京都駅から近くて便利！

京都駅から近く裏手にあるため静かで場所的にはとても良い所です。玄関を入るとこじんまりした受付があり外国人の方が案内してくれます。エレベーターで3階の和室まで行きました。新しいのでとてもきれいでしたが、浴槽がなくシャワーだけでしたので、近くにあった昭和レトロな銭湯に子供と行きました。布団は部屋にあるので、寝る時に自分達でひきます。無料Wi-Fiがあったので良かったです。一つ気になったのは、部屋について座った瞬間、髪の毛が数本落ちていたので、掃除が少し甘かったのかなぁと思いました。
それ以外はあの場所で値段も手頃だし、家族連れにはオススメだと思います。

駅近の綺麗なホテル

外国人のスタッフさんでしたが、日本語がとても上手で、親切でした。ホテルも新しくて綺麗で、駅から近く便利でした。予約後にホテルまでの道のりをメールで送ってくださり、とてもわかりやすかったです。

京都駅から近いので便利だが、風呂なし、トイレ狭い、そして部屋は狭く、素泊まり１泊 12,000円高過ぎる。

シャワーだけの部屋でした。
浴槽もありだと勘違いしてしまっていたので、少し残念でした。
スタッフさんは、外国人ですが素晴らしい対応だったと思います。

すべて予想以上でした！

デラックスルームに宿泊させて頂きましたが、新築のためすべての設備が綺麗で快適でした。20時以降のチェックインでしたが門限もないので夜遅くまで楽しめました。

問題なし！

宿泊する前日に予約確認をしました。
電話対応してくれたスタッフが外国人
そこで色々訪ねると95％が外国人客でスタッフも外国人と聞き戸惑いました。
宿に到着。全然問題なし！かえって親切にしていただき楽しく過ごせました。

Traditional room with good location

Lovely traditional Japanese room in a 3 story Ryokan on a quiet street a short walk from the train station. The host was exceptionally welcoming and spoke fluent English and was more than helpful during our stay. Definitely recommend for a few nights authentic Japanese accommodation.

They provided us with a smartphone with 4G for free, it came with the room which is really convenient for using Google maps to get around Kyoto. They also have a washer and dryer guests can use which is nice. Overall the room was pretty average but nice enough for a place to sleep.

Great little Ryokan experience

Had a shortened stay due to a Typhoon. Staff at Ebisu were very communicative re our unexpected change in travel plans. Fab little Ryokan with all the necessities (for first time Ryokan visitors don't expect a lot of furniture) and some good service (spoke very good English). Well located to Kyoto station.

Friendly staff and a comfortable place to stay.

It is a traditional Japanese accomodation. The staff is very nice and friendly. She speaks english quite well and willing to help out. The place is small but comfortable to stay. I actually like it because of its culture and tradition. It is also quite close to a mall and Kyoto station.

Ryokans are not for me, I guess

I don't think Ryokans are for me especially without an Onsen or Sento on site. The rooms were tiny and yet had three mattresses taking up the space. I'm not a fan of sitting on the floor.

Great Staff at a Quaint Ryokan.

This was my first stay at a Ryokan. The room was a little small but all of our basic needs were met. The staff was VERY helpful providing advice on restaurants, shrines and temples. They also offered free use of a mobile hotspot and bicycles. I recommend this ryokan!

2.附近有永旺購物中心，晚上十點、十一點都還能採買所需物品
3.隔音不好，談笑聲量需自律
4.接待人員熱心親切
5.去大阪若有大型行李直接搭直Q巴士很方便，乘車地點也在後站

Standard Ryokan, nothing stands out

It was a standard ryokan, as far as I know. The walls were quite thin, so it could get noisy in the morning, and there isnt much in terms of help for those staying. On the bright side, it's not too far from Kyoto Station and the beds were surprisingly comfy.

Short walk to Kyoto Station and great friendly staff who showed us how to use everything on check-in. Beautifully presented traditional feeling room (we had the double room with ensuite, which had a bidet) Mats, pillows and doona super comfy. They had some great complimentary services too, umbrellas and handy smart phone.

그냥 그래요

교토 료칸 경험해 보고 싶어서 1박 잡았는데 그냥 일반 호텔 가는게 나을거같아요. 그냥 간이 료칸느낌이라..
방은 호텔보다 훨씬 넓어서 좋았는데 히터가 천장에 있어서 겨울에는 좀 공기가 서늘했어요. 천장만 데워지는 느낌이랄까..
하루 잠만 자고 갑니다~

Un'ottima base d'appoggio per visitare Kyoto

Ryokan situato in isolato residenziale molto silenzioso ma a due passi dalla stazione centrale di Tokyo, quindi ottimamente collegato. Stanza grande il giusto in stile giapponese con tatami e futon. Come in molte buone strutture giapponesi abbiamo trovato a nostra disposizione un collegamento a Internet tramite wifi, smartphone "di cortesia" e una coppia yukata. Personale estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Unico neo il bagno, decisamente molto piccolo e non riscaldato come il resto della stanza. Tutto sommato un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

A ryokan that is close to malls and public transports makes it an ideal choice for visitors seeking convenience. As it is a ryokan provided at an affordable price, don't expect big space including washroom. You do get private washroom which is already a good thing. It's small but functional. Room is the same as well. But if you are out all day, the room provides the comfort at the end of the day for a good night rest.

Decent hotel / ryokan stay. The receptionist speaks decent English and helpful. The place is not easiest to find. I could not find New Miyako Hotel as indicated on the map but someone found this place.

Hotel is about 10mins walk from Kyoto Station. Hotel staff is friendly and informative. Room is very clean and Awesome experience wearing their Japanese pyjamas and slept on futons.

Nice location, close to Kyoto train station(5 min walk), located in a lovely, quiet and very japenese-styled neighborhood. Although the room is not spacious, it is very clean and well-equipped. Recommended if you wanna try Japanese traditional hotel in a good location!

距離京都車站頗近，不太難找，10分鐘內可到，房間空間不俗，足夠四至五人住，且能體會日式塔塔米的住宿，不錯的選擇。

EXPERIENCIA PARA UNA SOLA NOCHE

Esta bien situado aunque es dificil dar con el. Tenia que probar la experiencia de dormir en un Ryokan y solo reservé una noche. Es suficiente con una noche para mi. Yo prefiero la comodidad de un hotel. Pero una noche se puede recomendar.

The hotel is well located, close to the Kyoto Station. The service and tomo Eeee ok. However the laundry service was poor, because we had our clothes returned still wet and even had to pay an extra of JPY 200 for another cycle in the County operared drying machine

Ou comment entasser les clients!

Je savais que la chambre serait petite, et en effet, tout est très optimisé, mais si on est organisé, on s'en sort.
Les lits/futons sont confortables, aucun soucis là dessus.
Le Wifi est ok.
Ce qui m'a plutôt gênée, c'est d'avoir l'une des 3 chambres du bas, celle où l'on entends tout le monde entrer et sortir du ryokan, celle qui est à côté de la machine à laver/sécheuse, qui peut fonctionner jusqu'à 21h facilement...

Empfehlenswert

Angenehmer Aufenthalt. Zimmer sind spärlich eingerichtet, was ja typisch Ryokan ist. Ich fand es trotzdem gemütlich, Schlafen auf dem Futon war auch bequem. Wer weiche Matratzen bevorzugt: fragen ob noch ein Futon verfügbar ist. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und spricht gut englisch. WC-Bereich ist sehr eng, dafür grosse Dusche (wenn auch über dem Waschbecken). Zu Fuss ist man in ein paar Minuten am Bahnhof.
Alles in allem empfehlenswert um mal ein Ryokan auszuprobieren.

Thumbs up to Ebisu team who helped us so much in solving our problems. We will definitely come back again.
We spent three nights at Ebisu during our stay in Kyoto and on our last night my father dropped his wallet at the nearby Aeon mall without noticing until the next morning while we were rushing to catch our return flight. Without much hope we dropped an email to Ebisu for help. The great Ebisu team helped us through the journey by contacting the mall, collecting wallet from police station and shipping/wiring back our wallet and money. We really appreciate them and would like to recommend their service to all our friends and Hotels customers!

An excellent ryokan experience

Excellent quiet location that is near to Kyoto Station with nearby launderette. Staff are helpful and speak good English. Room is spacious and clean. The tatami bedding is surprisingly comfortable even for a heavy man like me.

A fantastic experience!

Fantastic experience! We were looked after, even before we arrived! The hotel sent us a welcome email with instructions on photos showing how to find ryokan. The location is five minutes walk from the station in a quiet residential area. When we arrived the lady at reception took us to our room and explained the facilities and also how to access some of the best things in Kyoto. If we have the chanc, we will gladly stay here again.

골목길안에 있는 한적하고 깨끗한 아담한 작은 료칸. 쿄토역에서 가까움

쿄토역에서 도보로 10분이내... 골목길로 들어가서 찾아가야함.. 골목길에 있기는 하나 찾기는 쉽고, 도착전 개인적으로 메일을 보내와 자세한 안내해 주었음. 교토역에 도착하여 저녁때 잠만자는 목적으로의 숙소였으며, 전형적인 작은 료칸.
작은 방이기는 하나, 두명이 편히 잠자기에는 불편함이 없음...아담하게 작은 규모이므로 나름 편하였고, 다른 댓글에서와 같이 친절함과 청결도는 최상.
침구와 개별욕실도 아주 깨끗. 8시이후에는 출입 열쇠를 주어 쿄토역 라멘테마 홀과 역의 옥상 정원 인근 맛집을 돌아보고 늦게 들어올때는 주현관문을 열고 들어 왔음.. 즉, 8시 이후에는 관리자가 없는 상태 였으며, 체크인 도착이 8시 이후에는 기다려 준다고 함. 체류후 나오는데, 빗방울이 떨어지자, 보관중인 우산을 선뜻 내줌. 고맙게도 우산을 쿄토 체류내내 사용하였음. 코인 세탁기도 비취되어 있고,
여러모로 투숙객에게 편의를 제공하고자 하는 마음이 느껴짐. 작은 료칸 이므로 저녁때 잠만 자고 나온다면 전혀 문제 없는 깨끗하고 조용한 한적한 골목에 있는 료칸.

Es sencillo llegar si te ayudas por google maps. Está un poco alejado de Kyoto station pero se puede llegar perfectamente caminando. El edificio en buenas condiciones y limpio. María en recepción fue muy amable.
En general el edificio es pequeño solo tiene las habitaciones y un minúsculo patio, tiene elevador y te guardan el equipaje. La limpieza es buena en la habitación y en la ropa de cama. La reservacion fue para dos adultos y un menor de 5 años que el Ryokan considera gratis en la reserva por lo que no te dan ropa de cama para el menor, es con cargo extra. Sugiero que debieran especificarlo a la hora de reservar. La habitacion y el baño son pequeños pero convenientes. Toda el área o barrio es zona de no fumar por lo que tienes que caminar a la zona de fumadores en la calle aproximadamente 15 minutos cerca de Kyoto Station si requieres fumar.
Conveniente para vivir la experiencia de hospedarse en en Ryokan.

방음은 료칸 특성상 잘 안되지만 샤워시설, 청결 , 직원 친절 모든 면에서 만족했어요. 위치도 교토역에서 2분거리에다가 짱짱좋음
