Dear Guest,We are deeply grateful for your full-point review! It is also a joy reading that we were able to provide a great service and that the hotel felt modern, in a convenient location for your travelling. The best compliment of all, though, it is hearing you will be back and we look forward to welcoming you again here in Kyoto! Kind Regards,Kiyomizu Elite Terrace Team

It’s a brand new hotel that was beautifully designed. The rooms are spacious and well- appointed and the amenities well-curated. It’s located in a quiet residential area and away from the high-traffic tourist areas but within easy walking distance to many areas of interest as well as to 2 train stations. The staff were all very welcoming and accommodating, especially Ruby and Viola who welcomed us upon arrival and patiently answered our many questions. We highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel has everything you need: laundry, coffee, pool, nice bathroom and shower amenities. The rooms were clean and a decent size for my family of 4. It was also within walking distance to shops and restaurants.
