Wonderful Hotel, possibly Tokyo best hotel

Very conveniently located in the heart of town. So close to everything. Easy to travel. The hotel itself is very nice and equipped with everything that you might needs, wonderful restaurants, especially.
I was in need of an adapter to plug in my water floss, which needs a round-pin socket. I could not find it anywhere in many stores, but it was provided in my room in the hotel. It seems that the hotel anticipates the needs of guests.
Nonetheless, the only complaint I might have is, I tried to make a reservation for a (paid) buffet breakfast / Brunch at the hotel restaurants but none was avaialble. I wish that the hotel provides special reservation for hotel guests.

羽田空港から高速バスで直行でき、また新宿駅も地上、地下道のどちらも徒歩10-20分程、地下鉄の東京都庁駅も直ぐ近くにあり便利。
ホテルの立地は、新宿駅の西側、東京都庁の正面にあり、周辺は静かで綺麗な雰囲気。ホテル内のレストランも豊富で美味しく良かった。

チェックインが大変遅くなり、サプライズケーキも部屋まで搬送が無理とお聞きしていたのですが、持ってきていただけたことに驚きましました。スタッフの方の対応に感謝しています。
しかし、朝食にビュッフェを選び大変種類も豊富で美味しくいただいていたのですが、終了間際だったこともありますが食べている横で掃除をされたことがとても残念でした。

The handling of the billing at the hotel front desk was also the worst; they made mistakes in the billing three times. I had a very bad experience at the All-Day Dining restaurant, Jurin, in Keio Plaza Hotel. The quality of the meat in the course meal was terrible and inedible. Given that this is a hotel with history and tradition, I expect a much more reliable level of service."

宿泊者のニーズに寄り添うサービスを提供する宿。

今回は高齢の母のお誕生日祝い記念で宿泊をしました。足が不便なことを伝えたところ、エレベーターに近い客室、車いすや入浴の補助椅子、滑り止めマット等々、ご用意を頂いた。フロントで車いすをピックアップした際に、近くにいたスタッフの方が地下の駐車場まで付き添って、チェックインまでご案内くださいました。

客室は広々として、清潔で快適でした。開放感のある景色、家族一同素敵な宿泊を体験させていただきました。

アメニティーは充実していた。お部屋の使い勝手がいまいち。
眺望も低層階だから仕方ないのですが、普通のビジネスホテルみたいで、高い料金を払った割には？？？でした。

サービスも施設も全て言うことなしですが、コーヒーマシンが壊れて使えなかったことが残念でした。でも、ラウンジの食べ物は全て美味しかったです♪

Fantastic stay with family - 2 adults and a young child. The room (Premier Grand Suite twin) was spacious, very clean and comfortable with an amazing view over the city. It was very well sound proofed, as we were not disturbed by any external noise and the air conditioning was also quiet. Very good facilities and a nice shower and bath. Lovely food available via room service and in the restaurants.


The staff at the hotel were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well located for sightseeing and close to train and tube stations. The breakfast was also very tasty with lots of options for different kinds of food.

We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend it. If we are lucky enough to return to Tokyo in the future, we will certainly stay here again.

Spectacular hotel! Location, the staff - checkin, bell hop, massage at Sky Salon, the Bride - Groom kimono experience, pharmacy/ drugstore, housekeeping, and basically everyone we encountered. It was great to have Airport Limo stop directly at hotel, and a free DisneySea bus ride.
Discounts at Keio department store. Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building with 360 views at tower (free) and evening light show on the building. So much to offer just in Shinjuku.

Everything was perfect in Keio Plaza the only negative thing happened to us was a reception personnel/Indian origin was not friendly and not helpful to us and his way was very unprofessional ( I think he is a very wrong place and position)!

Keio Hotel is my go-to place to stay in Tokyo. It's in a quieter part of Shinjuku, close to all the major subway lines. The service is very good, and the rooms are modern, clean, and well-appointed. Many rooms offer excellent views of the city. The breakfast buffet options are nothing short of amazing. Most of the staff speak English and are happy to help. Highly recommended.

The room and bath/toilet were clean. Toilet has a bidet and all the amenities required for the hotel. Staffs are able to speak English and service are friendly and top notched. Bag handling and transport services.

I didn't partake on the breakfast and the other facilities as my stay was short but the place looked great and the location is close to stores and transportation.

Good stay at the Keio Plaza. Have stayed here many times over the last thirty years.
Room was generously sized especially for Japan. Room slightly dated and worn around the edges but nice overall. The hotel is very well situated and has good facilities within. Typically polite and efficient staff. Not the cheapest hotel but a good solid choice in Tokyo.

Staff are excellent and room is very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, close to Shinjuku.

But currently the elevators are horrible (there is maintenance work being done), and the self-serve laundromat is terrible - two cycles through the dryer and my clothes were still wet. Use the hotel’s laundry service instead.

Clean room, good breakfast. They had 2 restaurants serving breakfast so that helps with variety but a line usually forms but the wait is a few minutes. Half of the elevators were under construction so there were only a few in use and there is always a line for them and they fill up pretty quickly. There are also limited amenities. The hangout spot in 45th (or 47?) floor was not free. I was an expedia VIP member and did not receive any perks but a free parking which obviously was not necessary. That was a bit of a let down.

The pros: There is a train station close to the hotel. Across the street there are a number of restaurants available albeit some for tourist but there are a number thar locals do go to for dinner after work. It is very convenient that there is a 7 eleven in the building and is ooen 24hrs. There are also a lot of convenience store that are walkable around the area, I saw 2 Lawsons (and an organic one) and a family mart. The shinjuku cat digital billboard is walkable. Close to that there is a Din Quijote that I believe is open until 3am and across the street is the Gracery Hotel where you can see the Godzilla statue. It is also close to the metropolitan government building and the projection shows at night can be seen by the front door lobby.

The room: it was big enough. They do clean it everyday and replenish us with toiletries and supplies which was greatly appreciated.

Will we stay here again? Maybe. But not the first hotel in our list.

Location amazing short walk to the train station where you can travel to anywhere. Hotel was spotless and the room was very spacious. Staff were all outstanding from the sky view bar to the breakfast buffet and the concierge absolutely everyone was amazing. To sum it up definitely coming back to this hotel without doubt. First time visitor to Japan and this hotel made the whole experience so good warm and welcoming. The Glass buffet chefs in the morning my favourites so happy and always a good morning wave brilliant.

Staff are very friendly and have a lot of services on site. Center point to Shinjuku station to get around Tokyo. Breakfast was delicious and they always took care of our room. Only slight downside on this stay is they are going through renovations on some floors and so two elevators in our tower were down which sometimes caused delays getting up and down from our room. Other than that, this is my second time staying at Keio because I think it is well worth it!

This hotel would be considered as a great property back in 90s but it’s so outdated for 2025. For example, all lights in the room were manually operated (no card), old showers with disgusting traditional sower curtains, old faucets etc. This is not comparable with the modern facilities if someone’s visiting Tokyo for vacation.

The front desk check-in was very slow. There are a lot of staffs but most of them just observe and are not working. Staffs were incapable and took a long time to finish one thing.

The room was a little worn, but not bad. We had a 2 twin bed room in the south annex. It was very spacious. The 7-11 on the basement level was convenient since they're went any vending machines for drinks or snacks. Plenty of restaurant options and a bar if you like those things.
