  The Imperial Azabu is centrally located next to a train station and a convenience store. The unit itself is large with a small kitchen (including a refrigerator, stove, and microwave), separate shower and toilet, and two beds, and a washing machine. My only real complaint is that the unit clearly states that no smoking is allowed inside the unit but when it was time to sleep in the beds, they smelled like someone had smoked in the beds. I had mentioned this the first night to the owners and I had gotten no response at all. I thought they would try to make it right by changing our the smelly bedding but I got no response. And the fact we had stayed there for 6 nights having to put up with the smell was disappointing. The other issue was that there was no towel refresh or room cleaning for staying as long as we did. They offered to clean and change towels but for a fee. Because we were so close to a train station, sometimes you could hear the trains, but overall fairly quiet. Other then that, everything else was fine.

  도쿄 타워와도 가깝고, 일본에 있는 숙소인데 상당히 넓어서 놀랐다. 욕조도 있고, 화장실도 분리되어 있어서 가족 여행 와도 좋을 곳으로 추천합니다.

  This is a great location and a great price! I needed an extra night because I had a midnight flight and for the price this was a great option. The balcony had black soot and had not been cleaned ( I lived in Japan for 2 years and this is not the normal standard) and the bathroom smelled like stale cigarettes covered with air freshener. Also there was only one small packet of laundry detergent. So I could only do one load. I booked specifically so I could do laundry. This washer also does not have a dryer and the hanger set in the closet was usable, but broke. Also the walls are very thin, bring a sound machine or you will hear your neighbors above. The communication was very good with the owners and I appreciated that when trying to access the building.

  A estadia foi excelente, contando com muita limpeza e comodidades disponíveis. Respostas muito rápidas da equipe. A localização é um grande destaque, ficando muito próxima à estação de metrô, a um mercado e frutaria de bairro, e a vários restaurantes a poucos minutos caminhando, além da proximidade com a Torre de Tóquio e o Pátio Azabu-Juban.
