  房間新淨，但入住時才發現無電梯，要搬行李行上4樓，另一樣不合理是住6日只供應1條毛巾，洗頭水是用水開稀了，有點不衛生

  Close to the metro and easy to travel around the city, smaller than in the pictures, and doesn't have an elevator. Overall, great for convenience and kitchen/laundry amenities.

  This is a brand new build apartment building. The communication from the management was top tier. You get several pdf with the rules, explanation of ac/water/trash/washing machine/clothes dryer, with pictures to help explain. The trash sorting was easy. Grocery store and pharmacy was with in 6 minute walk. It's a 30 second walk from a subway, and 3 minute walk from a tram.
