  This was my second time staying at ENT Terrace Asakusa. I had a wonderful experience when I stayed here two years ago, so I was really looking forward to returning. Unfortunately, my recent six-night stay was completely different and very disappointing.First, the room is showing a lot of wear and tear. The walls in both the room and bathroom were noticeably dirty, and the bathroom had a strong mildew smell. However, the biggest issue was the noise from the guests staying above us. Every single night, we could hear constant stomping and running across the floor. The noise was so loud and disruptive that I did not get a good night's sleep during my entire six-night stay.I brought this issue to the front desk at least five times, but unfortunately, nothing changed. On two separate nights, I even had to call the front desk around 1:00 a.m. because the stomping from upstairs was still going on. Despite repeatedly reporting the problem, it continued throughout our stay.What makes this experience especially disappointing is how much I enjoyed ENT Terrace during my first visit two years ago. I specifically chose to stay here again because of that positive experience. I understand that hotels cannot always control the behavior of other guests, but after complaining five times—including twice in the middle of the night—I expected the hotel to take more effective action or offer some type of solution. Nothing was done! Disappointing!

  Chambre immense occupant un étage entier. Cuisine entièrement équipée. Salle de bain avec lave/sèche linge. Vue sur la Skytree tower depuis le balcon. Manque un peu d'espaces de rangement pour les vêtements (aucun placard, juste une tringle et quelques cintres). Bain privatif très sympa au deuxième étage à, réservable par créneaux de 90 minutes (2000 yen), petite salle de gym à coté. A 2 pas d'une station de métro et d'un konbini 7-eleven. A 10 minutes de marche du temple senso-ji.
