Great building, clean room. Living room only has a table and two chairs. They could has a sofa and a entire another furniture to sit and be more comfortable as that room is large. Key pad didn’t work, was hard to find emergency number as no one answered the main number and took about 45 minute and a few long distance calls to figure out key pad then to get a physical key as instructions are not very clear or they had wrong info sent on what to do to get the key vs using the key pad as it was broken. Also the check in and cheek out time is listed incorrect as well so double check that too. I would stay in the building again. They need to better check their SOP and have emergency number easier access.
