外国人の利用が多いのはわかりますが、
その分清潔感に気をつけてほしい。
泊まったフロアの部屋着はスカスカ、
着用済のものがその棚に置かれてる、
お借りしたズボンには毛が内側についているし、
そういう面が残念でした。

でも子連れだったのですが部屋前まで荷物を運んでくれたり色々親切にしていただけたのはとても嬉しかったです

室内は清潔感があり良かったのですが、掛布団のシーツの角にジェルみたいなものがついていました。(洗濯糊の残りかもしれませんが)
シーツの交換をお願いするとすぐに持ってきていただけたのですが、交換はしていただけず手渡すと帰られてしまいました。
こちらが汚したのなら自分でするのは仕方ないと思いますが、ホテル側のチェックミスなのに自分でというのは…
スタッフの方の対応も他のホテルに比べると低評価かなと思います。(持ってこられた時に英語で話されました…)
宿泊は海外の方が多かったので勘違いされたのかなと思いますが、宿泊情報を確認されてから訪ねるようにされたら良いかなと思います。
朝、チェックアウトの時、対応された日本人スタッフの方は質問にも丁寧に答えてくださいました。

ベッドの下に荷物を入れるのがいい。部屋は清潔でアメニティの持ち帰り自由がよい。お客はほぼ外国人で日本人は一人も会わなかった。接客も良かった。

新宿駅(南口/サザンテラス)から近いことが強み

とにかく新宿駅から近い。重いラゲージを持って駅から歩くにもなんとか耐えられる。
客数がめちゃくちゃ多く、特に訪日客が多く、レセプションは常に人混み。ホテルとしても自動化を取り入れてなんとかやっているが、笑顔やおもてなしには期待せず、むしろスピード対応に感謝すること。

大江戸線Ａ１出口からすぐでとても便利でしたし、朝食バイキングも種類が豊富で満足しました。お部屋も周りの音が全く聞こえず静かで快適に過ごせました。新宿に泊まる時はまた利用します。この度はありがとうございました。

都営新宿線を使って移動したかったので、駅の入り口すぐ近くで助かりました。3泊したのですが、乾燥機付きのコインランドリーが多数あり、洋服の洗濯ができたので、荷物が少なくて済みました。

チェックインアウトが機械化されていて効率的ではありましたが、慣れないと分かりづらいところもありました。カードキーが出てきたので受け取ってすぐに離れようとしましたが、まだ部屋番号が書いてあるレシートがあり、スタッフに呼び止められて気がついた、など。

新宿駅からもほど近く、部屋も清潔、必要な設備も整っており、フロントの方も親切で快適に過ごせました。
初めて宿泊しましたが、機会があればまた利用させていただきたいと思います。

Will definitely stay here again and will recommend friends who want to stay in Shinjuku. Check in was a breeze. Room was clean and a good size considering Japan. AC was cold, netflix was available. Bed was slightly raised so you’re able to fit luggage was a game changer for maximizing space. Walls were thick, I barely heard neighbors, only light muffles when people were passing in the hallway. Train station is 3-10 mins away depending on which line you take. Best perk of this hotel is that the limousine airport bus stop is right outside making this the best place to end our trip. Hassle free traveling. Loved staying here.

Pros: Hotel is nice and clean, the standard rooms are a decent size. The location is very convenient to get around, 5 min walk away from Shinjuku station which was great.

Cons: Rooms are a little outdated and the bed isn't very comfortable.

Our room was super clean, although small but functional. The staff were helpful when needed. Location was excellent for Shinjuku station, shopping, and eatery places. So glad I chose this hotel for our first Tokyo visit.

Hotel Sunroute is very close to JR Shinjuku station. Shinjuku Station (JR, Ofakyu, and Keio) along with the subway lines makes for an important transportation hub for exploring the greater Tokyo area. The hotel caters to tourists. The staff are friendly and accommodating. So if you’re looking to hearing only Japanese, this isn’t your hotel.

We travel a lot and this hotel fell below our expectation. Upon check in, we were directed to use the kiosk even though the front desk wasn’t that busy. It failed at the last step, we went through the steps again. Still it didn’t work and we had to ask for help. We didn’t get the instructions to put a sign on the door if we needed the room cleaned, naturally we were disappointed to find our room unattended after a busy day out. We will never recommend this hotel to our friends.

Great location, very comvenient.
Not much of a service - we couldnt check in earlier despite willing to pay. Staff did not accede to our request to help us put our luggage in our rooms when the rooms were ready. Cleaning staff did not do a thorough job, leaving tissue and uncleared rubbish around.

If this is your first time going to Japan, you should stay at this hotel. You can ride the Airport Limousine Bus from the airport (HND or NRT) to the hotel entrance. On top of that, there's also a Family Mart, McDonald's, and multiple restaurants along the street. There's also a train station entrance just right outside the hotel to get to your planned spots. If you are planning to do one of the Klook tourist tours, the meet-up spot is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel. We will definitely stay at this hotel again on our next Japan trip.

This has to be basically considered a five star hotel you get there they greet you with open arms any thing that you might’ve forgotten they have for you and I mean anything face mask, toothbrush, lotion, Q-tips, body towel I mean anything they have it. They have slippers for you in the room, this hands-down has to be almost considered a far star hotel. The wounds are very small. Keep that in mind but wow, we would definitely come back and stay at this hotel. It is perfectly centralized right next to the subway everything is within walking distance, and there are malls and food everywhere within minutes of you amazing.

Am allerbesten war die Lage. Es ist nur einen kurzen Fußweg von der Shinjuku-Station entfernt. Der Airport Limousinen Bus hält zwar direkt vor der Tür, aber fährt nur relativ selten - deshalb sind wir vom Flughafen zur Shinjuku Station gefahren. Selbst mit Gepäck war das schnell geschafft. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit, nett und konnten englisch. Das Zimmer ist - für Tokio-Verhältnisse - relativ gross und es war sauber.

Perfectly located with very attentive staff. Was a perfect hub for my wife and I’s 5 night stay in Tokyo. Also, it is a drop off point for the Limo Bus from Haneda Airport which was very helpful.

Hotel Sunroute is idealy located just minutes walk from Shinjuku station and bus terminal. Its also near other metro station too. So super convenient. I picked this hotel for two reasons, 1. Its location and 2. They have the Airport Limousine service right at the hotel. Yes, you have to pay the company directly but they pick you up and drop you right outside the terminal of your choice. This hotel also has a clothes recycle program, where you can donate your clothes you no longer need, which I though was a fabulous idea. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a Fantastic Hotel, with Fantastic staff. Whom are all polite, helpful, and courteous, regardless of the situation you find yourself in.
The hotel has various amenities over several floors.
( Microwave Ovens / Washer Driers, and Vending Machines ) and the food in the Hotel is Excellent.
The rooms are spacious and spotless, even the cleaning staff are polite, helpful, and courteous.
The local amenities are all well within walking distance
( Shinjuku Railway Station, Various Large Department Stores, Various Small Convince Stores, Post Office, Etc )
The only thing the hotel cant guarantee is the weather, although they will supply you with umbrellas if it rains.
I have stayed at this Hotel several time in the past and I will certainly stay at the "Sun Route Plaza" in the future.

Front desk staff helped us check-in with their automated system and also stored our luggage securely after we checked out. Breakfast buffet was excellent quality! Western-style room was spacious and the bed was firm and very comfortable.

I've stayed at this hotel several times on my visits to the Shinjuku area. Of course, the best feature of this hotel is the close location and easy access to Shinjuku station. Also, it is super convenient that the airport bus picks up from here too. I am always so impressed with how quiet the rooms are, and I have never had a problem with noise from other rooms. The breakfast buffet downstairs is great value for the price. The one complaint that I have and always am not looking forward to when I stay here is the beds. They are super uncomfortable because of how thin and firm they are. Additionally, the pillows are also a bit uncomfortable. This may not seem like too much of an issue, but when jet lag happens, the one thing I need to rely on is a comfortable bed to sleep in, but unfortunately, Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku doesn't meet this expectation for me.

Lovely hotel, situated a short distance away from Shinjuku Station, meaning you’re a short distance away from the rest of Tokyo and Japan. Staff were friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, the staffs were nice and helpful, the hotel is very close to shinjuku station. The only one thing was disappointed was the laundry machine was broken on the floor I used. But overall I love this hotel, I definitely be back to stay next visit!
