  Unique, Clean, and Great Location...Would Stay AgainA few things caught me off guard on arrival as this is a lobbyless hotel and you need a code to get in. That's entirely on me for not reading the details beforehand. Showing up at 8pm in the rain without that info added a bit of stress, but again, not the hotel's fault. Come prepared and you'll be fine.Once inside, the experience was genuinely enjoyable. What I didn't expect was having the entire floor to myself with only one room per floor. That's something I've never experienced before and it gave the stay a surprisingly private, almost exclusive feel.The room itself was clean, which is all you really need. Location is excellent with at least two subway stations within easy walking distance, and plenty of restaurants nearby so you're never stuck for food options.One thing worth calling out: the property management was fantastic. Any question I had was answered quickly and professionally with communication being smooth throughout. They also had umbrellas available to borrow on the main floor, which was a lifesaver when it was pouring outside. Unique concept, great location, clean rooms, responsive management, and that one-room-per-floor setup makes it stand out from anything I've stayed at before. I'd come back.

  Ótima estadia.É uma mistura de hotel e AirBNB.Quarto espaçoso e confortável, internet estável e rápida (o que a maioria dos hotéis deixam a desejar). Colchões e travesseiros muito confortáveis.Tem máquina de lavar e secar roupa dentro do quarto, o que é muito bom pois não perdemos tempo em lavanderias.Fica perto de duas estações de metrô de linhas diferentes, excelente para deslocamento.Bairro tranquilo e silencioso.Recomendo muito.

  I don't usually feel compelled to make reviews but in this case, I think they deserve one! I want to say that for what it is intended for, it's perfect - DO NOT BOOK IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A TRADITIONAL HOTEL - if you are however looking for an elevated and unique air bnb sort of vibe then yes PLEASE BOOK IT!! It looks exactly like the pictures, and the amenities in the room such as in room WiFi was extremely useful, the room is spacious and the seating area does help to make things feel separate if you are someone who needs or wants a suite like feel. I stayed with my 7yr old and oversized luggage comfortably! The location is actually very easy to navigate to get into the rest of Tokyo and I would personally come back on a solo or 2 person trip to that spot. Very clean and organized - the only part that may be a turn off is the check-in process, it's simple but the site was a little slow at times. Also, you do have to wait for them to send you your room information so it may seem anxiety-inducing if you're used to traditional hotels. Other than that, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it. I'm surprised they don't have more reviews?! Well a hidden gem no more - ARIGATOSOMAAAAAAA
