客室に関しては特に可もなく不可もなくでした。朝食も無料で着いてましたが冷凍の弁当を自分で解凍して食べる感じでしたね(￣▽￣;)
良かった点で言えば立地ですかね
日本橋駅が直ぐなので雨が降っていても難波駅まで地下街を歩けますし、そのまま千日前アーケード街など屋根ありで観光できるところが良かったです

Breakfast and staff and lack of language also address of hotel was wrong. We spends more than 2 hours in the city of Osaka meddle of night by walking because 3 hotels are under same name .

Double check the hotel address! The property messaged me multiple times a week prior to my visit with a pdf containing the wrong address. I ended up 20 mins car ride away from the actual location, in a residential area. This property is located near Bunraku Theatre. No staff at the hotel to welcome you; you can check in/out/get breakfast (frozen entrees that you heat up in the microwave) using the machines. There are cameras everywhere for staff to monitor. The room itself is modern but has no space to open up your luggage - we had to use the desk. Location was otherwise convenient - walking distance to Dotonbori for food, sights and shopping.

(New hotel!) Clean room and easy access to the Dotombori area , and right next to the traditional theatre! Maybe the breakfast option could be improved (for example, offer coffee and some bread). Other than that, it was all good!

Staff were prompt and helpful. Free breakfast was a nice surprise. Unfortunately level 2F has a lingering bad smell in the corridor and room, I suspect the carpets and curtains need refurbishing. The staff kindly swapped us to a new room. Close to the subway, and I highly recommend the nearby Bunraku theatre for a unique affordable cultural experience.

The location is great and for the price not bad at all. Breakfast is frozen dinners but like main dish meals pork and stuff didn’t eat it so can’t share the quality! The television is only in Japanese so you can’t watch it! The beds were comfortable the showers were great. And like I said the location was great close to many things. The rooms are small.

The location of the hotel was excellent!! Close to everything and near transit…never saw an employee but our room was always clean and fresh! The breakfast was frozen and needed to be microwaved so we ate at a little cafe that was awesome just steps from the hotel..

Very convenient. 7-11 just around the corner. Small room, but good value for a clean place to stay. Breakfast was a microwave meal, which was pretty good. Friendly staff! Thank you!

El hotel muy limpio y bien ubicado. Llegar fue un poco confuso porque hay varios hoteles con el mismo nombre y no hay recepcion, todo se hace en maquinas. No hay servicio de tq bin lo q no me gusto porque lo necesitaba. No hay desayuno pero hay muchos lugares cerca para desayunar. Lo unico q cambiaria del cuarto es la cama q estaba bien dura y con una sola almohada pero todo lo demas muy bueno y lindo.

Staff gave us new room which met our expectations. Hotel is good, laundry center was closed but there is laundry within walking distance. It is a bit of a hike to get to the main shopping areas.

Stayed for one night it had the essentials of a hotel, although the room was relatively small and the tv was in an awkward position it also had no modern tv functions aka YouTube/netflix or even screen mirroring

The breakfast does not mention the shrink wrap/ film cling remove before microwave. For me I just rely on the common sense.
Also, it doesn’t have the cutlery tray after finished the meal during the early breakfast before 7:30am

Clean room, bins and essentials redone everyday, easy check in and check out, quiet area, very convenient location, 10 minutes walk from closest train station, 7Eleven just around the corner, help yourself to any essentials you may need.

No front desk. Electronic check in but staff will come out to help if needed. Very clean hotel located in a very convenient location. Walking distance to subway/train station, to Namba where you can enjoy the food, the atmosphere and shopping. The reason why I do not rate it 5 star is the wifi is very weak. I messed up my check in because reception is so weak. Breakfast is from the freezer and you do your own microwaving. Next time when I visit Osaka, I will still consider this hotel but will buy a better data package so that I can do my own hotspot connection.

Just be careful when looking for address on google or online it will try to take you to a diffrent hotel. Make sure it says ANNEX or look up by address and not by name of hotel. Either way the 2 are within walking distance of eachother.

An efficient business hotel right near Doutonburi Street. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff.
BE ADVISED: This is neither the Henn Na Hotel Osaka Namba NOR the Henn Na Hotel EXPRESS Osaka Namba.. I recently sent a tag update to Google Maps to add the Express Annex to the listing, as I got lost looking for it. Managed to find it, but only by going off the full street address.
It's also in a back street, there's an alley/garage with bike racks that's the quickest access from the main road. Look for the Nudo 8 and the Bunraku Theater.

The Room was fine. But the shower was not working correctly. The water was not gerting hot and the Toilette Flash did not work.

Good deal, the room was okay enough for two. A bit on the quiet side of Dotonbori. One thing though, we got lost multiple times because of multiple turns to the nearest konbini. Overall, still recommending.
