クリーニングか、もしくは消臭を。
また、リネン類がよくなると嬉しいですね。

新宿駅から徒歩10分くらいで行け、隣にコンビニもあり、ホテル併設のレストランも美味しく、リーズナブルでした。設備は充実していますが、エレベーターホールにご自由にどうぞと水のがみたいですサーバーが有りましたが、紙コップもないので、わざわざ部屋からコップをもっていかないといけないので、利用するには不便でした。部屋の天井のLEDライトが１箇所切れていました。お掃除の方は明るいときに掃除をされるので、気付かないのではと思います。総じて快適に過ごせましたが、ちょっと惜しい感じです。

The train station is walking distance. There’s also Lawson right outside the hotel and McDonald's in the corner. Right across the street, you’ll find Wendy’s and a little further is Yodobashi Camera.

The room is clean and so is the bathroom. The size of the room is typically your standard size for a Japanese hotel. But it was still comfortable since I was traveling solo.

Check in and check out were also easy. They also offer luggage delivery, although I wasn’t able to try it. There’s also a weighing scale at the lobby.

However, I think the standard room was too expensive. Breakfast wasn’t even included. I thought I was getting a bathroom with a view based on the photos, but that wasn’t the case.

リピーターです

前回の宿泊で気に入って、2度目の滞在でした。
少し早い時間に到着してしまい、荷物だけを預かって頂こうとお願いしたところ、清掃が終わっていたそうで早めにチェックインさせていただきました。
お部屋の広さや清潔さ、駅近であることなど全てに満足しています。
フロントの方もとても丁寧に対応してくださり、気持ちよく滞在させていただきました。
ロビーに自動の外貨両替機があるなど、とても便利でした。
チェックアウトした後に忘れ物に気づきましたが、フロント方が部屋まで探しに行ってくださり、親切に対応していただきました。
東京に行く際はまた必ず利用したいと思います。

今回でプレミアムルームは3回目の宿泊だったが、毎回改善したほうが良いのでは？と感じたのはバスルームの手前の床(カーペット部分)がかなり濡れている事。前回の事をすっかり忘れて普通に歩いていたら靴下が濡れてしまう。バスマットを余分に貰い、2枚バスルーム入口手前に置き、更にバスルーム内側にも置き水気が室内に入らないように入念に心掛けたがそれでも翌日バスマットは白から黄色に変色するくらい汚れていたのには少し驚く。カーペットの水を吸い上げていた。それだけ汚いまま、次の宿泊客を部屋に入れているんだと思う。チェックアウト時にフロントの方には伝えたが改善されるのだろうか？

好きなホテルだがそこだけはどうしても清潔とはかけ離れているので満点はつけられない。プレミアムルームらしからぬ汚さかな。

それ以外ではテレワークするには不便な机。JR九州系は新宿と那覇によく泊まるがどちらも仕事がしにくいデスクなのと、シャワーのノズルが回しにくい。

それ以外は好きなホテル。

２度目の宿泊。部屋のカテゴリーを上げてみたが眺望も設備も期待通りで快適だった。今回は利用しなかったがレストラン「うまや」も楽屋めしが美味いので新宿で宿泊する際はまた利用したいホテル。
今回泊まって実際感じたのはプレミアムのバスルームの設計上、バスマットは洗面台に手前と、部屋に入る手前あたりに２つ置けるようにしないと結構濡れてしまいがちになるので配慮してもらえると良いと思う。

便利で快適なホテル

スタンダードダブルのコンパクトなお部屋でしたが、床から天井までの広い窓のおかげで開放感があった。新しめのホテルで清潔感があり気持ちよく過ごすことができました。駅から近くのわりに静かな立地なのもよかったです。

疲れて遅くにホテルに帰りましたが　浴槽が広く疲れが取れました。
冷房を入れた時に音がなっているのが気になりましたがフロントもロビーも綺麗でこのコスパで大満足です。

Check in was very nice. There was some miscommunication about breakfast. Was originally told that this was included but this turned out not to be true.
The bathroom felt not well made, when standing in the shower, it felt like the tub might fall over and it creaked constantly. No fan in the bathroom made it very steamy, which never really left the area after the first shower was completed.

Great location for marathon start

Hotel was in a good location next to the Shinjuku train station. We came for the marathon and it was a 10 minute walk to the start line which was fantastic. The room was nice but very tight for two people with luggage. The bathroom had no counter tops. Water temp and shower pressure was good. The hotel DOES NOT do anything for marathon runners like in other cities with world majors. There is no gym and the room had limited space to do stretches. Still it is a good option to stay at. Clean. We did not try the breakfast which was around $30 Canadian.

I really enjoyed my stay! Super convenient location, 2 minutes from the train station. Room is small but that's expected in Tokyo. I really enjoyed the coffee and the fact that there was a mini fridge and a nice size bath.

Great property- rooms were decent size and appreciated having shower and tub. Close to Shinjuku train station and all the shopping you could ever imagine. Airport bus drops off a few blocks away. On-site restaurant is nice and not over priced. Very happy with my stay and would come again.

Had a lovely stay with a nice and clean room} showee+tub in separate rooms!), very pleasant and helpful staff and nice amendities at the hotel. Even got a high room with amazing view! Breakfast was exellent. 24h kiosk just outside, and one minute walt to subway entrance. Will come again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. I even forgot my wallet on the counter, and they quickly returned it to me, which I really appreciated. The location is perfect for exploring Shinjuku, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Tokyo!

My family had a great time staying at this JR Blossom hotel. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and very convenient as it is at a walkable distance to the main train station. The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of selection.

Great location. Stayover cleaning services available. Water bottle fillers on every floor. Extremely quiet comfortable rooms. Great water pressure in bathroom. Breakfast was a disappointment. Many items not very hot. Would skip adding breakfast.

Great location

It was the second time I stayed at this hotel. The location was great, just 3 min walk from the Shinjuku JR station and the highway bus station. Room was clean, staff was helpful.

But l didn’t bring my own pillow this time and asked if they had latex pillow. They only provide a very soft pillow one or the one in the wardrobe was soft on top but with hard beans in the bottom. The staff tried his very best to communicate with us and asked if we were looking for 低反発 pillow. We said yes and asked them to put in our room. When we return that night, we found that it was just another pillow of the one in the wardrobe but bigger in size. So the four-night stay resulted in severe headache everyday.

Another point to note is you can hear clearly the next room in the toilet, including their conversation and when they were using the hair dryer.

I hope they could provide more pillow choices, including latex or similar material in the future. If I should stay next time at this hotel and do not have enough luggage space for my own pillow, I would go to Nitori to buy one. The cheapest 低反発pillow is only less than ¥600 and a nicer one is ¥1000. I hope they would not charge me if I need to dispose of the pillow after the stay.

Very quiet hotel considering how close you are to Shinjuku Station. Lots of good options for dinner nearby. The staff were nice. I thought the breakfast buffet was good value and tasty.

This was a luxury hotel for a very reasonable price. Far exceeded our expectations. Rooms were smaller than some but that's more of a Japan thing. Well equipped and comfortable. And the breakfast was definitely a highlight. The friendliest staff we encountered on our 6 week trip.

Shinjuku station allows access to all of Tokyo. The ability to choose between express bus and train system makes it a great location. It is very easy to access station from the hotel. The dining near the station is great as well. I've stayed twice and both times the hotel did a great job.

The hotel room is very clean. It’s not very spacious, but I was able to open and lay down two luggages with no problem. The location is very convenient, close to everything, I especially enjoyed having a Lawson downstairs. The only thing I think is worth improving is the sound control. The walls are a bit thin and I could hear every time when someone’s opening/closing the doors or waking down the corridors - not a big problem though as during the night I don’t really hear anything.

We spent two nights at the Blossom. A great place, a great room, great beds, great handling by the staff, and a great buffet breakfast to boot! The nightly fare may feel a bit steep to some but, if location (a 10-minute walk to Shinjuku Station) is important, it is worth the extra few dollars compared to other accommodations further away. Would we stay here again if in the area? Absolutely!

Very nice and clean hotel with all amenities. Close to major shops and 20 min walking distance covers a vast amount of shops and restaurants. Safe area and very close to the rail system with a large train station. Breakfast was great every day and the staff is fantastic. On site laundry facilities. No complaints.

We loved staying here. The staff were very welcoming and friendly each day. It’s close to the station which takes you in any direction you want to go. There are great dining and shopping experiences very close and everything comes alive at night!
