新宿駅から徒歩10分くらいで行け、隣にコンビニもあり、ホテル併設のレストランも美味しく、リーズナブルでした。設備は充実していますが、エレベーターホールにご自由にどうぞと水のがみたいですサーバーが有りましたが、紙コップもないので、わざわざ部屋からコップをもっていかないといけないので、利用するには不便でした。部屋の天井のLEDライトが１箇所切れていました。お掃除の方は明るいときに掃除をされるので、気付かないのではと思います。総じて快適に過ごせましたが、ちょっと惜しい感じです。

The train station is walking distance. There’s also Lawson right outside the hotel and McDonald's in the corner. Right across the street, you’ll find Wendy’s and a little further is Yodobashi Camera.

The room is clean and so is the bathroom. The size of the room is typically your standard size for a Japanese hotel. But it was still comfortable since I was traveling solo.

Check in and check out were also easy. They also offer luggage delivery, although I wasn’t able to try it. There’s also a weighing scale at the lobby.

However, I think the standard room was too expensive. Breakfast wasn’t even included. I thought I was getting a bathroom with a view based on the photos, but that wasn’t the case.

リピーターです

前回の宿泊で気に入って、2度目の滞在でした。
少し早い時間に到着してしまい、荷物だけを預かって頂こうとお願いしたところ、清掃が終わっていたそうで早めにチェックインさせていただきました。
お部屋の広さや清潔さ、駅近であることなど全てに満足しています。
フロントの方もとても丁寧に対応してくださり、気持ちよく滞在させていただきました。
ロビーに自動の外貨両替機があるなど、とても便利でした。
チェックアウトした後に忘れ物に気づきましたが、フロント方が部屋まで探しに行ってくださり、親切に対応していただきました。
東京に行く際はまた必ず利用したいと思います。

Odalar biraz küçük çok bavullarla birlikte çok fazla alan kalmıyor. Kullanmadığımız bir sandalyeyi kaldırmalarını rica ettik yardımcı oldular. Her gün temizlik yapılmıyor yalnızca çöpler alınıyor. Yatakların üzerine ilave koydukları şilte çok yumuşaktı ve çökmüştü rahat edemedik, kaldırmalarını istedik yardımcı oldular kaldırıldıktan sonra çok daha rahat ettik. Konum olarak çok merkezi.

Breakfast was great, I would say it really does cater for everyone. Lovely fresh fruit, pastries, cereal, bread, traditional Japanese, coffee, tea etc.
Washing machines, dryers and microwaves are something that I didn’t expect and which came in very useful. We had a standard double room, shower was wonderful, and all you could need was available, shaver, shaving cream, face wash, bath salts, on top of the normal body wash and shampoo etc. TV which we were able to stream too, phone and safe. It wasn’t a big room, in fact it was quite small, but it was workable and was in a fantastic location. I would definitely stay here again.

Exceeded expectations -- location was perfect and staff members very polite and helpful! Breakfast was so delicious with great selection. The property was also helpful with transferring our luggages to our next destination seamlessly. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Japan :)

This was the perfect base for our Tokyo trip. Staff were extremely friendly and spoke English, the breakfast was delicious, our room was very clean, and the amenities offered were great! Many of these guests seemed to be tourists. I would certainly stay here again.

Location is ideal. Two minutes walk to Shinjuku station and yet really quiet. Rooms are clean. Nice coffee provisions. Front desk staff provided good service. Knock is the lack of a gym on premise.

Great location, clean rooms and quiet.

The servicing of the room was strange and I would have preferrred to have my bed made every day than my towels/nightwear (that I hardly used).

It would also have been nice to have an area where you could have a coffee or a wine other than just the restaurant. Th3 lobby area just seemed like it was for meeting and storage.

The room was very clean and good. The staff were very helpful with all our needs. They called taxis for us and wrote our destination on a card in Japanese. That helped us a lot. The hotel is in a good area of the city to get to all the sites.

We stayed in a superior twin room on the top floor. The room was spacious, shower was very.good and beds were comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good but we only had it once. As you know, this hotel is v.close to Shinjuku station and there is excellent shopping and restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again

I’ve stayed at a few JR Group hotels before, and they’ve always kept a good standard wherever I went in Japan. This one was no different — really enjoyed my stay here!
Pros:
•Perfect location: Right next to Shinjuku Station and Busta Expressway — super convenient for getting around.
•Modern and clean: The hotel feels new, with a nice modern design and spotless rooms.
•Friendly and helpful staff.
•Spacious room: I stayed in a twin room and found it comfortably sized.
Cons:
•Soundproofing could be better: I could still hear some traffic noise late at night.
•No bathroom hooks: It’d be nice to have a few for towels or clothes.

Hotel is well located and central to the train station—clean and efficient. It would have been a perfectly acceptable stay, except for my experience with the front desk staff. When my daughter misplaced a plastic key card and I needed a replacement to access the room, they threatened to fine me ¥1,000 if all three cards were not returned. Worse, when I asked why they would charge for a disposable card, “Kiran” at the front desk argued with me about the card’s value. Overall, a very cheap way to tarnish an otherwise fine hotel.

地理位置就在新宿南口極為方便，房間大小也很適當，還有員工服務態度很好也都會英文，行李寄存服務也很方便，整體來說很不錯的住宿體驗，覺得還可以更好的地方大概是電梯有時候等比較久，然後浴室廁所的清潔一些不好打掃的死角可以強化一下，整體整潔度可以但是一旦發現就會有些在意

Hotel conveniently located. Eco cleaning of room, only change bathroom towels and clear dustbins daily. No change of bedsheets till after 3 nights, which is fine but at least make the bed, unfortunately not. You need to tidy up your own bed daily. Bed mattress too soft and slide off easily when you sit on side of bed coz upper mattress is thin and lightweight. Otherwise everything about this hotel is good.

This is my second time staying. First time with family with 2 young kids and now second time as a solo female traveller. The hotel is on the south side of Shinjuku away from the hustle and bustle which I appreciate and feel safe when walking from JR station alone or with young kids. It is a quick walk to the busier side to get 24 ramen and shopping. The rooms are bogger than normal rooms and is very clean. Will definitely stay there again next time.
