  初めての民泊利用だったのでチェックインが不安でしたが、細かくメールも来て、詳しい案内も来たので問題なく利用できました！防音トビラ付きの部屋がありカラオケが出来たり、部屋も清潔で快適に過ごせました。歯ブラシだけアメニティが無いので、持参必要です。近くに飲食店やコンビニもあり、便利でした。都内と思えないほど静かでした。お勧めです！

  客室は広くて清潔で、必要な備品が揃っており快適でした。強いて不満だった点を挙げるとすれば、4泊中2泊で夜間から翌日朝にかけて、wifiが繋がらなくなり、インターネットを使用できなかった点です。

  El departamento es bonito, funcional y está en una zona agradable, no muy lejos de las estaciones de metro.En cuanto la atención y el servicio con el personal, esta muy lejos de ser la mejor y de ser el servicio al que te acostumbra japon, hacer el check in es complicado y hasta las 3 (que es hora normal) pero el check out a las 10 con nada de flexibilidad, pedí el check out por el chat de expedía con el propietario, y me habían dicho que me avisaban para el late check out obvio con un costo extra, y jamás llegó por este medio. A las 10 en punto pidieron que me saliera. No fue una situación agradableEs la segunda vez que me quedaba y les recomendaría un mejor servicio ya que las instalaciones son buenas.

  - [ ] Located in a quiet part of Shinjuku, not close to the main station. This was a good thing. - [ ] Looks like a Private Equity investment akin to a VRBO. But with too many rules, including taking out the garbage before leaving. - [ ] Asked to take shoes off which was fine since house slippers were provided.- [ ] Laundry machine was there but no detergent provided. Voort Did not answer my message requesting whether there was any laundry detergent around in the house. - [ ] Not worth the pricey cost per day at this place. I’m sure variable pricing is in play. I needed a place for two plus two adult kids. The large bedroom with 4 beds worked but no room to get to the last bed even; had to climb on the beds to get to the last couple beds. Come on!- [ ] Close to 7-11 and Family Marts so getting food over was not a problem. - [ ] Large dining table was a good thing but no couch to even sit on. Just one chair!! Come on, Finance bros; how do you expect families to relax? On dining table chairs?
