  駅近でとても便利！火災はちょっと怖い。

there was a really nice man who works here from sri lanka! he always works late at night, i feel bad for him, but truly his service was amazing- 5/5! the other workers however… there’s a lot left to be desired… one of the female workers unnecessarily has an attitude and is unhelpful, it could be a racism thing to be honest. i stayed here for 5 nights, and on the day of check out needed to store my luggage for only 1 hour before going to the airport—not only did she say I can’t do that, but she also KICKED me out of the lobby and said I couldn’t wait there for an hour since I’ve checked out. this is so against common standards for hotels. Not to mention, it wasn’t busy and was just plain disrespectful. Also, they allow guests to stay here who harass the other guests—and nothing is done about that. It’s not a luxurious hotel or anything, sure you may encounter weirdos but the workers being rude is just an extra kick. If you can, just go elsewhere honestly, because the sleep quality is not that good either, you can hear everything.also the toilet was often broken.
