幼児を含む孫達3人と一緒に二部屋に泊まりましたが、食事の時に中居さんに優しく配慮頂いて、大人がゆっくり食事できたのがとてもうれしかったてす。子どもにブロックを出して頂いて助かりました。

夫婦＋３歳児の合計３名で宿泊しました。
和洋室スーペリアでしたが、部屋も広く、清潔で満足でした。
３人向け個室貸し切りの浴室（有償5000円）を使用しました。
個室サウナ＋水風呂設備も整っており、良かったです。
貸し切り時間は１時間で、少し短いなと感じました。
夕食の懐石も美味でした。後半の焼き物・揚げ物からの提供の間がそれぞれ長く、子連れでしたので子供も飽きてきたのか、その点良くなかったと思います。
また、懐石は親２名分のみでしたので単品で子供用を注文させてもらいましたが、食事のラインナップが少なかったので、麺モノの他にもご飯物などもあればなと思いました。
その他全体的に心地よく、過ごせました。
部屋も広かったので、今度は親家族とも一緒に来れたら良いなと思います。

温泉街まで定期便の送迎がありとても助かりました。食事所は個室になってて、他の客と接しないで安心して食事ができます。駐車場が無料で止められて探す手間がはぶけて楽でした。館内の♨️温泉は広くないけど、ちゃんと露天風呂、サウナが付いていてとても良かったです。スタッフ全員がとても親切で気持ちよく滞在できました！

良かったです

全体的に良かったです。刺身で頂いたカニの鮮度が少し気になりました。家族で楽しく過ごせました。内湯は片方は最高！もう片方は普通でした。

貸切露天風呂が最高！

久しぶりの温泉旅行でした。
広々としたロビーや和室など、日本の伝統的な温泉旅館の趣が心地よかったです。
夕食、朝食ともに地の食材をふんだんに使った料理で、美味しかったです。
特に焼蟹は美味しかったです。
外湯にも行きましたが、旅館の内湯も気持ちよかったです。
また、6階の貸切露天風呂は、星空を見ながらゆったりした時間を過ごすことができて最高でした。人気が高く、予約が一杯で利用できない場合もあるそうなので、早めに申し込むことをお勧めします。
なお、アメニティグッズの関係では、櫛やタオル類などもう少し充実していただくといいかなと思いました。

母親孝行できました

残念ながら雨でしたが、玄関で自家用車を降りると、傘をさして下さり濡れる事なく、また、浴衣やお茶に至るまで、良く行き届いたサービスでした。母と二人でしたが、食事もヘルシーで良かったです。お風呂のアメニティーも充ていました。
残念なのは、露天風呂が室内みたいで残念でした。
その一点以外はとても快適で良かったです。

人数の変更にも迅速に対応いただき助かりました。そして、散策の案内も丁寧にしていただき散策を楽しめました。
また、部屋も景色も綺麗でゆっくりと休む事ができました。

臨機応変な接客が心地好かった

食事なしプランだったので、チェックインしたら近くのお食事割引券を下さったり、外湯めぐりのための送迎バスや、帰りの駅までの送迎バスも、時間やルートに拘らず臨機応変に対応してくれはった。おすすめ場所や、このあとの予定を聞いてくれたり、写真撮影しましょうか？など、積極的に声を掛けてくれはったり、どの人も、色々と細やかな気遣いがあって心地好かったです。どうもありがとう。

親切な従業員のホテル

チェックイン時間が遅くなってしまいましたが、親切に対応して頂きました。チェックアウトをしてからも周辺の観光案内をして頂いたり、集合写真を撮って頂けたりと優しさが嬉しかったです。

Nice hotel in a convenient location though could use some updating. The staff was nice but be prepared to use Google Translate. They gave written instructions on how to wear a yukata though I was a bit disappointed with the selection. I saw much prettier ones on the street. Also it would be good to have a nicer bag to carry things from onsen to onsen. Breakfast and dinner were excellent.

We had a nice stay in one of the deluxe Japanese rooms. It was a treat for us and we felt well taken care of. We chose the half board option and the food and service felt special. The accommodation is just off the main strip but still very close. We really enjoyed our 2 nights. I would have liked to choose between an upper floor or lower floor as I pictured having a garden attached to our open air bath (I am probably being unrealistic so this is on me!), but it was still very lovely!

Comfortable Stay

We stayed for 2 nights. The property is a bit old but the service was very good even tho the front office staff didn’t speak English well but at least he tried Abd we could still communicate with him.

The dinners and breakfasts were very good and we were served by a Taiwanese guy working there. We could communicate with him in both English and Mandarin easily.

We loved the Kaiseki dinners and the lovely breakfasts.

The onsen was good because hardly anyone from the ryokan used it. Most of the guests staying there used the 6 popular public onsens (1 was under renovation) offered to us.

Good experience staying in such onsen town with beautiful canal.

MUST book with Dinner

Meals wasn't offer during the booking. The disappointment was we were not able to order and pay for dinner when we check-in either. The service counter says they not able to cater as all meals has to be pre-order! By 6pm, almost all shops including restaurants are already closed.

Everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. Such a beautiful experience all the way through. The Kaiseki meals were also excellent.

We had such a great stay at this property! It was an easy walk from the train station, and to the main streets as well. Staff was so kind and informative. They provided us with yukatas that kept us very warm while walking around. Staying here also gave us a pass to all the onsens! We also opted for the breakfast option, and it was a beautiful, traditional spread. Loved this hotel and area - what a great experience!

They have a late check in time 3pm and a very early check out time (10am) and they do not allow late check outs. I would avoid this place if you are looking for a hotel for only one night

I’m surprised no one speak fluent English in this onsen town hotel! They have two restaurants but didn’t let me reserve their meal even though I booked 4 months in advance. I have a feeling they don’t want to sever non Japanese. Also the room is old, and toilet has molded smell. The location is far from all the other hot spring.

This onsen resort was very unique place and we were impressed by the good thoughtful facilities and very typical Japanese hospitality that we enjoyed. The surrounding town is peaceful and elegant. We would like to go back there in near future.

I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was so very attentive, helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and they took special care to ensure that my food allergies were noted, and they made alternative dishes for me. I would definitely recommend staying here.

From the moment we reached the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the hotel staff. Everything was prepared for the stay and was explained. We were shown to our room and the hotel facilities. The staff were very helpful about everything. The dinner and breakfast that came with our stay was exceptional and delicious. The process was seamless and the experience was unforgetable

The hotel is very Nice, although a bit old, but it is properly mantained. Totally recommend the Ryokan breakfast, and I also recommend usinh the prívate Onsen at the hotel. All of the 7 pubñic Onsen come included with the hotel. Overall great place.

The interior was completely unique - modern vintage done with an exceptional eye. Warm, welcoming, peaceful. Staff were lovely and the onsen there is fab.

This is a large hotel with both western-style and Japanese-style rooms. It is adjacent to a walk with many onsens, for which the hotel provided us an entry pass. The staff were very kind, helping to find our room, and selecting yukata for our stay.
