The location is good, however there is no a lot of food options around the hotel.
The rooms do not get cleaned daily and the towers do not get changed unless you ask for it.
Breakfast options were limited. Good for 1 or two nights stand but not more

The hotel was great! I booked a last minute room for my mom and we were pleased. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They offer happy hour and free ice cream (really good). The atmosphere is great from the entrance and reflected in the room too. It was super clean and it had a window that opened widely. It also had a turntable in the room! Really enjoyable after long and tired days. It has laundry self service. Definitely I will book again if I travel to Kyoto!

One of the coolest hotels I've stayed at!

Hotel She is hands down one of the coolest hotels I've ever stayed at. I ended up paying $93.28 via Hotels.com for two nights here. Upon check-in the staff at the front desk gave me a quick tour, gave me my room key, and then to my surprise offered a vinyl. Each room has a record player and they allow you to bring records from the front desk to your room to jam out during your stay - very awesome perk.

Most of the staff spoke English and were able to give local recommendations. The layout of the lobby, bar, ice cream bar, and kitchen are all very cool looking and cozy at the same time. The room was spacious and had pretty cool art / vibes.

In general this was an amazing hotel and I highly recommend it. Only downside is it's a bit of a walk to Kyoto Station but it is close to the Kujo Station - so it's not that bad.

Don't believe the old review's, it's changed.

This is a nice and refreshing hotel! Sparkling clean, good service, good bar, and very good bed. The staff is friendly and helpful. Be Sure to try the local ramen place, it is better than most. The hotel is located 10min walk from Kyoto station and the road is suitcase friendly. Highly recommended. They are famous for their big baby ice-cream and seems to attract Instagram girls. Be sure to try there homemade coke and I have heard thatthey soon will be serving gin and tonics next to their local ale.

Good place with a curious

It's a nice and clean place for staying with warm and harmonized atmosphere.
Shared kitchen and dinning corner that keeps the room clean. Nice to roast your bread and sandwich for your breakfast there.
Less than 5 minutes to subway. 460yen taxi from Kyoto station to the hotel, it's worth-wise if you have more than 1 person travelling.
BUT, I'm curious that the front desk requested 400yen/head for additional local tax.
While, my billing in hotel.com already included a tax item in the break-down.
Do we still need to pay additional 400yen/head?

A fun step up from a hostel

Great bargain for the money. Clean, hip, small hotel with a college dorm/hostel vibe--but in a good way. Remarkably quiet rooms and location, only one stop from Kyoto station. Every one of the young staff members was great. Free Handy phone was (mostly) helpful and even worked on the day trips we took out of city. My only complaint is the mattress was one of those cardboard over springs models and hurt our backs.

Hotel confortable, levemente alejado de todo, si bien está a 7 cuadras de la estación de Kioto y a dos de Kujo Station (Metro), de noche y después de haber deambulado todo el día, se hacían largas las caminatas hasta el hotel. Tiene un Lawson Store a 100 metros, una pizzería y por supuesto en la estación de Kioto hay de todo. De noche: absoluta desolación, pero seguro.

Comfortable hotel en Kioto

Hotel comfortable. Personal amable.
Baño muy pequeño, pero muy funcional.
Locación algo alejada, de noche bastante desolado, pero tranquilo y seguro, lo único que permanecía abierto era un Lawson Store y una pizzería que atendía hasta las 11:00 PM.
Si bien está “cerca” de la Estación Central de Kioto, la caminata, con el frío del invierno y el cansancio de las horas fuera del hotel, se hacía ardua.
A doscientos metros cuenta con una estación de subte que comunica muy bien con el resto de la ciudad (y con la misma estación de Kioto), pero la línea -como es de esperarse- no pertenece a la compañía JR, ergo el JR Pass no era útil, y las tarifas del transporte eran elevadas.

與京都車站有點距離，最近車站商場出口要走10分鐘，有點荒涼，偏遠。住地下1／f ，故此密封無景，房細唔可以同時開两個行李箱，尤其廁所更精緻。抵達前欲聯絡酒店查詢事宜，除了F B無其他途徑，但終經FB問都無回覆

Non ci tornerei

La camera era una familiare e quindi piu' grande rispetto ad una doppia, dove avevo soggiornato nei giorni precedenti e, comunque, dal letto si poteva scendere solo da una parte. Il bagno, non ci voglio pensare!!!!, uno stampato in resina per barche molto piccolo.
Il set cortesia si trova nella Hall, dove c'è anche una cucina a disposizione degli ospiti. Il personale molto cortese e disponibile. Hotel molto vicino alla fermata Kujo della metropolitana e ad una fermata dalla stazione di Kyoto. Bus nelle vicinanze, circa 200 metri, per raggiungere i punti piu' interessanti della città.

Cozy hotel

The hotel was quite close to the Kujo station, walkable distance to Kyoto station.
The staff were friendly and very helpful!
Our family room was smaller than expected, the 3rd sofa bed did not expand long enough and was not too comfortable. Other than that it was ok.

Personnel très accueillant . Petit cocktail proposer les soirs. L’espace café, thé ainsi que les accessoires de toilette, pantoufles, brosses à dents... se trouvent au niveau de la réception, dans une salle commune. Il suffit de le savoir pour anticiper ses éventuels besoins. Location de vélos possible depuis l’hôtel. Proximité de la gare ce qui peut être intéressant en cas d’arrivée tardive ou de départ tôt. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Proche du kiyomizu dera. Seul point négatif il donne sur une rue à forte circulation est le vitrage On offre pas une isolation phonique parfaite

We are terribly upset with the service of the front desk. We were not given the room with city view and room size we paid for. We were given a smaller dark room in the ground floor with blocked (no) view and bad smell. When complained about the room, they said they have no rooms available but they will shift us to better room in the next day. But surprisingly they said that we have to check out at 10 am with our luggage and wait in lobby until other room is ready for us to get in. We did not agree about checking out, I had to argue for long time and told them that it is their responsibility to shift us from one room to another room, since it was their failure. This was the unpleasant part of our stay, the later room was fine, clean and bigger with city view. This spoiled the mood of our visit to Hotel She.

Good value for the price

Hotel close to subway ( about 200 meters) from subway and one stop to main Kyoto station. Staff friendly and adequate to strong English skills.Room cramped for 3 adults. Bathroom small but adequate.had cooking facilities in room and fridge. WIFi Slow and intermittent,but Ok in common dining area.

A fair hotel recommendable to young people only.

Staff are nice & helpful. Pantry is clean & tidy. Small room for 2 will be fine. We stay with 3 adults & no place to move at all within the room, with 3 luggages! Bathroom is very very tiny. Bathtub drainage is really poor, no improvement at all after request for pumping! Thus, cannot expect to have a good shower after whole day travelling & sightseeing. Have requested room nearer lift lobby, but was being given last room along corridor, which is very dark without lighting at the end of corridor. Good lighting inside the room which is good.

개인적으로 머무는 내내 굉장히 만족했고 많은 사람들에게 추천하고 싶음.
우선 직원들이 굉장히 친절하고 영어도 잘했음.
특가에 더블룸을 구해서 혼자 넓게 묵어서 그런지 방 크기도 좋았음. 인테리어도 깔끔하고 차분했음.
그 외에도 인테리어의 여러 디테일들 덕분에 묵는 내내 편리했음.
위치도 정말 좋았음. 교토역이랑 그렇게 가깝지는 않지만(남쪽 출구에서 직진하면 걸어올 수는 있을 듯. 길이 복잡하진 않음) 교토역에서 지하철 한 정거장(1분 거리)이면 가는 쿠조역과 가까워서 교통도 편리함. 쿠조역 4번 출구로 나와서 큰길따라 직진하면 거의 바로임. 그리고 역하고 약간 떨어져 있으니 오히려 조용하고 주택가 같은 느낌이어서 좋았음. 번잡한 느낌이 아니면서 교통도 편리한 정말 좋은 위치였음. 참, 결국 못 갔지만 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 토지가 있음. 마지막으로 방에 어매니티가 없지만 로비에서 마음껏 가져다 쓸 수 있었고 부엌과 바도 있음.

Helpful staff

I would recommend this hotel because of their staff, they soeak good english and were very helpful to our concerns especially with my inquiries on how to go to the famous tourist spots in kyoto. They also have a kitchen with complete utensils, oven, microwaves, stove etc. location is wuite good but if you have big luggages it's better if you take a subway from kyoto station then alight at kujo station, then walk 2-3 mins and you'll see the hotel at the right side

Difficult to find but very good room and staff

This hotel was very difficult to find as it is located in one little street which is not easy to find on a printed map. It took us more than 30 min to find this hotel.
Location: it was located 15 min to kyoto station(south). There are only flats in this area so it is not very nice, but it is convenient if you want to take the train to do day trips.
Staff was very nice and they could speak very good english!
The room was very clean and it was bigger than other rooms that we stayed in japan.

Quaint little hotel

This is a small boutique hotel one stop away from Kyoto. It's in a quiet area, so if you like the hustle and bustle then don't stay here.

There's a 7-11 about 7 minutes walk though we didn't venture another way so there could be another closer.

Vending machine is located outside the building.

The front staff was very friendly and by far had the most fluent English during my time in japan and previous trip. Toiletries are located downstairs in the main area.

Because this is a small boutique hotel, the staff leave at 11pm. Afterwards, you need a password to enter the building. When I went out at night to purchase a water from the vending machine, it made me a bit scared as the door was open a few seconds longer after I reentered. What if someone followed in???

The room was spacious and reasonable for its price. If you don't mind the aforementioned safety issues then this is a nice hotel. Washroom was elevated so you had to step up a bit to get inside.

I stayed during Jan when it was snowing, perhaps the walk to nearby places wouldn't be bad in better conditions.

離地鐵烏丸線九条駅4號出口近而且有電梯，附近也有公車站(九条車庫)。服務人員很親切，一樓有簡單的廚房可以自己料理食物及小吧檯，可以直接在交誼廳用餐、玩桌遊、查資料、聊天。
