新宿駅から徒歩10分くらいで行け、隣にコンビニもあり、ホテル併設のレストランも美味しく、リーズナブルでした。設備は充実していますが、エレベーターホールにご自由にどうぞと水のがみたいですサーバーが有りましたが、紙コップもないので、わざわざ部屋からコップをもっていかないといけないので、利用するには不便でした。部屋の天井のLEDライトが１箇所切れていました。お掃除の方は明るいときに掃除をされるので、気付かないのではと思います。総じて快適に過ごせましたが、ちょっと惜しい感じです。

The train station is walking distance. There’s also Lawson right outside the hotel and McDonald's in the corner. Right across the street, you’ll find Wendy’s and a little further is Yodobashi Camera.

The room is clean and so is the bathroom. The size of the room is typically your standard size for a Japanese hotel. But it was still comfortable since I was traveling solo.

Check in and check out were also easy. They also offer luggage delivery, although I wasn’t able to try it. There’s also a weighing scale at the lobby.

However, I think the standard room was too expensive. Breakfast wasn’t even included. I thought I was getting a bathroom with a view based on the photos, but that wasn’t the case.

リピーターです

前回の宿泊で気に入って、2度目の滞在でした。
少し早い時間に到着してしまい、荷物だけを預かって頂こうとお願いしたところ、清掃が終わっていたそうで早めにチェックインさせていただきました。
お部屋の広さや清潔さ、駅近であることなど全てに満足しています。
フロントの方もとても丁寧に対応してくださり、気持ちよく滞在させていただきました。
ロビーに自動の外貨両替機があるなど、とても便利でした。
チェックアウトした後に忘れ物に気づきましたが、フロント方が部屋まで探しに行ってくださり、親切に対応していただきました。
東京に行く際はまた必ず利用したいと思います。

宿泊費用は高かったが、立地条件がとても良かった。

今回でプレミアムルームは3回目の宿泊だったが、毎回改善したほうが良いのでは？と感じたのはバスルームの手前の床(カーペット部分)がかなり濡れている事。前回の事をすっかり忘れて普通に歩いていたら靴下が濡れてしまう。バスマットを余分に貰い、2枚バスルーム入口手前に置き、更にバスルーム内側にも置き水気が室内に入らないように入念に心掛けたがそれでも翌日バスマットは白から黄色に変色するくらい汚れていたのには少し驚く。カーペットの水を吸い上げていた。それだけ汚いまま、次の宿泊客を部屋に入れているんだと思う。チェックアウト時にフロントの方には伝えたが改善されるのだろうか？

好きなホテルだがそこだけはどうしても清潔とはかけ離れているので満点はつけられない。プレミアムルームらしからぬ汚さかな。

それ以外ではテレワークするには不便な机。JR九州系は新宿と那覇によく泊まるがどちらも仕事がしにくいデスクなのと、シャワーのノズルが回しにくい。

それ以外は好きなホテル。

The ECO cleaning policy is too strict.
3 days per cleaning is too long for a longer stay in the hotel. Messy all around without support.

Air conditioner not working

Everything about the room was great, but the air conditioner stopped working on our second night. The front desk tried resetting it on their side but this only worked sometimes. On our last night they offered to move rooms for us but it was already past midnight at this point. Early morning the day we were planning to leave they brought us a portable ac unit.

The hotel was conveniently located near Shinjuku station making getting around easy. It was within walkable distance of everything you’d need and some of the sights around the Shinjuku area. The hotel was quiet and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was a little small but big enough for our needs. The room was clean and tidy no issues and would I recommend a stay here and would stay again if I returned to the area.

This hotel only has 2 lifts and often packed, so if you forget something in your room, it can take up to 15 mins to get back to the lobby. The cleanliness not really up to our standard.

We chose this property as this is close to the station however doesn't have (no close) any access to the underground.

The property is good but not the best. The cleaning is done at the bare minimum, we understood that they call it eco cleaning but we didn't pay eco rates.

The breakfast options are very limited and didn't have any wow factors to it.

It was a great location and very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The beds were very comfortable and the air condition worked well. It was an easy walk to the train station and lots of good restaurants nearby. While the room was as expected a little small, there was plenty of room for our luggage And then being able to move around. Would highly recommend this hotel. We did not use any of the amenities like spa or restaurant so I can’t speak to those.

Hotel correct, bien placé

Hotel correct, idéalement placé tout près de la gare de Shinjuku, avec du choix dans les restaurants et magasins à proximité immédiate. Les chambres sont petites, pas beaucoup de place pour les valises, mais correctement fournis. Classique pour un hotel à Tokyo.
Possibilité de laver et sécher son linge.
Petit combini juste au pied de l'hôtel.

Great location and great facilities, rooms are a little small but that’s expected in Japan. Only downside is the toppers on the beds kept sliding off! Besides that, we had a great stay.

Had a literally delightful stay in Tokyo for 2 weeks and this hotel was perfect for access to the whole of Tokyo and other transit routes as it's on the doorstep of Shinjuku Station.

Breakfast buffet is great, the room was spacious, staff fantastic, helpful and friendly.

Only criticism, would be nice to have more laundry facilities as they can be busy. But this is minor and can't really knock stars off for this.

Great location within a short walk from Shinjuku station, which I think is one of the best stations to stay at in Tokyo. The distance matters a lot in the summer when it's so hot and humid.
The superior twin room was quite spacious for the price.
Service was great and the restaurant was good too, for breakfast (buffet), lunch, and dinner.

Really Good!

Fantastic boutique hotel. Very close to Shinjuku station and far away enough from the real hustle and bustle of Shinjuku that you can have peace and quiet with just a 10 min walk to the main area.
Hotel was clean and quiet, staff were very nice and helpful.

This hotel is in the shinjuku area, walking distance from Shinjuku station. The hotel is well maintained, the smallest room is enough for two adults.
The breakfast buffet is great to start your day, is well priced and they have many options for the entire family. We really missed this breakfast when we switched hotels in Japan.
I definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay in this neighborhood.

It is very conveniently located - the train station, shopping, and restaurants are very close. It is easy to get to other parts of the city via train. The rooms are nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is laundry available on several of the floors.

This hotel was everything we needed after a very long day of exploring the city! Clean, organized, and helpful staff. As someone who puts a lot of importance on the cleanliness of the room, I think this hotel was truly the best I’ve ever seen.

They offer free umbrellas for the rainy days, kind hotel staff, convenient baggage storage, convenient amenities, and more. All around, great experience!

We had a lovely room, clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were lovely. We loved the central location with easy access to the trains, restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming and made excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit. We will definitely be back!

Overall, we enjoyed our time at jr Kyushu blossum. It was a great hotel, easy to catch the train. Rooms were nice. Would stay here again if I came back to Tokyo

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, great soaking tub and shower. The breakfast was delicious with lots of Japanese options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for getting around Tokyo and also walking around Shinjuku. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Other than that this hotel is not worth it.
The staff is very rude and uncooperative. There was a restaurant that needed the hotel to call to make reservations, this is common in japan, the hotel just straight up refused to do this.
The beds are made every three days and the rooms are not cleaned daily.
There is no gym or spa.

If I knew all this information ahead of time, I would have looked for a different accommodations.

We booked 5 different hotels in this trip , this is the best hotel we've stayed, great experience, service was fantastic , i have to point out one person , she is Huang, very professional and such attentively worker and with nice personality , this hotel everything is beautiful , breakfast is superior, everything is number 1, I would strongly recommend , for sure i will come back.

Pro:
Convenient location, quiet area, well thought design (room 1509), excellent staff, wonderful bathroom toiletries, clean room with view on high floor.

Con: mattress toppers were too soft, concave in the middle and won’t bounce back. We asked the staff to change the mattresses but they removed the mattress toppers instead, which made the beds firmer but a still little bit uncomfortable.


Will definitely stay here again next time :))

Convenient location at a reasonable price

The hotel location is very convenient since it's only a few minutes walk from Shinjuku station and also near airport limousine buses service to Narita and Haneda. The room wasn't the cleanest I've seen, nor is the hotel outstanding in any specific area, but overall the stay was very pleasant and I would recommend it. My previous stays in Shinjuku are at the Hotel Gracery, which has smaller rooms and is farther away, but has the distinction of having Godzilla. I prefer the JR Kyushu over Gracery.

We looooooved staying at this property in Shinjuku. Chose it for easy access to Shinjuku station, and it was super easy to get to anywhere we wanted via train.
The bed was a little stiff but cozy, shower was awesome, and the whole room was very clean. Had a wonderful view as well!
The staff was excellent and we really loved having a refillable water station on our floor by the elevator! It was really nice not having to buy water bottles over and over again.

Very clean and quiet hotel. Yet minutes away from Shinjuku station and all the tourists attractions there. So many thoughtful little things to make your stay comfortable! And hands down, best breakfast ever! Highly recommended if you are looking for a place in that area.

Excellent hotel

Highly recommend this hotel! Location is great, so close to Shinjuku station, walking distance to major attractions and restaurants/bars. In the heart of shinjuku, but on the quieter side which is perfect after a long day. Lawsons and Family Mart close by, staff was nice. Rooms were very clean, modern, small but standard Japanese hotels. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

A good choice

Very nice hotel in a good location for walking or catching the train or bus. Only issue, outlets don't put out a lot of voltage so charging devices takes longer than usual. Breakfast buffet was large and tasty.
